Both Mary and Derrick at the t-mobile store in Dunedin at Granada Plaza go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. The two of them are a GREAT team...they work together well. My husband and I have been up to the store several times as we each got new Iphones. They go beyond to make sure you are happy. They are very pleasant to work with. Kudos to both of them👍🏻

This is my local store. I called this morning to make an apt for help changing plans. The kid could not be bothered and told me to call 611. I explained T-mobile Connect is a prepay plan and I need a new SIM card. He said We are low on Sim Cards and Stuff so... I was told to go to another store.Also 2 hours after leaving this review, 6 amazing 5-star reviews were planted behind mine. I smell a rat.

Always excellent customer service! I love going to this TMobile store because everyone I have ever worked with there has been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I went there today with my new iPhone to have them help me set it up and transfer information etc. Jay assisted me through all of this and went over and above to make sure everything was done correctly. I walked in with a screen protector and he suggested I return it and buy one there because it was better and would be covered under my insurance. My phone was taking too long to back up so Jay wrote down step by step instructions for me to take home and then told me to call the store if I had any issues. Amazing! Another great experience! :)

Like my first visit to this T-mobile a few weeks ago (after switching from Verizon) the employee that helped me with my problem was very helpful and patient.

I changed over to T-Mobile today at a store that wont be named, because it took Sean at his store to straighten out the errors that had been made - which he did professionally and with a smile. This store is AWESOME. Clean, and with a positive energy. Highly recommended. And look into the 55 plan.

Even though I did not purchase anything for financial reasons, he was still the constant professional. I never usually take time to post a review. But I was particularly impressed with the service I recieved from Jaiden Villanueva. When I originally went to make a switch from Verision to T-mobile I was excited to hear about the rebate buyout option for my excising iPhone X. I made the switch and thought it would be an automated process based on the original reps explanation. Well, finding out I was wrong about this was a bit concerning and needed detailed paperwork from Verizon in order to make the rebate happen. Lucky for me Jay was there to help me through this process and assisted me in obtaining my full rebate over 500 dollars. He provided great customer service and follow up even tho he was not the original sales person. As an Account Manager I know how important customer satisfaction is after the initial sale to have a long term customer. That is excactly what Jay has done and deserves to be commended for his efforts. Go see him at T-Mobile in Dunedin and he will take great care of you.
