I love the co op. I have been a customer since they first opened in both Albuquerque and now Durango. They always have friendly staff and good food. My only complaint is sometimes not having enough cashiers when youre in a hurry during the day but just plan a few extra minutes if you know your going to be in a rush. Other than that I recommend shopping here.

Best place to get grains, seasonings, seeds and nuts. Believe it or not, the prices in their bulk section are unbeatable in town. also, dont forget to check out their 1.00 bags by the produce. always great stuff.

What a wonderful store ! Reminds me of Whole Foods in Austin.

A little pricey, but they provide a good, unhurried shopping experience. I have several faorites and the produce is always varied and a good choice.

My favorite place to get groceries in town! In the summer they have an extensive inventory of local produce and high quality local meats. As well as a very friendly and helpful staff. Their deli has some of the best vegan recipes and smoothies ever!!

DNF, as the locals call it, is a total gem of Durango. The produce is all locally sourced, from what I can tell, and fresh. I recommend the deli grab and go options which are delicious! The tuna salad, the broccoli salad, the vegan pesto, all favorites. Plus, they have a great bulk section to boot. Become a member for greater discounts, member appreciation days and to support your local community. Its well worth it.

They have really been approving a lot lately. They now have a lot of pre prepared food to pick from in brand new refrigerator cases. Looks delicious!

This excellent food coop has the best and most locally grown produce in town. Their deli serves up made to order healthy and delicious soup, sandwiches, smoothies, rice bowls and daily specials. They also have grab and go items.

Durango Natural Foods is a gem of a market in the Durango community. They have lovely, fresh, local produce and a Great bulk section. I recently became a member of DNF also and this makes the most sense to me because you get all applicable discounts and so much more.

Much more relaxing shopping here than at City Market.

Today, was the first time that I have ever been in Durango Natural Foods and I was very impressed by their fresh produce. Of course its a little pricey being a natural food store but if you sign up to be a member, (which is like $20 a month) you get 10% off every purchase.

Great place. Local organic foods. Great breakfast sandwiches made to order. Nice folks.

Amazing service. The only place within 100 miles that I have found that carries San Pelligrino Prickly Pear Italian soda. Whitney was great and gave me directions to the store. 5 stars all the way!

Great vegan options, including a delicious sandwich at the deli called The Cali and a couple tasty vegan cookies at the deli too. Love supporting my local coop, and also love that they honor memberships at other co-ops!

Best grocery store period. Ive seen more products here than other health store ie. Sprouts/WF. The deli is also great. good sandwiches, smoothies and juices. Also love that its a co op with plenty of organic and local produce !

Love this little market, everything is fresh and organic for the most part and owner and employees are outstanding and thier little deli turns out wonderful organic fresh made food daily! Its also only a few blocks away so I almost visit daily.

Local produce, local medicines, best bulk section, good food at the deli, yerba mate hot and ready and a good chance to run into some of Durangos best people.

Being that DNF is located right at the bottom of college hill, I shop there at least once a week. The deli is fantastic, it is especially helpful for me that they write all the ingredients on the label of each food item. They offer a wide range of grab and go options as well as made to order foods. DNF is definitely a go-to place for me, because they have so many healthy options and the location is so convenient.

Durango natural foods condones and are openly racist towards Native people.Both Sherpa and a millennial young girl named Ashley have completely discriminated against native people working at the store. I witnessed several team members talk bad about and watch native customers while they shopped. I will continue to make sure local farmers, as well as native people living in and around durango are aware of these practices.

Great little coop with friendly staff who may or may not be stoned out, or just super chill. Good selection of most stuff and a daily bargain bin of soon-to-be-expiring premade foods.

I love Durango Natural Foods Co-Op! Reasonable prices, great local and organic foods, a surprisingly large selection, and a great bulk foods section will definitely make this a regular stop for me!

Super small so it is tough to navigate with multiple people in there. Staff not friendly or helpful and the prices are really high

Where I go to buy honey, peanut butter, and a whole variety of nuts in bulk. Also carries the best avocados in town.
