I absolutely loved our experience with 2180. Were DIY type people, and weve been working on an extended kitchen remodel. We only wanted to do our kitchen island at this time, with plans in the future to replace the rest of our tile kitchen counters. There were other granite companies in town that definitely turned up their noses at our search for a simple remnant piece of granite. This was not the case with 2180. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Heather was extremely welcoming and excited about our project. She even met us at the slab yard in the snow and rain one day and helped us find a beautiful piece of granite to really give a WOW factor to our island. The fabrication team was great as well. Their work was amazing, and they treated our home with respect. (I think they left my floors cleaner than when they walked in!) Heather went way above and beyond to make sure we loved the final product, and were so happy we chose to work with her and 2180. I would highly recommend them above any other granite company in town, and well definitely use their services again when we do the rest of our kitchen. Their lighting department is awesome as well! Tara helped us pick out some awesome pendant lights, and the prices were very affordable.

Great experience with this business. They have excellent follow-through. Though busy, they consistently communicated about what was going on and schedule specifics.Everyone from the sales person to the owners to the installers had a positive attitude about their work and service. I always felt they were doing everything to make my project go well, even though it was a small one.My project being a small one meant there were unique challenges, such as keeping a large piece of granite together across a bridge of just a couple of inches. Where they would have had a good reason to add a seam, they took a lot of measures to keep the granite a solid piece. Really nice work!

These guys did such a fantastic job in helping us renovate our building for Bright Day Orthodontics! They were careful, professional, thorough, and worked diligently to complete the project under a tight deadline. Highly recommend!

Fantastic selection, super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Products are very reasonably priced - youll definitely be impressed. Attention to detail was icing on the cake as the team installed two very large custom pieces for us in an efficient manner but with the utmost precision.

During the excitement and stress of building a house, working with the team at 2180 was an oasis of calm and competence. We got our granite countertops and key lighting from them. Eirann and Remy were our counter and lighting consultants and we loved their knowledge and efficiency. When Ryan and the installers came out this past week, it was clear everyone there really knows their stuff. They were great communicators EVEN during the pandemic shutdown. And I especially liked suggestions that helped us stay in budget, like tapping into their extensive remnant yard for areas like the laundry counter. I can’t recommend these folks enough...they were truly distinctive amongst some great service providers we had on our build.

2180 is the best choice for locals in Durango. They will greet you warmly, support whatever size of project you have and meet you at your price point. No elitism, just a great place with hard working people. We highly recommend 2180 over similar options in town.

The 2180 Installation Team was awesome. They arrived when they said they would and performed the work they were to accomplish and more. They were respectful to their Customer, worked hard, fast and efficiently as a Team. Each one took on a different role for each task, and their Teamwork was unlike anything I have seen before. In addition to their primary task they were sent to do, they asked if there was anything else they could help with. We told them about some residue on our barbecue stone. The entire Team jumped on it immediately, stripped and re-sealed the whole slab. They also took great pride in work as a Team and asked if they could take photos of their work. Their attention to Customer Satisfaction was unparalleled. It was clear that they were willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. These Guys Rocked.Larry

Great place to go for all of your interior finish needs. We ended up purchasing our countertop, flooring, tile, and lighting through them. 2180 is definitely a one stop shop! Service was wonderful, and the installation of our countertop went smoothly, and it looks great!

Our experience with 2180 was fantastic. Heather was wonderful to work with on tile and countertops. She had lots of creative ideas and solutions. She always has a positive and friendly attitude. Tara was a tremendous help with lighting as well. I would highly recommend this design studio.

I originally thought I was at Light Art all the while shopping at 2180 and mentioned that I had been a customer at Light Art many years ago to the 2180 sales person, no one mentioned that I was using the wrong name. The next day when i called Light Art to ask a question of the sales person they told me I must have had the wrong store. I explained that I was at their store on Main Avenue and they told me it had changed names and owners. I thought it a bit strange that the salesperson at 2180 did not correct me or tell me this. Light Art said it happens often and I am not the first person to have had this experience. It felt a bit deceitful. Light Art has a return policy, 2180 does not let you return items which is the reason why I decided to shop locally rather than online. If you want locals to shop in store and not online, they need to have a better return policy.

2180s front-end staff provided me with a 5-star customer experience. During my many visits and phone calls / emails each person I interacted with in regards to my kitchen countertop replacement were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their countertop prices are also competitive with others in the area and they had a wide selection of countertop materials. They definitely aim to please the customer and went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with the product and that what I wanted to install would work for me. The reason I rated the overall experience a 4 instead of a 5 was due to the installation-end where a few issues arose. That said, all the issues were handled in a timely manner and resolved to completion leaving me with a beautiful kitchen countertop that I am incredibly pleased with. Special thanks to Eirann for all her awesome help!

A truly awful and disappointing experience. Shoddy work was done on the installation of countertops, (the piece they cut wasnt large enough) which is bad enough on its own. Insult to injury, 2180 tried to hide it from us. We saw it, called them out on it, and were met by the owners with apathy and blame. Will never darken their doorway again.

Terrible follow up after the sale and nothing less than incompetence when it came to cutting the material so that it would fit. They could teach a class on how to lose a customer
