This shop was a trip saver! We limped our squealing Jeep JKU into town with literally 8 minutes to spare before the shop closed and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue within minutes! Lance and his crew went above and beyond to help these fellow Jeepers from out of town out and we are so grateful to have a shop know their stuff and be able to diagnose and fix so easily (and in our case, very economically). THANK YOU Lance, and crew for your quick help and proper diagnosis, it would’ve been a long and probably way more eventful trip home without you guys!

Lance, Joe and Swift did a great job with the RSC on my Ford E-350. I’ve had it worked on twice in the past, at dealerships, which cost 5 - 8 times what they charged. Fair price, great service, can’t recommend them enough.If also note that working on the RSC is not your standard affair, it’s a tricky bit of business and two months later still no problems.

During our road trip to Durango, CO from Houston, TX the check engine light came on my 15 Ford expedition just outside of Albuquerque, NM. It felt like the transmission was sputtering on 5 and 6 gear and I was fearing the transmission was going out. We limped our way slowly to Durango. After calling just about every mechanic in Durango with no luck, I got in touch with Lance and I explained the situation. He was very receptive and knowledgeable and was able to get my truck fixed right away. He explained what the problem was and how it was getting fixed and did it at a very fair price. This literally saved out vacation and we were able to get to do the things we wanted during our stay in Durango. My truck is running like a champ and we made it back home with no worries. Great group of guys honest and considerate

Bob was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job rebuilding the front end of my Jeep! We were from out of town and they were able to complete the job in a timely manner!

DO NOT GO! They over charge and don’t do what they will say needs to be done. They are VERY unprofessional and rude. I am 17 years old and they way they treated me and “fixed” my car was terrible!

The best quality people, service, and prices in the La Plata area!!!! I went in and told them I needed $1k in repairs. Thet fixed everything and more for only $200!

These guys screwed me and I would not recommend. Sent me home without the transmission cooling line attached improperly and Tranny went out down the road. They would not accept responsibility and I had to spent over $1000 to have another shop fix it. Go somewhere else.

Ive never actually dropped off a vehicle there, but from my encounters with Lance I cant say anything good. Quoted me an enormous amout of $$ just to change out some gears in my Jeep. Always insist on quoting the most ridiculous high prices for parts (and charging). He acted like I couldnt possibly know what Im talking about, then when I aked him several basic questions about Jeep axles he was clueless to what I was asking.There are plenty of other better mechanics in town where you dont have wander through a juncked out shop to get to the office, and you will get actual customer service. Dont bother.

Thought my car had a transmission issue because the gear shift kept getting stuck and the clutch was losing pressure. Most mechanics would have taken advantage of me when I mentioned a transmission issue and suggested I replace the entire thing. They were super thorough and found out immediately it was just a clutch master cylinder that could be replaced for less than $200. They then called me to let me know they checked into a separate issue - the clicking noise my car was making and found out my car was 3 quarts low on oil, called me and asked me if I would like an oil change taken care of too. Needless to say, they take care of you here! I was so impressed!

Marmots ate my engine wiring harness. None of the insurance recommended body shops would do the work. 4X4 and more repaired it like new. Pleasure to work with.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR 4x4 HERE.I had an appointment and waited patiently for it. I dropped it off early. What I needed done would have taken them 45 min. 10 hours later I picked up my truck parked in the same spot I left it that morning. NO BUSINESS ETHIC. LOOKED LIKE A DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS WHEN TALKING ABOUT TOYOTAS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS JOKE. Unacceptable on all points. How are they still in business? Truck Accessories or McNeals are professional shops with more experience on 4x4s.

Do not take your car here. They scammed me out of a few hundred dollars, they were so rude and disrespectful to me, never showed me anything that was broken either. They wanted to charge me $820 for something that only cost $240 at 3 other shops I took it to get a second option, what a joke this place is

OUTSTANDING! I broke my Jeeps front differential while visiting Colorado. 4x4 and More saved me $400 on the repair compared to the other shop I checked out. Their turn around time was spot on, enabling me to drive home not only repaired, but with peace of mind. If I lived around Durango, that would be the place Id always use.
