I personally love shopping at Bealls. They have sales that my mom and I love taking advantage. I always find incredible sales and enjoy going.Bealls is closing. They sell really cute clothes and shoes. Sad it’s closing.Bealls is closing but they have good deals.Still closing in the new year. If you sign up for their texts and email you get good deals on top of the 50% off in store.

My girlfriend (a senior citizen) was talked in to getting a credit card from these heartless people. She charged $127 on the card. She paid the bill in full on the fourth of August and mailed it..... they didn’t cash the check til August 13th. They who obviously mishandled her payment charged her a 27 dollar late fee and then charged her a high interest on their manufactured late fee totaling $30.06. No wonder they are going out of business THEY REFUSED TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. They tried to intimidate her by telling her they would continue to charge her more and add interest? Joseph was the rep and even his supervisor Carmen refused to correct this. These people are sick!

Karen, the assistant manager, is very rude. She kept us waiting in line as there was no one at the check out counter and she was idling by the shoes. Terrible customer service.

Such a quiet store and hardly anyone shops here so it makes it peaceful

I like this Bealls but alot different from the one Im used to in Decatur, TX. Not a big selection of cute plus size Junior clothes but jas some good items... esp for kids. They have a great Nike and Carters selection.

If i could i would give them a ZERO. flat out ZERO!!! So the store closes at 9pm, i called before hand to ask what time they were closing they said 9 isaid ok. when i drove up there to retun some shoes and get a bigger size the doors were locked. it was not 9pm yet. ive worked in retail for my share of years. and in all the years ive worked i was never allowed to close the doors early. When i called and asked what time they close as i sat in the parking lot. she said 9 . i said 9 or 850. she said no 9. i asked then why are the doors locked. she hesitated. then answered that the registers shut off before 9. which is also not true. there is always atleast one running register before closing time. i asked who her manager was she said hang on . i was on hold, and she said viviana. i called corporate right after. the nice man said that there was no one in that specific store named viviana. aside of the girl working there being rude and lying numerous times. i love bealls just not this store. i wasted my gas and time going to a store where obviously they dont care about there customers, or there job in general to keep it open until the time it is said. im sure she didnt clock out at no 850. im very mad. and i was suppose to get a call back from corporate never did. thats upsetting as well. :(

I give credit where its due and today was a good one at this location. I had gone to the Bealls Located in: Grapevine Towne Center to return some shoes I bought my husband for Christmas that did not fit. I was trying to exchange them for a different kind since that kind of shoe didnt have a bigger size. I was told at the Bealls Located in: Grapevine Towne Center that they could not find my purchase on their system so what they could do for us was give me a credit of $40 if I wanted to get another pair in exchange. Remind you that the one I was returning was $70 so of course I said NO! I have 4 credit cards Goodys, Bealls, Peebles, and Palais Royal all Bealls cards so I shop there A LOT! I was so disappointed that they were not trying to help. I gave the girl no trouble and left. Next day I called this location and spoke with a lady name Hazel. I explained to her what had happened at the other location in: Grapevine Towne Center and she said go ahead and come right in and we will see what we can do, Id be glad to help. So this time I did not go, I sent my husband instead and he said they were very helpful and they had no trouble locating the purchase on their system and was able to get the pair he wanted. Thank you Hazel lady I almost thought of just paying off my cards and not using them anymore, but after this I thinks I will just do all my shopping online and at this location. Amen for good customer service.

OMG! These ladies were bitches. I tried to return some little piddly items that were on clearance and I got so much trouble that I just kept the items and threw them in the trash outside the door. Two of them had to go try to look up every single item on some other computer. The whole total only added up to $11. I also had a pair of underwear that had a magnetic thing left on by mistake and they refused to take it off for me because I didnt have the receipt. They were $4. I was talking to a customer on my way out about the shoes in the aisle and everytime I looked up, they were staring at us. I wont be back ever again and I know they will be glad.

I go to the store to shop around and I guess I wasnt dressed properly as I should have been considering the area but Ive been at the hospital with my sick father so I didnt see the need to be properly dressed they treated me like I was walking around the store to steal things and I didnt appreciate that I also have an account with them so it was just real real stupid so now Im rethinking my whole credit card with this company
