I had a flat and needed it to be checked out. We were at the trail ready to ride so I googled bikes shops close by and we thought we would check it out. Todd was so kind and very knowledgeable. He explained the issues with getting parts these days and didnt have a new tube at that moment, which I know has been hard on the bike community. He had a used tube and said if it worked out, great. Then explained my seat was not lined right for my type of bike and adjusted it for me. The tube worked perfect and I could feel the difference in my seat. He was so kind and friendly to everyone who passed by. Great to see the good people in this world going above and beyond for others. Thanks again Todd 😁

Excellent Bike shop. Very Helpful. We had a slow puncture whilst on camping tour these guys had us sorted at a great low price. This place is so close to Pinellas trail it was easy to find perfect if you need anything when out on the trail.

Stopped in to buy a chain and lock or bike u-bolt but he didnt have any in stock. Instead of sending us far away on our bikes he loaned us one he uses for his shop to use for the day. Thanks again!

I had taken another bike to this shop a few weeks ago..This time a different bike and told owner I had very little brakes while riding. On initial delivery, owner inspected bike, said brakes were wore out and would replace with new front and back. In course of conversation, he asked if we were snowbirds and when confirmed he commented, man, that sure is expensive, I bet.Called to pick up bike next day and said he preferred cash total $30.00. On paying, he informs me he only adjusted original brakes. As I rode my bike to load, noticed front tire almost flat. Took it back to shop across parking lot in front of shop. He says it needs a tube (was not flat on delivery yesterday). He takes a tube out of his bike and puts it in mine.. charges me another $10 cash..

My wife and I were in recently looking to purchase a bike for her, but didnt see anything in our price range she liked. I spoke to one of the service guys about tuning up my old Trek. He seemed very knowledgeable and the price he gave me seemed fair.I was ready to take my bike in, but thought Id check out the reviews .....not looking good. I can understand a few bad reviews, but not this many.Very disappointed!

Went in to the shop today with no knowledge of bikes but needed the seat fixed on my sons bike. They did it for free for us and told me to bring it back if it needed to be further adjusted. Very friendly. Highly recommend

Steer clear of this bike shop. If I could have posted without any stars I would have. Dropped off bike rim to be fixed. He said it would be ready later the next day. Went to the shop to pick it up the next day no one at the shop. I called guy on the phone and he said oh right, sorry I didnt make it into the shop today. Said he would have it ready the following day. I went in the following day LATE and he said I know you are mad from yesterday but I didnt get to it today either. Grabbed my rim and left. This guy has no customer service, and no communication skills. Cant deliver what he promises.

This shop is a wonderful shop, the owner does the very best he can as he is overwhelmed with customers. Many times he has repaired bikes for a promise to return. Where can you get service like that today.

This is third time I needed Todd’s help. This time my wife’s Schwann bike tires needed replaced. Todd recommended some awesome tires and the install was perfect. I’ve bought a seat and flashlight for my bike from him two years ago and they are in good shape after much use. Todd is the kind of person I would go to to buy anything regarding bikes as his knowledge is amazing and he cares about his clients. After the first ride with the new tires, my wife said the ride was smoother than it ever was. Many Many thanks Todd!!!!

STAY AWAY itll be ready tomorrow week after week after week only to have you wait an hour in front of his shop as he works on it finally completing then when you vent your displeasure at his lack of care, customer service, basic hygiene he uses four letter words.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE LIARS, AND CON ARTISTS.You can tell the last two reviews are fake.

Had my bike break down by OTE, stopped in met Todd he dropped everything He was doing to get me back on the trail, spent an hour working on it, gave me a part I needed when he was done he refused to take money said glad to help someone in need. He is the trail bike angel!!! Highly recommend.

I really love the owner of the shop! His name is Todd, and he’s one of the most generous and giving men I know. He always wants to help you always want to teach and he is kind and considerate. It’s a small shop with a small staff and so he has his hands full with a lot of work but it’s because he’s so good at what he does. There’s not a lot of people that are really gifted at the craft of bicycle repair but Todd is at the top of the list! I highly recommend him not to mention the prices are very very reasonable! OTE Bikes is a true haven for local cyclists. I ride daily and I ride hard, my Specialized has seen better days. But every time I bring her home from the shop she rides better than new. The service is extraordinary, the prices more than fair. Unlike the shop I bought my bike from, Todd takes time to teach and explain, and never makes you pay for more than you actually need.But heres the greatest thing... last night I royally wrecked my bike, and being stranded with no way to work the next day, Todd came to my house, picked up my bike, repaired it, and brought it back to me all in a few hours. WHAT?! Who even does this anymore??So on top of a teaching attitude, fair prices, and amazing work, the owners also a really decent dude, the nicest guy in the gulf. Please take your work to OTE and tell as many people as you can about this incredible bike shop.

