I had Lynn as my customer service rep and she was the best. When going there i only want to deal with her. She anticipated my needs and even helped me protect my devices at an affordable price. I went in the store not happy but knowing i had to buy protection Lynn guided me carefully and even helped me get a payment plan on 2 phones protection boxes and screens for just 12.00 in store and i pay the rest on my bill. That was 120 dollars i was able to save at the moment and with a newborn i need all that!! Can you say future manager/soon to be General Manager!

The team at the ROXBORO store was so helpful and knowledgeable! We were exploring switching providers (from sprint, legacy customers), and checked out all the major carriers (at&t, Verizon, T-Mobile). The guys at AT&T on roxboro and their amazing customer service were the reason we ultimately chose AT&T. Customer service does make the difference! Especially Kinz. This guy was so helpful!!

Backstory I purchased a new device back in September yes 2020 and traded in my old device to this store for the $1000 off the new device promotion. The store never turned in my old device.For months now Ive been going back and forth between att customer service and this store to get my device turned in and the promotion applied to my account. Att had opened cases in their loyalty department but closed them without giving me any heads up only to have me go through the process all over again. Im so over this situation and would like someone to take their job seriously at some point.

This store is great. The Jessica helped me out, she answered all of my questions. This was my second time in this store. If it wasnt for her I may have give a one star review because I was given wrong information by another associate last week. I also felt like he was just trying to get a sale out of me. I dont know his name but he is new.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My fiance and I went to this location on two separate occasions for help with our account and both times the (two different) employees gave us minimal information and basically told us to call the at&t help line. The second time they gave us a sim card that had already been assigned to an AT&T employee which we were not able to use at all and ended up having to have a new one shipped. When we call the phone line they basically told us they should have been able to be helped in store. Ive been an AT&T customer since the mid 2000s and Ive never experienced such poor customer service. We will not be returning to this location, ever.

Amazing new location! Brandon was incredibly helpful and explained all my options to get a new phone. The online process was so confusing that I just came into the store to upgrade, and I am so glad that I did! I was in and out quickly, even with loading all my information into my new phone! Highly recommend!

Great service, store was clean and inviting. Had a huge issue and the store manager jessica helped my phone get fixed. She put it in the back as I went to get something to eat and when I came back in it was fixed. Thank you so much!

This is an amazing location, right next to the mall. The staff here is super friendly and always willing to help get the consumer the best deal available. If you need to get an upgrade, new service or just a cool new case this is the place to go too!

This location was Awesome!! i have to admit i was a bit nervous when i read the reviews but when i saw they were from years ago i said why not give them a try. and im glad i did. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable on products and services. i told the staff about the reviews on google they laughed and told me the location was recently sold to a new dealer a year ago. which explained a lot. i highly recommend this location....

My first visit here was great. But lately, they have changed the staff. Long waiting times, staff is not aware of most processes. I waited 1.5 hours to get a number ported from Verizon to AT&T, and still could not do it.

AT&T is an amazing company that has helped me, Good Customer Service, the new Manager he knows what his doing with the needs for the customerDont listen to these other people who are just crazy about T-Mobile, Verizon (etc). Go with a network to you can trust. AT&T Rethink Possible

Do NOT go to this store. I went in to buy a new battery for my one-year old Samsung Galaxy phone. The salesman who identified himself as the manager told me AT&T does not sell replacement batteries. He further said batteries make up a third the cost of the $600 phone. He was wrong on both counts. He then tried to sell me on a new service plan and new phone.When I later ordered a $40 battery from the national AT&T web site & phone line, the representative told me, never go to a retail store like the one on Guess Rd. because all they want to do is sell. It doesnt bother me too terribly much that the representatives want to sell products. What bothers me is that they blatantly lie to do so. Do not trust a word they say at this store.

Went in because my phone got wet. The guy said there was nothing he could do to retrieve any of the photos. Didnt look at it or plug it in. Then I asked if I could file an insurance claim and he gave me a number to call. I said my phone is broken. And he told me I could do it online. When I asked if I could do it there he asked if I brought my laptop. I reminded him we were standing in a room full of computers. When I filed the claim it told me I was eligible for an upgrade. When I asked him about it he said I could get a new iphon for 22 dollars a month for 24 months. When I asked him how much that amounted to he said again, 22 dollars for 24 months. I asked again and got the same answer. Went over to one of the phones and used the calculator, got a value, and said so its not an upgrade its just buying a new phone and he said Exactly. Worst customer service ever.

DO NOT GO TO THIS AT&T RETAILER STORE! ITS A TOTAL RIP-OFF!! I went yesterday to get a prepaid phone card. The store manager told me there are activation fee and SIM card fee for additional $76. He was also helping other customers and charging them all of these miscellaneous fees. At the end he even had hard time to make up the receipt when I requested it. Later I called AT&T customer service and went to AT&T corporate store to check about this. They said they dont charge any of these fees for prepaid phone card but there is nothing they can do to regulate the AT&T retailer store. THEREFORE, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

They dont know what they are doing, they messed up my plan and I had to go to an official att store for them to try to fix my account because it was a mess.
