Very helpful staff. Good selection of liquors and liqueurs.

Probably the best selection of bourbon in the area and they work with local groups for barrel picks. Staff can be hit or miss when it comes to helpfulness. Hate the outdated and asinine NC system but this store at least has an above average selection.

The clerks are always friendly and prompt. The store stays stocked as well. Definitely one of my go to stores.

Just an FYI if you have an out of state drivers license or ID don’t go to this location for they won’t sell you anything! I have a non NC driver’s license and got declined a sale! The clerk was nice in how she explained it!

Not the best selection due to the store size but the staff is super friendly and the service is quick. Be careful driving in and out of there that parking lot and approach is a disaster.

Made the mistake and went the ABC store on 55hwy and 54hwy while I was getting my car washed. Had a under sleeve covering my face and was refused service because it was not a specific basic throw away mask. I dropped my bottles and walked out! The customer who had just cashed out heard it all and get bad for me. He had an extra and I went back in to make my purchase even though I did t want too. Not nice at all. Direct me to scan my bottles and swipe my card. I asked if your gonna check my I.D and she says “ no I’m sure your over 21”. So you can not check my I.d to my card and that’s alright, but my under sleeve was not good enough?!? Through lout this whole pandemic I’ve never experienced that! I ask is there was somewhere to write a review and she responded with “sure can”. First and last time going there!

The personnel, especially the manager, are rude and discriminate against people with disabilities. Their actions and treatment of me were beyond belief. When I asked for the manager turns out the rudest one was him and when I asked again who was manager I wanted his information to file an Americans with Disabilities Act complaint he walked to the back and refused to come out. I was finally helped by the only decent person in there ... she rung me up and let me leave without further embarrassment.

What a difference a change in management makes. The last time I was there I was asked to bag my own liquor. Smh. This time my liquor was bagged and even double bagged to prevent breakage.

Everyone is very nice and they are very well stocked. The one on 55 is bigger and has a lot to choose from. They have some good sales on vodka. Dunno about anything else.

So how do you rate a state controlled business? They all carry about the same product. At this location the service is good and everythings relatively clean. Parking lot is a bit of a pain. However, when you compare ABC to stores in other states, you get more variety. For instance, you cant get liquor filled chocolates at an ABC store. So, I cant help but give all the stores just an average.
