They Did My Tint & The Week After Did My Key To Start. I LOVE It. It Something I’ve Wanted For Some Time. Communication Could Be Better But Overall It Was Worth The Wait.

Ive been doing business with this company for many years. With every transaction Im made to feel like a superstar. This company and its personnel accommodated my every need. I live over two hours away and relied on them to oversee work unrelated to their work. They did not disappoint! They had my truck painted, gassed up, rims special ordered, then powder coated to a color of my liking. They ordered multiple tires to achieve the best stance for my truck. They ministered professional guidance throughout the process from wheel size selection, color, brand and the list goes on. To add more icing to this cake, they opened outside of their normal scheduled hours allowing me to pick my truck up when I came into town. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for vehicle customization!

Fantastic communication, worked with me to get my car in before a car show, helped me pick the tint I wanted and did a great job installing it. Very happy with the quality of work provided! SunTek Ceramic is amazing, car is much cooler inside parked in the sun or cruising down the highway.

Amazing work, I felt like I worked there. I brought my Accord to fix a pre-existing sound setup (sub and chuchera), they did that and also fixed a problem that another shop didnt know how to. They then recommended an updated setup and due to their expertise I knew they were the shop that I could trust to get the job done! I have to say I did not receive or experience the quality in the finish product that is in the previous reviews, even though I was not paying for it myself, the quality and the pride someone takes in their work was not there. And this is not for the company as a whole, this is INDIVIDUALISM ( maybe that person was having a bad day, I dont know) but even if so, you have to separate that from your performance ...but what I do know as a FACT, you have to make sure whoever you hire to work for you, does work of excellence and take pride in what they do, because that can hurt your business. The window tint had cuts and bubbles, there was some type of issue on all the windows and I was told that the bubbles are going to be there and I was like NO, I have had three cars tinted and I have never experienced anything like this, not even when they finished it on the same day and definitely Ive never had ANY issues years later with it, especially no bubbles EVER, again this is no reflection on the business itself, Im pretty sure as a whole the business /company is great. I wouldnt know personally. Of course After experiencing this, I had them to remove it because I did not want them to redo it and I made this known to the person that it was done through, on the same day I brought these issues to the attention of the owner. I wanted to take my car where I knew and know that the quality and Excellence is there without a doubt.But just know One Bad Apple can spoil the whole barrel if you leave it there.

Professional, courteous, great work. Tried hooking up a new unit in my car and failed miserably. Davenport customs diagnosed my problem, re wired some things because of a short, and replaced blown fuses. Highly recommend these guys!!! I went in when my car failed it’s inspection due to too dark of a tint. They were so friendly and managed to remove my tint right then and there. I popped back in because I noticed the back window still had some tint. Again they were so friendly and immediately took care of it. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I recently had fog lights installed on a 2018 Nissan Rogue. The installation was a little tricky and I initially had some problems after the work was completed. I talked to Jimmie about my issues, returned the car to the shop, and had additional work performed. Throughout the whole process, Jimmie was open and honest about the installation updates and kept me informed on the progress that was being made. He even worked late into the evening to completely ensure that all issues had been resolved and that the lights would work properly when I returned for my car. When I got my vehicle, Jimmie explained the extra work that was performed and ensured my satisfaction. He even upgraded my lights and put air in my tires for my troubles. I was very impressed with the service at Davenport Customs and would not hesitate to go there for additional work.

This was my first time using Davenport. They were very professional. After I paid for the diagnostic they told me exactly what I needed and where to get it. Quick service too. I met the owners wife and she was cool too. She even suggested a good realtor. All around great experience.

Great service and prices! I had a two way remote start installed and it works great! Jimmy and his staff are easy to work with and really helpful when going over the different options available. I have to imagine this was much better service than going to Best Buy, and I know it cost less because I got quotes from both. Best Buy wanted my car for the whole day and Jimmys guys did this in about 2-3 hours. I will be going back soon!

Awesome service. I got the lifetime warranty tint on 5 windows. Had a couple tinting bubbles and they replaced the tint with no hassle and for free! Will definitely take future cars there.

Honest and Professional! The Gentlemen at this establishment exemplify “Professionalism”!!!! I wanted to add some bass to my car audio system, but did not want to “Shake the car next to me” (my teenage years are far gone, lol). Through verbal and email communication, these men pointed me to exactly what I wanted and did not try to oversell me. Plus, the install looks factory!!! In fact, the install looks so good that my father and my wife a taking their vehicles to Davenport Customs to upgrade their audio systems!!!!! Very responsive to initial request by e mail, and a very reasonable quote by phone, easy to schedule, and very efficient on the day. Neat job on a bluetooth stereo installation on a Jeep Wrangler. Nice warm waiting room, with Netflix while you wait. I witnessed David dealing with another customer with a different problem on a prior job - he could not have been more understanding and helpful. I highly recommend.

I would defiantly use them again. I had to take a car back after some work was done on it and the owner was very helpful and willing to do what it took to make things right. Customer service is a big deal for me, and these guys nailed it.

What a fantastic experience! They gave me a great quote and scheduled an appointment right away. They also finished the job fast and were wonderful people! The shop is also close to 9th street and Cocoa Cinnamon, and they have WiFi and Netflix, so it’s a very pleasant wait. Loved this place and definitely recommend!

I received a tint job on my vehicle. There was an abundance of glue in the window sill after Davenport Customs finished tinting the windows the first time. The company seems like they depend on their customer service reputation. There customer service was ok. When I went in there the first time, a person was waiting for Davenport Customs to fix a job. I went in there for them to fix a job a couple months later because of obvious tint defects and I waited almost two hours for them to tint two windows; and they took my car in 30 minutes late after I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment (40 minute wait to start wrok when I was on time for the appointment) . All and all, I went to A-1 Tint in Cary to tint another vehicle I own, spent a little more money for my tint job and I have had no problems with A-1s tint job ever since their first job. Wish I could say the same for the close to $300.00 I spent at Davenport Customs.

Ive been going to Davenport regularly for about 2 years now for custom audio installations and car cleaning. These guys are great. Ive had 2 iPod modules installed in different cars, and they always do an excellent job with that for less than other places around here.I always take my cars here to get them cleaned. Ro does a very meticulous cleaning job inside and out for less than AutoBell and other carwash places. He takes the extra time to make sure everything looks great, even if its hard to get clean.Thanks guys, I really appreciate the excellent service.
