I am very impressed with the service that I have received at Metro. The Manager is very professional and worked hard to make sure that my issue was resolved by the time I left the store. She even got me credit towards my next bill for the inconvenience. Always waiting until I am Dunn just to get service from that store!!

You can tell that there is new management. The store is currently open every time I go and the service has been great!! I have had a great experience with the new staff. They are very knowledgeable and always have the answers I need. I will definitely recommend the NEW STORE to friends and family. I AM CURRENTLY HERE AT 3: 43PM OUTSIDE OF THE METRO HERE IN DUNN NC THERE IS NO SIGN UP SAYING THEY ARE CLOSED BUT THIS IS A DAILY THING THIS STORE ALWAYS CLOSED ITS RIDICULOUS HAD TO GO TO THE SANORD LOCATION FOR SERVICE THAT WILL BE MY NEW GO TO STORE NOW DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THE DUNN METRO THE EMPLOYEES ARE NEVER THERE AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY WRITE THEM THEMSELVES

Says they open at 10 but yet I’m here at 10:19 and they still aren’t open this is inconvenient when you have to take care of things before you start work at 11:00 so inconvenient never will come back

We got to the store at 630 pm and they close at 7 . The associates stayed till 8 pm helping us . They transferred out old numbers and even helped us deal with our old carrier . I am beyond satisfied with the service . Great store great employees

Went to metro pcs after work it says it closes at 7pm but im got here at 6pm and its closed NO sign posted at store when I get there. Now I get another phone until tomorrow

I wouldn’t recommend this metro pcs at all. Im assuming the previous employees that were sweet and have helped me no longer work there. Everytime I go in this place its someone with an attitude working. Bad bad customer service.

Id give it a five if they had more help.

Bought lgk20 phone recently.unfortunately was defective.stores in Orlando fl and kissimmee could not replace phone on time because they did not have it on stock.drove to the Dunn NC store and Ed and Tyler with the upmost customer service provided me with assistance and immediately made the exchange.special thanks also to Amy!!way to go guys!!!thanks!
