The Duncanville store is very uncooperative at best. They take full advantage of the elderly people that come in to by a phone.Allowing them to purchase phones even when they have phones. My dad has short term memory loss and bought 3 phones not realizing he already had 2. Paying for new service on 3 phones. Collecting on all three when really he only needs 1. My mom is in a nursing home and cant hear or walk yet. We tried to cancel all but one phone and the lady would not do it. We left because she refused to speak to us. I am outraged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG!!! Worse customer service ever!!! I kept asking questions and the girl would never look at me, staring only at her phone!!?! I give them a fat zero! Im telling everyone to stay away!!!!

I came here yesterday and activated 4 lines the two girls working was very helpful she transfer all my info from my old iphone to the new one, she also help my wife with her new phone ive had cricket since 2015 and i love it. this location is way better than the one down the street from them i will continue to come here

This is by far the worst place to go to to get a phone activated, the workers are HIGHLY inexperienced, i was told i could connect my boost mobile iphone with cricket and so i paid for a plan, sim and activation fee, to only find out that i was lied to (misinformed) she was not able to do so, now they tell me i cant get refunded, so i asked to talk to the manager and she was no help at all, i was told by her that i would be getting a call from her superior today but never did, as if they are trying to avoid me, SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS STORE!!!! Youll thank me later.
