After buying a battery in another AutoZone location I was told that they would not honor the warranty on the battery because they dont even sell that battery. Went over to the Shell for batteries and there sat the same exact battery sitting on it and they can see you from my phone number that I had purchased three separate batteries within a 7 month. And they wont replace the one that I have horrible service Ill be going down the road to Advance Auto from now on

Auto Zone parts are pretty good. I bought a motor there last year and havent had any problems at all. My mechanic works there as well. But, I did need some fuel injectors but they are $44 a piece and I will not be purchasing them from there.
Parts on hand short waiting time
Had to go there, because my check engine light came on. Walter, helped me out and put it on the tested it for me. And, to find out it was just my gas cap... thank you for all of your help Walter!!

I have never written a review for a business before I don’t think, but had a pretty disappointing experience at this auto zone this morning. I have a 2007 Honda Fit. Went in to test my check engine light. The guy couldn’t find the place to plug in the device and after less than 10 minutes, gave up and said he couldn’t find it but “it isn’t good” and said I should go to advanced to have them see if they could find out how to test it. I had just gotten off a 12 hour overnight shift and was really worried about my car, and while the man that helped me was very kind and friendly, I think there should be at least one employee working that knows how to test my engine light at a place that advertises that they do that. Or at least someone who is willing to put in more than five minutes trying to figure out how. Went to O’Reilly afterwards and the man found it in a matter of seconds. I definitely will not be going here again

I was looking for LED driving light bulbs for 2003 Escalade and they had them in stock. Seems not many places stock them. I wanted to try LEDs to see if they produce less heat and not damage the sockets, like the old ones did.

Well after 4 years my battery died at Dunns Habitat for Humanity. The gentleman who oversees things jumpstarted my 2015 Ford Fiesta and suggested Dunns Autozone. Lauren helped me find the correct battery (Duralast Gold). It might be slightly up there (159.00) but I have a 5 yr. warranty and positive reviews. Saul popped that bad boy in in no time. My stress was gone. Thanks to all for getting me to work and back safely.
