Costco is a safe place to shop during Covid. I love how they clean their shopping carts as well as the other measures they take to keep everyone safe. I always fine great deals and can get in and out in a reasonable time due to adequate staffing.

This is a very good store in a good convenient location. The staff is almost always polite and respectful. Lighting is good and debris is kept to a minimum. In my opinion, by in large, the Kirkland brand is better than name brand from everything from meat to clothing. If I had any negative thing to say about Costco is that you can buy something in there for years and one day it suddenly is no longer stocked. I think that is one of their strategies. You cant beat the chicken bake at the food counter. Its cheap and its good. Even when there are long lines they do an exceptional job of managing the traffic. And yes, if you need help, there is usually someone available to ask. Try that in Walmart.

I went to the Optometrist located outside the warehouse, Dr. Mija Jackson Lee. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of my previous eye care. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Costco is awesome! The customer is outstanding and the products are of high quality. Their warranty on electronics and ease of use should you ever need it, is a notch above all others.

Enjoy going and browsing. Chatting with other shoppers. Plenty of room. Lots of nice seasonal things. Down side is you find something you like and they discontinue it. Happens fairly frequently.

This will certainly not be seen and it would be laughable if they even do something because of my review and several others. However, this location has several rude employees. They should replace the ladies in the front entrance, their character reminds me of front desk ladies at school. Very rude and definitely not welcoming. Similarly, the customer service desk was filled with people who have attitude just because I didnt have my card on hand and asked for a new one.if I wanted Sams Club customer service and greeters, I would have gone to Sams club. Absolutely abhorrent

Nice, clean store. I used to go to the Rockwall location until I realized this one was here. I live about the same distance from both stores. I think I like this one better. Ive never been disappointed with the stock. I was surprised by the length of the line, but it did not take long to go down. As far as I saw, the employees were all wearing masks 👍

Lunch time was super busy today, at self checkout an agent assisted and scanned all my items, paid and in line to leave when Angelica said you have been charged twice for your Wet-Jet refills and i only see that you got one. Please step aside so that we can get that refunded back. Wow great job in looking out for your customers!!!

Exceptional shopping experience. Best store-bought rotisserie chicken ever.. Excellent variety and prices on meats, nuts, frozen vegetables, etc. Store is always clean, and staff is amazing. The deli stopped serving their combo pizza, so unfortunately, the deli no longer exists to me, but I will say, they do a great job — it’s not their fault corporate decided to discontinue the only food item that I found to be noteworthy and worth the calories. The rest of the food is tasty, but SUPER unhealthy. The combo pizza was worth it...... but everything else, not so much. I also don’t like how they stopped serving onions with their hot dogs! 🤯 Every once in a while, I craved one of their hot dogs and enjoyed the heck out of it when I did, but once they stopped allowing us to put onions on it, they lost for good. No combo pizza and no onions for hot dog leads to me not being even remotely interested in the deli food 😓. But again, the staff is excellent at the deli and throughout the ENTIRE store. Tire shop, meat section, customer service, management, etc....... These guys do an exceptional job, and they are greatly appreciated by those of us living nearby who value quality. I happily drive from the wildered hills of Cedar Hill to this convenient location about once a month or so; however, I don’t buy my gas from anywhere else, so I also fill up about once a week at this location, and the staff out there is AMAZING as well. All in all, this is by far the best Costco I personally have ever experienced.. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I have been in a lot of stores in my 60 yrs of shopping, but this Costco wholesale store just really did empress me from the time my best friend and l walked in, until we left. I do not enjoy going shopping at all..But this trip to Costco l could not get over how friendly all the employees were to the customers.Costco you have your self another new customer the First of July. And l really like there prices over Sams.

It was a great experience especially with the agent Sherrice. I had purchased the Gold card and she advised me since I work for the Military I could get better benefits by purchasing the Executive card which I did and Im glad I did. I can get money back for other services.