OTE did a super good job servicing my bike- and for an excellent price! Their fees for service is the lowest in Dunedin, the staff is very friendly. The only draw back is the wait time- because they are so popular it takes them more days to do the service. But the cost and quality is worth the extra time. I highly recommend OTE.

I dropped my bike off over a month ago. I explained to the owner that it was my only form of transportation right now and I needed the back wheel fixed. He said he wouldn’t be able to get to it until he end of the week so I said ok and figured I would figure out until then. But over a month goes by and I’ve been calling with no answer and no option for a voicemail. It been really tough because that is my only form of transportation right now. I finally got a hold of him and after 20 or so minutes he finally found my bike and said I could come pick it up but he was closing early that day because it was cold. Because I couldn’t get off of work early and trek all the way out there right then I asked if when he would be open again. And so I ubered down today, ready to get my bike and again he couldn’t find it. When he did, he still hadn’t worked on it and said he’d get to it whenever he would get to it. I again tearfully explaining it was my only form of transportation and I really needed it. He encouraged me to just take it and go away. This was overall a very upsetting experience.

This is nothing but a bike hoarders junk yard. Run by a liar and a thief. My experience ordering a $1200 recumbent from this man has been a nightmare. Delays! Lies!! And after many, many weeks has not has given a refund he acknowledges he owes!!!. Going to have to sue to get it. Give your business to one of the many reputable bike shops in and around Dunedin. Stay Away From This Place!!!

This place rocks! Went by for a quick tune up for my sons bike. He had 20 bikes ahead of me but took the time to complete a quick tune up while I waited. This is a popular place as people were coming in and out the entire time I was there. To top it off, he didnt charge me. I gave him a well deserved tip. What a stand up guy! Will never go anywhere else but OTE again.

I bought my bike at OTE and have had it serviced there for years. Both Todd and Jessie are wonderful people who always go out of their way to assist me and charge rock-bottom prices. I am very surprised that not everyone has had a similar experience. The owner Todd is friendly, courteous, hardworking & knowledgeable.

I wish that I could give a review but every day I visited the shop for the last 2 weeks he had a sign up for another reason for NOT being open. It was family, time off, etc. I have no problem with a business owner taking time off but its frustrating for visitors who try to bike the state park and have a Bike Rental Shop that says See you tomorrow only to let you down again and again.

I usually dont leave reviews but wow this place has great service. I brought in a used bike l purchased in to have the derailleur adjusted.The owner got to the bike very quickly after changing a tire that was ahead of me.He fixed my derailleur and did a bunch of other adjustments with no extra charge cant be more happy with the results my bike works great now excellent experience.

These guys are awesome. Very busy place and still took time to fix my wheel for under 20 bucks and get me in the road again. We have our own bikes however we saw families returning the rentals and they were in MINT condition I honestly couldnt believe how pristine the rental bikes were. If you need a fix or just to rent for the weekend with your family I highly recommend stopping by to see what these guys have to offer!

Todd and Jesse are super guys who are knowledgeable and professional about all things bikes. Theyve tunes up all my bikes and I have been nothing but satisfied every time. Their prices are better than most other bike shops in the area.

Todd used to be my favorite bike mechanic. Now, I see hes a dishonest, amoral, conman. I prepaid for several items/repairs that I had to pester him for months to receive. He installed tires he claimed were impenetrable. I got more flats in a month than I ever had in my life. Also, hes ALWAYS out of inner tubes. Obviously, he invests every cent in whatever drug hes a fiend for.

Packed full of bikes and parts, this place is a treasure trove that will require the guidance of a worker to find anything. Anyway, I was looking for work tubes. And he was able to guide me directly there. Seems like a popular spot, and just a few hundred yards from the Trail.

Don’t even try and rent from these people. We have called them since Tuesday this week and we were told to call back Friday to reserve for Saturday. Continued to call and got no answer. A friend stopped in to see what the deal was and the man was EXTREMELY RUDE. First off, told her they were all rented (so you can’t pick up the phone?), and then proceeded to tell her she couldn’t bring her stroller WITH HER BABY IN IT into the store. Unacceptable and disheartening. I will NEVER use this company.

