The transmission on my old car blew on the long drive between Florida and DC. I was planning on replacing the car in the next month, but I was stuck halfway with a nonfunctional car.Within 10 minutes of calling the nearest dealership, Bleeker, the tow truck arrived. Within a half hour, the great guys in the shop had the diagnosis. Within two hours after that, I was back on the road with a new(used) car that I love, and paid a fair price. Chase was a delight to work with and listened to what I wanted. The only cons:. They only gave me one key. (Sometimes its the little things that frost you). The paperwork processing seemed unnecessarily slow...but they were still much faster than the last vehicle I bought. I absolutely can recommend working with them. It was a great experience and made what could have been very stressful, very smooth. Thanks guys! (And feel free to send a second key)

Professional and courteous. Listened to what I was looking for and not try to force a different kind of vehicle on me just to make a sale like other dealerships have. There was a recall (software update) applied to my 2021 Silverado, when I asked if the guy at the register could provide some information on what was updated by the software update, he delayed and gave a vague answer. I looked on the web, and really could not find it, don’t understand why a service representative would not be able to provide such information.

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone at this facility was courteous, friendly, patient and professional. Trey and Jasmine are a dynamic duo. Jose put the icing on the cake and explained all the intricate details. I was a bit disappointed with the detail cleaning of the interior of my used vehicle. They took care of a large blemish in the back seat. The driver and passenger seat needed a little TLC also. Other than that, Im satisfied with my purchase.

Had car for 2 1/2 months and it stayed in shop for repair at least 2 of those 2 1/2 months then transmission went out. They did let me trade car in but for a very much more expensive car($26,000) more. Thought I had no choice due to them having my $3000 down payment already. I didn’t want that lemon they sold me and didn’t want them to keep my money that I put down. WISH I HAD KNoWN

Everyone there is great to work with. Im assuming that youre talking about the service department. On a scale of 1 to 10, Id rate them and 11!! They always answer the phone, and theyre always anxious to help you with any problems that you have. If they can find some way to get something repaired under a special extended warranty or something theyll do that. I cant say enough good things about them.

I am enjoying my Chevrolet Silverado that I got from bleecker Chevrolet of Dunn NC the staff there was Great and did everything they could to save me money and get me into my brand new truck I would recommend anyone to try them out they are Fantastic .

Great price and offered what I owed on my GMC Sierra 1500. Only problem I had was salesman didn’t want my wife and I to come in when we offered. He said he had to leave early and didn’t want to split his commission with another salesperson.

When I went in looking for a new truck I new the specs i was looking for and the price range. When the 1st truck fell through was already sold at a fifferent dealership the sales associate did a search and found me MY truck even with some upgrades. He had a very friendly demeanor and followed up even after I left ensuring my satisfaction. Bleeker dealership also has been very accomodating to get miscellaneous items complete. I just went for my 1st service and was in and out in 25 minutes. I would recommend Bleeker in the future.

Co-signed on a vehicle for a friend of mine (used Chevy Trax) she had problems with the engine misfiring after about 3 months of ownership. A year and some change later and the car wont even stay running after cranking. Was supposed to come with a 1-year warranty which somehow never materialized. Seems like a on-going issue for people at this dealership. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a new battery installed in my Corvette. When I drove away the low battery light was on. I tried to reset it. That didnt work. After about a week or so I called Bleeker Chevrolet and told them and that it wasnt doing this when I brought the car in. So I got a time frame to bring the car in. After about a hour or so they told me one of the wires was loose on the battery giving a bad reading to the instrument panel. I dont understand why they couldnt see something was wrong when the battery light was on when they started the car. At least they corrected the problem.Quite a bit of aggravation and time was spent on this by myself.

I brought my wifes car in for service for the first time and Dustin made it easy and fast. I will be returning to do business.

Since moving to the area, Ive discovered Bleecker Chevrolet to be the best of all Chevy dealerships in the area for vehicle service. Ive tried others, but they are nowhere near is good as Bleecker. Service is exceptional and they never try to nickel and dime me for additional services. I cannot say the same about other dealerships.When we arrived in the area, we were only 10 minutes from Bleecker but moved about 25 miles away after a year. I tried out dealerships closer to my new residence but have decided the additional time and drive is worth it to continue having all my vehicles serviced with Bleecker.

Me and my boyfriend went and looked around and Max Shemancik approaches us and gave us information about the cars we were looking at. Even though we did not purchase anything right then we will be returning back! His customer service is AMAZING, he was not pushy like some dealers are and went above and beyond about the information he gave us.

Yesterday I drove an hour to go look at a truck after speaking with one of the salesman. They tell me the truck has been sold when I get there. Today the truck is still available but posted for $1500 more.

Always great to deal with. I have had service on my vehicles there for the last 8 years or so and never had any issues so far. Easy to communicate issues when they arrise. Prices are in line with other places around town.
