Hey beauty supply is a great beauty supply in the neighborhood they have a lot of different beauty items at great prices and its a place thats hard for you to leave without buying something that you would like to buy.

Ok place thats close to home and I can get what I need when I dont feel like driving to Jennys. There is one younger lady at check out who I have encountered a few times and each time she has not been pleasant. She dont speak, she can be rude and she act as if she doesnt want to work or help you.

Never open on time. I only patronize them because they are literally 2 minutes from my home. However, they don’t value customer service, so I’ll drive to hell and back going forward. This is pitiful. I’m literally waiting outside the store that’s supposed to be open NOW…no employees. Just a locked store. SMH.

Power was barely working, snow on the ground but they wanted to service us by any means necessary! 😆 thank you for staying open for ME!I love them and Sunny is the best!

I am not a wig wearer — this was my first time ever attempting to wear a wig and I am SO GRATEFUL that this was my first experience with it. Paulette and Crystal were amazing!!I went with my friend and Paulette was who we interacted mostly with. She was friendly and helpful and she KNOWS what shes talking about. She helped us both pick out looks and we both left the store with 2 wigs purchased. They have a look for every occasion (as far as I could tell) and more color options not on display if you find something you really love.Other reasons you should visit these ladies:1. They are clean. No one touches the wigs but them. If you try it on, they give you a wig cap and your hands have to be sanitized before you touch anything.2. Theyre organized. Paulette knows every wig in there by heart and it shows in the quickness with which she works and how she handles and talks about the wigs.3. It has a beauty shop vibe. You come in, you talk, you shop, they help you, the other ladies in the shop give their opinions — its great. Youre a part of a little family who convene to make you look and feel AMAZING.Things to know:1. If you want to try on more than one wig, book a consultation so they have time to help you look and try things on — this is not merely a suggestion. These ladies are busy so call ahead if you need some quality time to find what you want. You wont regret it.2. Human hair wigs — if you try it you buy it. Its not in the normal area so they would have to get it down for you anyway, but for sanitary reasons (did I mention theyre clean?) they dont let people just try them on if their intention is not to buy it.3. Dont come to play in the wigs — they dont like it. If youre going to have them help you and try stuff on, buy a wig. These ladies are professionals, so respect their time.4. They will cut the lace for you when you buy the wig, and they do installments of wigs as well. They also answer any and all questions you have (if you arent wasting their time just playing dress up) and have a YouTube channel to help — every 100th subscriber gets a free human hair wig!!In conclusion — go to this store. They are wonderful people and know what they are doing. Best experience I could have asked for!

Wig section WACK please go to OC or elswhere for ur wigs. The wig section is very uncomfortable for customers. The lady was not right off the top she was like please dont touch the wigs due to germs and deseases. I said huh because i never heard this one and really could of cared less about entering this spot. This supply house was not top choice to began with. I gladly walked out because I usually go to Ebony or USA and some others that I know have nice wigs with nice attitudes and i dont mind spending the cash there at all and the they dont come off as a Hater. 😚 BYE 👋

I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED -It’s not every day I go into Hey beauty supply on Clark & Camp Wisdom in Duncanville. It’s rare. But every time I go into Hey beauty supply I’m never satisfied with the service. Days I’ll go in there, the employees never greet the customers or I feel as though I’m being watched. But today…today was different. I went to Hey beauty supply with one intention: To buy some hair grease. I was the only customer in the store so I felt like I was being watched anyway. Every aisle I went on. Every product I picked up, I could feel as though I was being watched. I went to every aisle sorting through the different products trying to find the right product for me. Picking up items, smelling them, reading the ingredients, looking at the price. You know… regular people stuff. When out of nowhere an employee approaches me, and ask that I get out. Now, I’m already bothered because I hate being watched. So, I turned around and replied, “For what reason?” He then says that he has me on camera stealing products. I told him that he didn’t have me on camera stealing products! Any product I picked up, I placed back on the shelf! He then has the audacity to ask to check my purse…. Boy, did I get loud at this point. I told him there was literally no way I was going to allow him to violate my privacy rights and search my purse for something I didn’t steal. So, after I refused to be purse checked he threatened to call the police. I told him to go ahead as I stood there with my purse held tight. Instead the lady employee insisted I go to the back to look at the footage. When I got to the back, he played the video of me picking an item up, leaning over to fix my fallen purse strap and then he paused it (so to anyone it practically looked like I put the product in my purse), but I’m no fool! I told him to continue playing the video! When he pressed play, the video showed me placing the item back on the shelf and then moving along. Boy was I mad! After proving my original point of not stealing, I told him that they WILL be hearing from me! He apologized and said that he didn’t know, but that was a lame excuse. I stormed out of the office and promised them that I will not be returning! This was a disgrace! As many times in the past I have given them my service and for them to accuse me of stealing has really infuriated me!! And to think the guy that caused all this commotion was the manager KAY. This was very stereotypical of Hey beauty supply. And I was not impressed ONE BIT