This store has improved. I’ve been shopping at Costco as long as I can remember and we used to drive nearly an hour just to avoid this location. However, the last time I went, the lady checking receipts was rude and on a power trip. The line was backed up to the other side of the store because she was taking her sweet time. I mentioned how long we were waiting and she scoffed.It’s still the worst location in the nation. I think they intentionally hire rude people. Half these reviews are fake.

My go to place for gas! 😬 I will always get a better price here than any other gas station. The afternoons and weekends are crazy inside the warehouse! I believe there may be a lack of employees since there’s always long lines but they make sure to speed through quickly. 😩 Please stop moving things around every other time I go I feel like I’m inside a new store with only a 1 hr to do my shopping. I might be blind but I haven’t seen signs to help my navigate the warehouse quicker which would help on the run. Little to no interaction with employees since “ they stay busy “ - no comment on their customer service.

When we signed up for my membership Boleman was very helpful. He explained everything throughly and helped us choose the executive membership. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. The shopping experience was great also. It was my first time shopping here and I enjoyed it.

Warehouse is fine, but the employees at the checkout and behind the food counter are just rediculous. They were rude, texting on smart watches and in no hurry to help the huge line of people waiting for their food. Costco, PLEASE check out your employees at this location.

Normally I really like this store. But today they decided to enforce a mask mandate and wouldnt let us in. I wont be going to any Costco any longer. Very disappointed in the company.

Its a great place if you can afford to buy in bulk. Their meats are very high quality. And the prices are great. But $257 on meat and a few others items. You have no money left for vegies can goods, any side dishes etc. But if you are looking to stock up your freezer, this is the place to go.

Love getting paper towels and toilet paper here in bulk it lasts me so long and a great price

Food here is acceptable for its cheap price however, every once in a while I see a bird or two fly in through the entrance or the exit and fly up to the top. I find this germy considering the that food is sold here. I tried their churros and it was INCREDIBLE and it was very cheap. YUM

I love Costco but I cannot wait until we live closer to another location. This one has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They dont even comply with their national policies on certain things (we called corporate to confirm).

Loving all the keto stuff they have. You should try keto crackers. They are absolutely amazing. I had to buy a lot of bags since we have no Costco where or near I live. Best post is they are healthy for you. Low carb and low calorie. Very yummy! I have checked Sam’s does NOT have these items or any of the keto items Costco does.

We got a membership here, and excitedly shopped for 3 hours. After arriving at the register we were informed they ONLY take Visa. I am not forgetful, but somehow my Visa option was left at home. My other 4 payment options were not accepted and we went home shocked and empty handed. VISA REQUIRED.

Excellent service at the customer service counter. The man who helped me gave good information, answered questions succinctly, and took care of me quickly and respectfully. Service at the checkout counter was equally as well done. Wonderful!!

Awful at this location. So much that I dont even want to waste time with everything I have to say. Not a 1 star for the cleanliness and the attempt that management was trying to do so vocally to get things controlled. Customer service especially on the phone was rude as hell.

The store was great. Cant say the same for half of the staff, mostly management, who were very rude and very unprofessional. Lousy attitude towards customers. Luckily, this one isnt my closest store. On a different note, the store is slower than others so its not crowded.

This is for the tire department. I Had my tires rotated and balanced here and when I got home, I noticed the rear driver side panel had 2 small dents above the wheel which looks be cause by a tool. I keep up with my car really well and had washed it before coming here so I would’ve definitely noticed it before. Beware if you bring your car here and inspect it right after! They’re always busy so who knows how careless they can be.

The Costco in Duncanville is always super clean, they got a great stuff and the sun sets at this particular Costco are always unique. it is one of the very few Costcos that you get a sunset view like this one.

This store has very efficient checkout practices. I have never been in line longer than 7-9 minutes before reaching the register. Always greeted wonderfully at the entrance, register, and exit. Items are relatively easy to find.

