Over the last 5.5 years of ownership I’ve bought tons of parts from Hypermotive, including long tubes, quad tip corsa mufflers, and Race Star wheels. Needed a receipt for a part I ordered for warranty claim, the owner Jason told me they changed systems and he had to look for it. I found the exact date I placed the order and payed him for it, butapparently he couldnt find it. It seems pretty easy to find an email for a specific part ordered on an exact date youd think? Not just that but looking through old convos, I had to reach out to this dude A LOT for updates on orders I placed. Seems kinda careless when you place thousands of dollars of orders through someone and you cant even get an email forwarded to you.Edit: Changed to 3 stars because Jason took the time to reply.

I have been a customer with Hypermotive for several years now. They have always been nothing but helpful. Whether it was planning a long term build or dealing with an unexpected problem. First of let me start off by saying this review doesn’t go against the character of the employees because the people were more than happy to keep working on our vehicle but towards then end it got extremely frustrating. We first took the truck here and ordered every necessary parts suggested by the employees payed for the labor and it took about two weeks... we came picked our truck up and something wasn’t right there was issues arising the more we drove it. We took it back another four times and we’re told it needs another things we replaced those and it was still messing up we took it back the last time hoping everything would be finished and fixed and to our surprise once again we picked up our vehicle and it’s still not right... my personal experience was not the best but the people were friendly just not thorough enough to be working on my vehicle.

These guys are great characters and even better mechanics. I would recommend to anyone out there. They have prices no one can beat and get the job done in a timely manner with precision.

Man.I never thought Id be, that guy to leave a one-star review to a business. This company has THE WORST customer service.This is a long review but will save you headaches.I made an order to Hypermotive and after ten days of no update I emailed the sales manager, Adam, about potentially getting an update and to inform him that the voicemail inbox to the main customer service line was full. After two days from first emailing him, he sent me a tracking number and informed me they were waiting for spectrum to set up their phones.After the scheduled delivery date had passed and my package didnt show up, I tried to call their main contact line again but with no success. Apparently, they dont want spectrum to fix the phones to their business?At the two-week mark I emailed Jason, the owner/operator of the company, with my current situation. I told him I understand that they do not make the product and do not physically ship the item, they are simply just a broker. He responds with a screen shot from the company that will actually be shipping it, essentially telling me that they NEVER SHIPPED MY PACKAGE THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING WEEKS FOR. I reply to Jason only to receive NOTHING back AND HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THE OWNER.This gives me the impression that Jason feels as if this has nothing to do with him? After knowing that there is an issue with a customer, I receive NO CALL OR EMAIL ASKING IF I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER OR APOLOGIZING FOR THE RIDICULOUS DELAY.This was supposed to be a gift for my brother, and I gave myself a safe 2 weeks to have it delivered in time. Unfortunately it did not. They sat with my $225 and the owner did nothing to help my situation, especially after knowing I couldn’t call to ask them for help.Essentially it doesn’t matter that it was late, but that this company made ZERO effort to help.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LAZY COMPANY!
