I ordered a bedroom set in November. They were a little late with delivery by an hour or so, and missing a few pieces they had to bring back the next day. While i was at first irritated, their delivery person, Rudy, was beyond nice, and made everything ok. Hes a great asset to the company in my opinion. I just ordered more furniture that is supposed to be delivered today. The manager there, and I am so sorry I cant remember her name, is so pleasant and nice to work with each time I have called. I definitely recommend this particular store!

Its amazing how someone can change my rating and erase my comment. I told the truth on here about this place and I see the whole comment was erased. It doesnt change the fact that this place is a bad company. They change management every quarter and I will NEVER forget that they stole from me and did nothing about it but claim the guy was fired and said sorry. Even though they credited back the money- They did nothing major to fix it. I have 4 more payments with these people and Im so ready to be done with these thieves.

Domt buy here imma mom was sold a bed that said it was brand new and then realized time later that it had a sticker saying it was second hand and had been sanitized

My friend ordered his furniture and was told his expected delivery date was today. They gave him a time frame of (3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.) and never showed up. He wasnt provided with any updates and called around 4:47 p.m. and was told they were on the way. He waited even longer and was told at 6:30 p.m. they were still on their way. He missed work due to their lack of communication. So after waiting for hours he left to go back to his previous apartment. At 8:00 p.m. his new roommate text him that his bed is being delivered. No one called him to update him at all. Unacceptable.

I went in and ordered a living room set was told it would be in and deliverable in 6-8 weeks. I never heard back from the 2501 University Dr,Durham,NC store Until l I called them and funny I had no order on file. What did I order invisible furniture. POOR POOR POOR nothing is or was fair about this store...