Disappointed, today me and my brother went to Costco. As we headed inside with many people on our side we got stoped my the lady by the door. She automatically told us to show us our card. I’ve come to Costco plenty of times and had my card in my hands. But what I didn’t like was that we were pulled from a very large crowd. She didn’t ask the people in front of us or behind us for their cards. Only us. I asked the employee to speak to their manager, spoke with jerry. As I explained to him our situation he kept defending the employee. Saying that everyone had to show they’re Cards, I did notify him that why she didn’t ask the other people around us and he didn’t have a response. He also said that we should have our cards in our hands which I told him I did. He just kept saying that the employee was not trying to discriminate us. Will me and by brother felt very discriminated. For us to feel like this before stepping into the store is bad, putting us in a bad mood.

This store is always clean and well stocked. Any personnel that we have to deal with are always pleasant, so everything is so well laid out that we don’t need help when we’re shopping here very often. Their hours are good their hours are convenient and their pharmacy personnel are very nice and offer good pricing.

Great food selections, I like their meat section. Always good items and I luv their men clothing.

A very good place to shop if large quantities are for you. The best prices on hot dogs and pizza anywhere, and you cant beat their gas prices either. Plus, if you use their credit card youll receive an additional 4%rebate.

Worst costumer service pharmacy shouldn’t have patients waiting for days. I will suggest new staff, I’m a excecutive member the black card. Love browsing the store. Always new things. However one may buy things multiple times, get used to acquiring something then it disappears and maybe forever.

Literally every time we try to buy gas here, we have an issue with our credit card. It works fine anywhere else but here, whether we run it as debit or credit. Today, we were low on gas and running behind, but we stopped here because it was on our way. We have a new “tap” or touch less card, which the gas pump reader shows it accommodates, so we though, hey, maybe it will work now. It appeared to process, then we pumped gas, or thought we did. It stopped at $25, and after we pulled away we noticed the car was still in empty. Great — we had to make another stop.This is unacceptable. We have asked for attendant help when we have time, but they always act like we are using the card incorrectly—like we don’t use it everywhere else.Part of the reason we have a Costco membership is for the gas prices. It feels like a ripoff that we never get to take advantage of that.

Has Costcos customer service changed? Or is it just the Duncanville store? Covid cant be completely to blame because the check out reps have less friendly for years, but it seems worse as they shuffle customers to self service and then are cranky or rude if you need help. Sometimes a trip to Costco is the only social thing I do in a week. Do the check out employees have a time qouta that makes them rush and not make eye contact? Very disappointed and would rather order from Amazon Prime.

Absolute waste of your valuable time if you’re a business owner. AFTER buying a business membership, they tell me that this store is geared towards households and not businesses. I’d have to go to Dallas for more business related supplies. Why do you only have ONE location for businesses. Ridiculous.

I had a Costco membership for 8 years while living in California because the nearest Sams Club was 7 hours away. I have maintained my Sams Club membership for 30 years. Upon my daughters recommendation, I just returned to Costco after an 8 year hiatus. I still GREATLY dislike them!!! They still carry mainly their own brands of food instead of name brands. The employees were very rude and militant. Sams Club continues to be worth my money and loyalty!!!!!!!!

Layout is different then I expected, everyone was super nice, they were badly in bed of stocking everything I wanted was picked clean.

Great prices and very clean

They over impressed me for what I was looking for. All other stores were closed when I decided to go here. I was looking for frozen bag of burgers, but were out of buns which I suspected since everyone else was out. So we just had burger patties, mashed potatoes and veggies. Everyone was happy in the end.

Got a membership here because my spouse suggested we get one as shes had one before and Ive had a Sams Club membership.After giving it a try I am definitely sticking to Sams Club after my membership expires here at Costco.Costco just doesnt have much variety brand foods to pick from as Sams does.

Early morning is a great time to do your shopping at Costco. No crowds, no long lines, and express checkout is fast.

First time there it was ok the only problem was when you leave they scan your receipt which Im ok with that but when the staff insist there items missing and its listed there and you had to pointed out to her and the price and still had to call a manager and he couldnt get it either and holding the line up making us feel like we took the items that were paid for and after a second look he said oh here it is here how crazy is that.