Have been using OTE for about 2.5 years. Both Todd and Jessie are very customer oriented, tho when there is a crowd around they do get rushed. Kind of an informal place. They dont keep a large inventory of accessories but are eager to order. Have quite a few new bikes, and lots of used ones that they have tuned up. Do a great job at tune-ups, for an even greater price.

Went to OTE bike shop to order a seat back for a recumbent Sun trike. Younger man took my name and number, and gave me an estimate cost. After not hearing from them for 10 days, I went back and was told by an older man that he had called and talked to me, and it didnt sound like I was going to buy the recumbent and wouldnt want the seat. I told him that he hadnt talked to me, and that I had a recumbent and wanted a seat. He said, no problem, it would be ordered and delivered the next day, and he would call when it was ready.After 4 days and no call, I went to another bike shop, which ordered my seat and got it delivered in one day.Glad to see some people get good service there. They wont be seeing me again.

I was told to bring my bike in on a Sunday and it would be done by the end of the day or Tuesday at the latest because they are closed on Mondays. I never received a call so I was patient and waited until Thursday to call since I hadnt heard anything. They told me that they forgot about my bike and they would start working on it right then and it would be done by the end of the day. I never got a call. I called Friday afternoon and I was told that they hadnt started working on it yet but if I liked, he could put it up on the rack right then. I told him not to bother even starting on it. The manager called me back a little while later and said they could have had it done an hour ago if I had let them work on it.They had ALL WEEK to work on it. When I told him NO, he gave me an attitude and said my bike would be left out on the sidewalk for me to pick up. He acted like I did something wrong. What a jerk. Im sorry I even brought my bike here and I will certainly not be recommending them to anyone.

You will not receive any better customer service in Florida than at this Bike Store. Jessie grabbed a couple of bikes for us to rent and treated us like we were buying them. He chose the right size and even switched out the seat for me as I am used to a specific type. If you are looking to rent they have nice hybrids which are perfect for the trail or town. If you are looking to buy other bike related items look no further. I can tell you will receive the best customer service including proper fittings and direction in choosing the right bike or accessory.Thanks Jessie!!

Super friendly staff ! Anytime Ive gone by with any issues with our families bikes theyve always been helpful and quick to repair on the stop. Last week came with a flat tire on a very old bike then left with a trade in that was outstanding both in price and quality!! Ill never use another bike shop!!

I didnt buy my bike from this store and they know it. But when I needed help with my odometer they pitched in and didnt even charge me. I have since found them to be fair fast and friendly. I have never encountered rudeness. But to be honest I doubt they would put up with a bad or condescending attitude. These guys know what they are doing. Highly recommend .

When I had a flat tire on the trail, OTE fixed it pronto ... and inexpensively. I returned after my ride to leave my bike for a tune-up and when I picked it up, my old Ross looked better than new with new white-walls all for the price that a Tampa shop would have charged me just for the tune-up.I would highly recommend OTE. As a matter of fact ... someone dropped off a bike in my driveway last week and Im going to make the drive over to OTE from Tampa just so OTE can fix it for me!!! Yes, thats how much I like this bike shop.

STAY AWAY!!!Dropped my wifes bike off for a quick (Todds words) brake adjustment. 2 days later and Ive called and stopped by several times. Still not done. Promised me I would have it Sunday.Sunday and the shop is closed, also closed on Monday, voice mail is full. (As a business owner I know thats a very very bad sign) I leave Florida in the morning leaving my wife with no transportation.

Todd is the type of person that wears his honesty on his sleeve.... it is a breath of fresh air in the professional world...... when i called to ask about a new bike that was out of stock.... he confessed that he had missed a brief window to order new bikes due to a holiday backlog of service orders.... he apologized and gave me a realistic expectations on when the bikes would be in.... it was longer than i hoped but i always appreciate a candid answer..... most people in the service world create excuses that shift blame on someone else or some imaginary reason out of their control... in the end... todd has the best line of newly designed cruising bikes available in town.... at the best price.... and puts a high value on direct communication...

Super friendly bikeshop with helpful staff. I depend upon my bike daily for work commute and more. Whenever I have a problem, I stop at OTE and Todd has always helped me take care of it. No doubt OTE is good because people working there obviously love bikes and enjoy working with them.If youre on the path and thinking about fixing up your bike or getting a new one, stopping here is a no brainer.

Todd was super helpful, friendly and inexpensive! My friend & I cruised in there one Sunday looking to get air in our bike tires and they checked the pressure & filled both of our bikes for free!! I ended up leaving it with them after my ride for a tune up - the same $100 tune up @ chainwheel drive, for ONLY $30 @ OTE!!!!
