Recently replaced all of our windows. Pricing was competitive, based off of two other quotes received, and we preferred their window products so it was a win, win. Todd was very responsive and easy to work with. The install team did a fantastic job.

Great installation team. Options are good, just pick one. Weve used Gerald Jones for home shutters, second story sliding glass porch windows, front step railings. All are beautifully installed and the crew leaves no trash.

Excellent service! Todd was prompt to respond to my request for an estimate. He then made suggestions we had not thought of about the style we were going for and the type of window that would work for our needs and budget. Windows were promptly ordered, built, and installed within one month. His installation crew worked from early in the morning until sundown to ensure the windows were completed in one day. Todd even came out to make sure all was well and even took his guys to lunch. Cannot say how refreshing it was to have such an EASY and pleasant experience with this. Price was half the price that we were quote from several other companies. Also, supporting the locals is very important to us! Thanks so much for incredible service. Our windows are beautiful.

This company was great. They installed 3 sliding doors in my house. They left the house and deck neat and tidy. There was a small issue with two of the handles but they promptly handled it. I will use them in the future as they were prompt and did what they were supposed to!!

I thought l was going to need new patio door hardware. It was still under warranty. I contacted the office with my information and they immediately started the process. No hassle at all.

Just got all new windows in my house. The installers did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. The new windows have really made a huge difference when it comes to how well sealed the house feels now. The house now feels much more open due to the how much more light the windows let in, yet much less heat comes through with the sunlight. I highly recommend giving Gerald Jones a call when you need new windows.

Very pleased with all aspects of this company, products and service. They were knowledgeable and courteous both in the showroom and throughout the project from quoting through installation, including a return trip to make some minor adjustments, at no charge. Prices were extremely fair and they showed up on time and all workers were very helpful and polite. They knew their stuff. Highly recommend these folks.

Ive used Gerald Jones Company for new windows throughout the house, a patio roof over a large deck on the rear of my house, and a screen room (using a portion of the deck). I cant say enough about the professionalism, the reasonable pricing, and the quality of the people, materials, and installation. I hope to use these folks for more projects down the road!

Replaced three exterior doors. Showed up on time, product was delivered and installed as promised. No issues. Doors look nice and are fully functional. Not the cheapest but high quality product.

Todd Mann and his crew came early to replace some fascia board on my home. They removed the gutters replaced the old rotted fascia with hardiboard and replaced the gutters. They returned everything on the deck back when they were done and left nothing behind. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism throughout the project. We would recommend this company if you are doing any remodeling or home repairs.
