WOW, WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!I recently had countertops installed by Tile Art and the whole experience was fantastic! Everyone I worked with from Grace in the showroom to the install crew was so kind and accommodating. The install crew was timely and took very good care of my small apartment while bringing the big pieces of quartz inside. Everything in my house was brand new from appliances, to paint, to cabinets and the crew even left the place BETTER THAN THEY FOUND IT!I owe a huge thank you to everyone at Tile Art for the most wonderful experience, your level of care and communication is second to none.
Had ordered too many boxes of tiles, wanted to return to where they came from, but Tile & Light Art would not work with us at all. We offered to send the tiles back at our expense, but first they said it would be 20% to 30% restocking fee plus over $200.00 for shipping, when we looked at what it cost shipping to get all the tiles to Durango it was $85.00. So why tell us over $200.00? They gave us one excuse after another. Be very careful if you go to this business. We would not go there again.
Our experience at Tile & light Art of Durango has been utterly fantastic; we struggle with the hard decisions of interior decorating and appreciated the advice provided by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. We get numerous compliments on our pendulum lights, which are beautiful, and we are thrilled with our new kitchen counters. We highly recommend this company, you can’t go wrong with them.
A beautiful showroom, knowledgable staff and professional install team Tile & Light Art most definitely stands out as a business in Durango. Their install team in particular impressed us because they didnt just do the install and get out of there they paid attention to little details and made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it. We loved the finished product and I would highly recommend this company!
It was a pleasure using Tile Art for our recent kitchen remodel. We chose a quartz material that was no small feat including a 900# island slab. They were knowledgeable, competitive, timely and professional. Specifically, Mr. Dante Prestipino was exceptionally helpful before, during and following the installation - grateful for his personal attention to detail and assistance.
We had them install granite countertops. David and George did a great job. The whole experience was very professional and I would not hesitate to use them again.
As a professional builder, we have been working together with Tile & Light Art of Durango for years and they are fantastic to work with. They definitely are our go to supplier for countertops, shower doors, light fixtures and tile. Paul and Jackie are excellent to work with. They are super responsive and work well with our clients and schedules. Keep up the good work guys and many thanks from the SilverPick Contracting staff!
Until recently, our kitchen featured pink Formica counter tops. We spent eight years pondering what would cause a person to choose such an unsettling color. Was it on sale? An overstock item at Home Depot? A cruel joke? A color-blind interior decorator? We’ll never know.We finally decided that it was long past time to upgrade our kitchen’s appearance. And first to go, we agreed, were the awful pink counters. We knew next to nothing about materials or process when we first started to shop around. That quickly changed when we spent some time at TileArt of Durango. Designer Joanna Staehler explained the many available materials options and we quickly settled on granite for its durability and beauty. Next, we inspected the huge in-stock inventory of granite slabs…so many colors and variations! We settled on ‘Cashmere Cream’ which was a tan overall with lots of interesting bits and streaks of color splashed throughout. It complemented our existing floor tile and wood cabinets perfectly. Joanna helped us choose the surface texture (we liked the look of glossy) and the style for the edges (rounded, half bull-nose). On a roll, we also opted to re-top the vanities in our two bathrooms with the same granite treatment.Next, we had a visit from a TileArt technician who came to our home to measure our existing counter tops using a laser device to ensure accuracy down to the nano-inch. The measurements were fed into a huge digitally controlled saw that cut and finished the edges to our specifications. We also opted to replace all our existing sinks with under mount versions…a great look and a great convenience for cleaning up. TileArt had a number of sinks and faucets to choose from. Two weeks later, the counters were installed by an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable crew…everything fit snugly, and the results were astonishing! The old kitchen cabinets look brand new! The granite counters made SUCH a difference! We absolutely love our ‘new’ kitchen and bathrooms. Without reservation, recommend the TileArt and LightArt stores for anyone contemplating a remodel. Excellent service and advice, a dizzying array of choices and very reasonable prices!
Paul, Jackie, and the rest of the team at Tile & Light Art are second to none with their product offerings, job knowledge, and services. Their new showroom is a phenomenal design center showcasing the latest design trends for tile, lighting, counters, and home accessories. Their pricing is very competitive, even compared to online stores, and their service to clients is top notch. As a home builder, theyre the ideal vendor and subcontractor. Truly an asset to the Durango and 4 Corners area and a pleasure to do business with! Ryan Voegeli
