Just had to wait 30 minutes on hold with NO ONE ever picking up to check on a prescription that my son needed for pain after recent surgery. I was driving to the pharmacy when I called. So I got there I was waiting in line and saw that they basically were not picking up the phones.I finally hung up when I got to the counter after 30 minutes. They had not gotten my refill yet off the voicemail from the doctor that was submitted about five hours earlier at least.The pharmacist just said they were too busy to pick up - so they were not picking up any calls. I said well I didn’t have time to wait which is the reason for my phone call and had he picked up my phone call he would’ve known I was on my way in. I still had to wait about 10 minutes to get the prescription that should’ve already been taken care of.This is not the first time we’ve had horrible service at this location. Steer clear.

The pharmacy staff are some of the most 1-dimensional thinkers I’ve ever encountered. Their inability to communicate effectively and think critically about one’s situation is truly baffling. I can’t believe the ineptitude of some of these staff members. I’m switching my pharmacy as soon as my next script is written

Pharmacy never picks up the calls. Neither they give the confirmation call about its readiness. Most of the time they either let you wait at the store or medicine is not available. When other pharmacy like Walgreens call them to transfer the prescription, they do not pics those calls also. Will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

If you need a prescription, dont go here. The pharmacy admitted they havent even checked call in prescription so I will have to wait another 24 hours to get my DR to call back in. The place is completely overwhelmed and under staffed.

Absolute WORST pharmacy. Never come here and avoid at all cost. They have terrible customer service, rude, never apologize, blame the customer, and have never offered a solution. I’ve never had a smooth or easy experience with them. We have made multiple complaints to CVS Corp, nothing. They have lost a customer for life and we will tell anyone and everyone we know in Dundwoody to go to Walgreens next door. Bye. Awful

Used to come here, the pharmacist here is loud and unprofessional heard her isles down the store discussing my rx, Service associates in the store here also have poor customer service skills. The pharmacy techs have good attitudes and thats about it. It’s definitely not one of the better CVS”s.

This is actually a decent CVS pharmacy with really good associates but they are perpetually overwhelmed and under-staffed. Tonight when I went in they had the pharmacist plus an associate to cover the counter and the drive through. I heard the pharmacist tell the associate that nothing else dropped off would be completed tonight because he was already 300 prescriptions behind. The only reason I started going to this location is because my insurance forces me because of a tier system. Perhaps that’s why it’s so overwhelmed?The store itself reminds me of a Kmart. It’s cramped, oddly stocked and just feels dated. I’m not sure I’ve bought anything from the store and I’ve only gone in because the drive through for the pharmacy is backed up.

I went to this CVS for my COVID-19 test. My test was completely quickly but the representative had no interest in watching me swab correctly it seems. It felt very rushed. I will most likely not visit this CVS for future testing.

Told me to get an Uber to take a Covid test when my car broke down. I won’t takean Uber because that would contaminate the Uber driver if I test positive. I understand “protocol” but whether I sneeze on the Ziplock bag they put the swab and tube inside whether it’s inside the car or outside the car doesn’t contaminate the drive thru anymore or less than people rolling down their windows touching the bag with dirty fingers and putting the bag in the prescription slot. By the way it hailed on my walk home and now I’ll be out of work until who knows when.

In 3 months there have been 3 mistakes with one of my two perscription refills, one of which caused me to to without my medication for a few days. When i had them transfer my perscriptions they still submitted one of them after transfering them so I couldnt pick it up at the new location. Save yourself the hassle and use another pharmacy

Recently made an appointment for a Covid19 test. I arrived early, waited in the drive thru for my turn just to find out the test couldnt be administered because of printer issues. Technology fails us and i understand things happen. I was disappointed with the communication in alerting us. There was no follow up nor resolutions offered. My Saturday was waisted waiting for a call or email.

Mgr was not open for business at 8:05AM. Also, he parked in the “courtesy, for families with children” place close to the door. Not rude, simply disrespectful and not on top of things. Duracell batteries were nothing but grey powder. Awful. Rang up wrong price, then substituted with smaller item. Just awful.

If I could give this less than one star I would. I am really disturbed that the Manger working at a CVS is rude and insensitive. Said manager Alysia made unwanted remarks about the products I was buying. I expect privacy from a drug store or at least no judgement.Thanks to the Sweet French lady for helping me by the way I just don’t remember her name but I think she had a nice French accent.

This is the BEST CVS in the nation. Brandon, the manager, might have restored my faith in humanity and also reminded me that customer service is priceless. After ordering magnets on CVSs website Friday night, I showed up to pick up my order and Brandon gave me a worried look. He said that he wasnt sure why the website allowed me to order 100 magnets in 1-hour completion since not only would it take a day to make 100 magnets but that no store had more than 6-12 magnets at a time. But these werent any magnets- these were my save the dates and I had already been burned by an online retailer who lost my package and had terrible customer service. Brandon could see the panic in my eyes and decided at that moment that he would see if he could find some magnets that night, on his way home to help me out. Saturday morning, Brandon called me and he had found 30 magnets Friday evening from 24-hour CVS and locations that stayed open until midnight. He informed me that he wasnt done with the quest and he would find all 100. Sunday morning, he called and said that not only did he find all 100 but they were all complete. Not only has this location made a customer for life but I promise to tell this story of his kindness to whoever will listen. Thank you Brandon for helping this bride not lose her mind!

Pharmacist goes the extra mile. They no longer stock my medicine and he gave me multiple recommendations. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! (Only con is that they don’t tell you about discounts for prescriptions so make sure you always search discount cards online first).
