Since moving to Durant I have come back to Quick Lane time and time again. These guys consistently have great customer service and has taken care of both my car issues every time they arose. There was even a time where I had brought in a flat tire and I expected to pay a service fee and the technician told me not to even worry about it and just told me that they would take care of it for me at no cost. I wouldnt say they would do this by default for everyone but it speaks to how they are really great at making sure you are taken care of. These are all the reasons why I am back today.

The best experience Ive had with any mechanic place. They let you know if your car has issues. Without charging you. They let you know after your service, which is the best experience. This is my #1 place to go for my car issues. Staff is excellent! Definitely a go to place.

I have been trying to get and alignment done for the last week or two and keep getting turn away at the door. Friday I came up there and was told Monday morning to be there, I show up and they say they can’t do it can come back tomorrow. I will not use them ever again if they do not want my money I will go to a much cheaper place that wants it.

I took my 2019 Jetta in for an oil change on July 27th 2021. After it was done they asked if my engine is super charged because if so then they put the wrong oil in. Wow so apparently someone just guessed (and got it wrong...) Anyway I give two stars instead of one because the next day they did drain and put the correct stuff in for free.

Kyle and David always help me the second I walk in. I’m here 3 times a month, if you want people that’ll shoot it to you straight when something is wrong this is the place for you. Guys in the shop know I use my truck for work and they do a top notch job on my truck and let it been known if there’s even the smallest leak. Can’t thank the employees enough! If you didn’t know every 5th oil change is free!

Quick Lane has fixed all our tire needs. I am very pleased.

My wife came in for an oil change, and we had a small drip leak, when we got the car back it turned into a waterfall. Losing a gallon of antifreeze in 30 minutes, which left her stranded for hours. Crooks. Dont recommend

Where to begin?! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and will not try to sell you what you dont need. I needed new tires. I asked them how much for all four and they told me I only needed two. Kyle ordered them, called me when they were in, and met me out by the car as soon as he saw me pull in. The place is clean as can be unlike a lot of other automotive places one might go to. I understand that auto work is a dirty job, but this place doesnt fit the norm. The waiting room is actually quite inviting and comfortable with plenty of space. I highly recommend Quick Lane.

Takes a good while. Should have movies playing to pass the long wait. And these guys never put the new sticker in the car. Drives me crazy to have to go back up there ever time. Will go elsewhere next go round.

We are from Texas & we bought a camper and needed to air the tires so we could get it home. We pulled into This place and the technician helped us by airing up the tires. Super nice people. Thanks for your help

They did a great job and for a great price! I knew something was wrong with my car and thought it was just needing an oil change. Turned out that my front tires were actually the issue (they were really bald on the inside due to my alignment being off). Not only did they show me the issue but also found me a great deal on new tires! They were very personable and did a great job all around! Definitely will be back! :)

Quick Lane has been servicing my pickup since it was brand new. These guys know my face AND NAME. They always take care of my truck and now my Wifes car with a great attitude and in a timely manner.

Had a screw go through my tire while driving from Texas to Arkansas. They were open earlier than other places. The staff was super nice and helpful. They didnt even charge me for patching the tire! If I lived in the area I would use them for everything!

This place is great! I won’t take my Ford Escape anywhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Took my car in for an oil change on Thursday, it is now Saturday and the skid plate has already fell off my car and is dragging because the mechanic can’t do their jobs right. Currently sitting at a gas station waiting on a real mechanic to come and fix the issue because I’m over 2 hours away. Called to let Quick Lane know and they didn’t seem to care nor try to help in anyway. I will not be taking my vehicle back and recommend everyone else to find somewhere else to go!

Dont know why its called quicklane waited over 2 hours and my vehicle never moved. Go to a jiffy lube then go to genes for a tire rotation plus its cheaper

Ive been going and getting my oil changes there now since they opened, they told me my brakes needed to be replaced by next oil change. So i stopped by no appointment to see how much it would cost, they got me in and fixed my brakes notice my license plate light was out so they fixed it. They came up explained how much it would be how long, offered me a ride home if i wanted. Great job

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT get work done here. Every time I called or came to talk to someone they completely wasted my time, tried over charging me, treated me like I didn’t know anything about vehicles (when I’ve gone to school for auto collision repair), & talked to me like I was completely worthless then hung up the phone on me on several occasions. NOT worth ANYONES time going here!

Recently had new tires placed on my car. I thought I had the best deal on the tires and they were able find a match of the same tire I wanted and saved me an additional $70 per tire ($280). Excellent service.I was also able to get work done on my laptop with their Guest Wifi during my short wait time. Nice addition as this is not present at other Tire or Auto centers.

I went last week to get my spark plugs replaced and the guys at Quick Lane were very professional, the area was clean and they got me taken care of in a matter of hours. Taking it to the dealership would have taken them a couple days to do. Good and quality work

Let me tell you about this place! Been going here since they first opened up for oil changes on my car since then the service has been excellent! Well now we needed tires for our car and new sway bar end links well let me tell you these guys worked hard and fast into getting the best price and brand of tire that pleased me and while they working on my car today they gave me regular updates on other parts that was bad on my car and ended up replacing everything in a very quick time! Very pleased with the employees and the overall customer service! I definitely found the place where I choose to go everytime for my cars needs! Thank you Quicklane for being bada**!

Had a flat at work. Spare was also flat. Manager and guy from Ford service went above and beyond to help me. Got a jack, drove to my car and put on new tire. Wasnt sure what I was gonna do, they took great care.
