So I have a 1999 Mercury sable. I took it there they said they could install on Monday. So I get there on time the guy is not in. The young guy called him the said the had court (mind you its a holiday) and ask me to come back. So I go back and he(the younger guys)tries to tell me he can install it with a kit for a manual a/c unit (mine is electric). Never the less the guy still hasnt gotten there. So I just left. Couldnt get my deposit back because the owner wasnt in. Dont waste your time with these ppl. Dude didnt have to lie.

These guys are out here trying to take advantage of people.The owners brother wanted to charge me $250 just for labor to get my radio up and running after I had tried to install it myself.The day before, one of the younger guys had already quoted me $100.It turns out I installed it correctly and only had a blown fuse. I spent $3 and about 10 minutes for what he wanted to charge me $250.Estafadores!

I highly recommend this place, they have a lot of experience and know what they are doing. Always very kind and patient to answer all my questions I will definitely return to Pascual Car Audio and recommend it to friends and family.

They completely wasted my time and they were very unprofessional. I called and was told one price for a specific part and when i got to the store the price had jumped. The man said he would give it to me for the lower price however the card machine was not working and i had to go get cash back at the store over. When i came back there was another man in the store who came to help me however he said they had no receipt to give me and did not honor the same return policy the previous man told me and instead of checking or working with me he handed me my money back. It was the worst service and very unprofessional

Very small shop that does not seem to get much traffic. I was a little bit hesitant when I first got to the door because it is not a shop with a lot of pizazz. Very non-descript from the street. But when I walked in The owner was very friendly and very helpful.I have a 2007 BMW 328i and the rear speakers wee not playing. So I wasnt sure if the amp was bad or the speakers. So I went to the establishment and he offered to pull the speaker hook it up to a battery and tested it for me. The leakers turned out to be good so the owner quoted me a price for a new amp and accessories. I didnt take him up on the offer because I wanted a second opinionI got that second opinion and found out the speakers were simply unplugged. The guy at Paschal Car Audio never told me that the speakers only needed to be plugged up.Needless to say I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone because they will more than likely take advantage of you.

Stay away service is bad and the installation is sub par.

I went here for my 1997 BMW to get stereo install. Nice folks, but they did not do my car stereo headunit well. I bought a aftermarket used CD player from them and they installed it. I had to haggle to get price within means, and they broke my radio bracket. Now my radio slides out, when driving. To top it off, they told me my aftermarket radio did not work because my car was old. The CD player and radio functions did not work on the head unit they sold me.Mind you...THEY sold it to me. Yesterday, i reinstalled my factory BMW speakers and radio worked fine. They sold me a bad CD player, which stopped working altogether after 3 days (which is why I reinstalled my factory head unit). I was very foolish and luckily didnt pay full price (I got sterio and foglight install). Please avoid.Also, I got a receipt, but I am too scared to ever bring my car back. I want a refund... Maybe they should stick to just installing lights...
