Lizard Juice is better than any other I have been to. Sierra and Faith are amazing when it comes to customer service. They are very knowledgeable and will help with issues of a device or juice. The store also offers great juices with a dont like it, dont vape it return policy. I havent been in another store with this option. Best by a wide margin!!

Autumn at the Dunedin Location is AMAZING! She is always in a good mood and always there to lend an ear to me! I love all locations, and all the employees, so I dont want to leave anyone out!!!!! I love you ALL!!! You guys have the best customer service around. Side Note- I cant always tip because I rarely have cash. At some places you can add a tip to your debit purchase. I would LOVE if you guys could integrate that as an option in your payments :)

Stop advertising with flyers on people windshields, they just become trash we have to get rid of with most people not even akimming them before crumpling them up.Aside from that, place is chill and nice to hang out at.

Been going here for nearly 2 years for their kratom tea...best around hands down. Ive been all over and there are 2 types of tea out there...its either brewed and weak or its just powder mixed with water and some flavor and called tea, but they have found a great method for brewing...its strong and wont make you nauseous like the powder teas will. All the locations brew it the same as well.

I love this place!! Everyone here is very friendly and helpful especially Faith she is always very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills! All of her customers love to return and pay her a visit. They have great prices and a wide assortment of teas and juices. I come here every week and I love it!

Sarah was excellent in showing me what I would need and how to you is according to my smoking habits. She was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the stow was nice and calm and smelled really good. The vapor cigarettes taste really good. I got the watermelon. I will use this product from now on as I have tried others and this lizard juice one is the best.

I’m a regular customer at this establishment. This is my one stop shop for all my vaping needs. I also really enjoy the Kratom and Kava tea selection. I judge a business by their ability to solve a problem. Last week I purchased a new vape that apparently was defective from the factory. The helped me with it and got the problem solved. Made a purchase for a tank cover to my Aspire Nautilus for $32. After 2 days and never using it i decided to return it because I felt I paid too much. They would not refund my money citing no manufacturer defect. The best they were willing to do was an in-store credit. I do not usually shop Lizard Juice anyway because i find their prices to be too high.

Got an opportunity to meet Johnathan this morning around 11, and he totally made my day. His professionalism and service was top notch. Every time I go in there the staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definately be back!

Juice is a bit high priced no brands I know and they use dye to color their juices. No vape gear and horrible selection. Store associate was attentive yet not pushy. Workers are good selection and business model are lacking

First time ever here, had done VaporFi and was never happy with them at all . My electrician on Monday was telling me about and how the juice is phenomenal and the systems well priced . So I went over to the one in Dunedin and spoke with Sierra and she did an outstanding job explaining the different systems and which one would be good for me after talking with me ! I am so hooked at this point and finally cutting way back on smoking the nasty cigarettes. I could t wait this morning to start using my system. Might have to stop by this week and check out another flavor ! Great Job

As a customer of Lizard Juice for more than 5 years, I have had the opportunity to visit numerous local stores for my vaping needs. Sierra & the folks at the Dunedin store totally go out of their way to make sure you have the right product, the best flavor juice or advice for whatever youd need. Not only am I a big fan, but thanks to Sierras recommendation, my 10 year old Jack Russell is too! She has long had severe anxiety over thunderstorms or construction work around our house- shaking, panting & drooling in panic. Thanks to her suggestion, I bought some Richards Pet Hemp spray and after one single dose, the dog was visibly calmed and relaxed for hours! Just looked at their website and saw that they charge 80 bucks for the worst 2 batteries starter kit that you can find online for 25 or under all day. On principle i wont go there even to buy juice if they are trying to take advantage of you wanting to quit smoking. Id highly suggest finding another shop or going online.

Really friendly and helpful staff! The two beautiful sisters Faith and Sierra helped me with the switch from cigarettes to vaping and I’m gradually lowering the milligrams. The prices are good and there are good flavors to choose from. I stop by mostly on the weekends now and Jonathan who works those days is also really nice and knowledgeable . They have the kratom tea freshly brewed ready to drink or in all the other forms, powder pills vape, etc

I had my charger a week and a half when I went to plug it in to my phone charger, the piece inside fell in and I couldnt charge it. The girl at Lizard Juice said it was not a factory defect so they wont replace it. I believe it is a factory defect, that should not have happened. I have been going to that store for over 2 and a half years. I am going to talk to Gary before going to the E-Cig store across the street from them.

They dont back their product. They say you have 60 days to return any defective hardware but when you try to they say its not covered under the warranty. I bought 2 brand new batteries that (according to them) will last 6-8 hours both lasted under 2 and one broke (the part broke off where you screw in the reservoir) the second time I went to refill it. They said they cant do anything about it when I went to return it and offered me 20% off a new battery. I just bought the battery the week before! They give you discount cards when you purchase something (by spinning a wheel) and every time you try and use one they come up with some reason you cant use it. Their juice is terrible and will give you a soar throat after a couple weeks of using it. I know quite a few people that have had the same experiences at lizard juice so its not just a one time occurrence. Do yourself a favor and find another brand to use like Casper on US 19 and Curlew. They have better juice and stand by their products.

Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Always friendly. I usually learn something new every time i go in. A couple times ive been unlucky after making a special trip to the store and the clerk on duty wasnt able to answer my questions. I recently bought a sub ohm mod and tank on one of the employees recommendation. Unfortunately when i went back to actually make the purchase the clerk working admittedly had no knowledge beyond the basics, which was frustrating when i was making a $150 purchase. A large part of my reason for going in a shop rather than online ordering is the education and personal attention. All in all good shop and the service, if occasionally inconsistent. I feel let down when certain staff is working. Juice selection could be larger, i usually go with their house blend though. I feel its a bit too expensive for the quality. They have punch cards for juice but thats the extent of their loyalty program. I would recommend visiting Downtown Vape in Clearwater at least once before you decide on loyalty.
