I have taken my vehicles to them for a few years now, they are always very friendly and take great care of my cars! Honest guys, that charge a fair price. We dont use anyone else!

My vehicle was impounded. I was told these people were difficult to deal with. I actually thought they were very friendly and professional. They offered me help when dealing with the Tag office.

USRYS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT DISABLED FAMILIES OR THE AMERICAN WAY!! This place impounded my vehicle after being called by Calera Police department and it was non-consensual. After being in jail for a month, my bill is $900.00. My wife is disabled. Blind as a result of her Juvenile diabetes. They will not let me make payments or negotiate in any way! I am a licensed electrician and offered to barter work. So it keeps going up daily!

Beware, this place THE WORST!Don’t come here! Don’t get the towing service here! Stay away from this place!

Do not go ......they are not very friendly, they dont accept credit or debit cars. Not sure of thier service

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. Dose not accept debit or credit cards. Not registered with the better business bureau

Do not use. Terrible Service, absolutely awful. Was charged a higher mileage rate than what the state has determined and attitude as soon as the conversation started when I called to figure out why it was so high. Worst experience with any wrecker service in any state Ive ever dealt with. Just Awful.
