Is this place brand new and sparkling, no. It is clean. Run by a great staff. Good location. It has met all my needs, while exceeding my expectations. Akia will take care of you. They have drive up units and indoor climate controlled units, depends on your needs.

The place is okay. The reason for my two stars is that there is only one dolly available for use and multiple people who need to use it. Had to haul my pretty heavy stuff into my storage space. Very time consuming and again, very heavy. 🥴

I came in 15 min before closing time, not realizing they closed earlier on Saturday. Thankfully, Gwen was able to get me set up quickly. She kindly showed me how to get to my unit and clarified some details. Appreciate having the dolly, air conditioning and elevator access there too.

Akia is ALWAYS helpful, but the restrooms NOT being available when Im there for a few hours sorting and rearranging my 5 units is NOT convenient. I understand the virus, but other public fast food, ect are open and I think its unnecessary for both restrooms to be closed off. I do not know if its a corporate decision, or a local managers position, but the RR NEED to be open.

Gwen was wonderful and extremely helpful! Her positive attitude and friendliness made what was a rough day so much brighter. The 5 star rating is purely for her professional and courteous service. The only problem with our experience was the fact that the elevators were not working and my unit was on the second floor. But I realize that this is not the front desk staffs fault, and moving my things up stairs was good exercise anyway so it wasnt that much of a problem. The units are very clean and secure as well.

Professional and courteous management. I have utilized this facility several times for that fact as well as cleanliness, easy access and usually always has hand truck dollies available for use (big plus)! I highly recommend this location. Easy access to the main interstate also.

Customer service here is absolutely amazing. I had wonderful experiences with both employees I spoke with as well as the manager. I only needed storage for a month, and that plus the lock was only $50, which was a huge life saver at a tough time when I was between houses. The first girl that helped me was extra amazing but I forget her name (Taryn? something like that. Anyway she deserves a raise or something cause she was awesome!)

Elevators haven’t worked properly and they expect for the customers to pay for the repairs by increasing the rent. I asked how I was suppose to move my things from the 2nd floor and she replied the steps!

I could not have asked for a better experience. The young woman who called and then met me on the site was knowledgeable, professional, and as helpful as she could possibly be. Akia has made this a very pleasant experience! I was nervous about my move and the packing, but she has been very helpful. All my questions have been answered, she gave me tips on packing to make everything easier and less stressful, she is very knowledgeable when it comes to packing and storing. The location is clean, which is a big plus since I wont be worried about bugs or rats getting into my things while stored there.

This is long overdue but this facility is the best hands down. The facility is very clean which is a plus for me. The staff at this site are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had my items in storage for serval months with no issues at all. I had a small unit at first and needed to transfer to a larger unit. Akia was able to help with the transfer of the unit with no time. She even got me a larger unit that was closer to my smaller unit which made the move very easy. I will be coming back to this location for future storage needs.

Friendly and helpful staff, well lighted, fenced, clean, easy in and out. The temperature is kept at a good level - not too cold or hot. Much better facililty than others I had looked at and the price is reasonable for the area.
