Great and transparent service. They take auto service above and beyond and will definitely be returning here if I need auto work in the future.

I spoke with Dave early this am in a bit of a panic as my engine light had illuminated and I have to drive my daughter to college this weekend.They squeezed me in - found the issue and fixed my car within 30 minutes.This place is reasonably priced and quite honestly has home town values. Every person that walks through the door is treated with respect and a friendly smile!

I drive about 60 miles, round trip- to and from work each day. I have used D & F in the past for general maintenance, but on this particular day I was in need of a mechanic immediately. Without hesitation, they told me to bring my car in for the repair immediately.I have dealt with many mechanics in the past, and D & F didnt seem irritated to squeeze me in and even took the time to explain to me what I needed to do in the future- which I was not used to!As long as Im working in Dunkirk, NY- they will always have my business. They made a very stressful day much better!Thank you for your outstanding customer service and prompt repairs, D & F! It is much, much appreciated!

My a/c went out Saturday i called everywhere & was told I wouldnt be able to get in for at least 4-5 days.. Called d&f and they told me to come right down... I had a/c once again.. They have a new customer... Thanks

Great staff, one of the very few places that will try to save you money if they can I needed a part replaced and they said they could replace it but the housing might be to rusted to hold the new part they told me this before they did it just incase I had to replace the housing for the part usually quick to get my vehicle in and get the work done fast I wont go anywhere else till they give me a reason to Ive gotten work done a few times here and Ive called around to get quotes and there usually the cheapest

Ive taken my cars everywhere around Fredonia and Dunkirk area. By far D&F is best the place to take your car for any repairs or maintenance. The customer service is excellent. They will go above and beyond to take care of your needs.They will even show you whats wrong with your car. I will never take my car anywhere else but here. Thank you guys!!!

I brought my car in to get my tail light replaced and my AC fixed. When I went to go pick up my car, they didnt fix any of the problems, AND my windows, automatic locks, and convertible top no longer worked. When I told them this, they told me theyd have to call a Volkswagen specialist and keep my car for an extra few days, as they didnt know how to fix it, even though they were the ones who clearly broke it! They kept my car for over a week, and when I went to go pick it up for the second time, they fixed absolutely nothing, including the things I originally brought the car in for. Now my car is in worse shape than when I brought it in. Im incredibly frustrated and do not recommend this place at all.

My father in law has been taking his vehicles to D & F for as long and i can remember. When I married into the family, this is where I started to take my vehicle. Every oil change, every tire rotation, every time I needed them, they were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I trust them with every inch of my vehicle. I try not to go anywhere else! (only if I am late on making an appointment and they are too full to accommodate-shameful I know :)- Recommend them to everyone I know!

The owner is a very nice man plus they dont try and pull the wool over your eyes. Best place around!

Love them! As a girl everyone is always trying to scam me a fail to them I actually know about cars 😂 d&f have always been my go to for all my car services! They personally show you what is wrong with your car instead of giving you a list of nonsense. I asked for a full tune up on my car which would have given them a wide range to talk me into stuff I dont need. Instead they told me everything looked great I just needed a $12 spark plugs which they also showed me to prove it was way past its expiration. I highly recommend them.

I was told but another shop I needed brakes. I brought my car to D& F Auto, and they were honest and told me I didnt need them yet. I appreciate their honesty and will go back when I do need them replaced.

Hats off to the people at D & F I am from Canada while on vacation had serious engine problem, long story short, the didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and went out of there way to accommodate me, my wife and my 3 large dogs, How refreshing to fine an honest garage that puts people and service ahead of profit.
