I shop at Home Depot for my home appliances, LED light bulbs and home plants. They have a little of every thing for home repairs and improvements. Their employees are always super helpful.

Stopped in just after noon today. Lots of people, thought it would take awhile but a young man name Angelo helped me right away and he was very pleasant. Thank you!

Had only limited supply of the metric screws I needed. The selection & supply could have been better but I was at least able to get by with what they had.

Handymans place for tools and parts for home repairs. Good prices.

Good experience the elderly woman who check now very lovely the young man that carried it to my car went above and beyond to get it in I would definitely recommend Home Depot all the time

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but I cannot. The customer service is definitely not what it used to be, and that seems to be the case at every Home Depot I visit. They used to place emphasis on helping the customer and recognizing that the customer comes first. Those values seem to be long gone. When I asked an associate to get some items out of the overhead because they shelf was empty, I got nothing but an attitude from him. I understand everyone has a bad day every now and then. But I was super polite to him when I asked for help. I even continued to try and converse with him in a friendly way to try and lighten the tension he had. But he just treated me as if I were low life scum, there to ruin his day. When in fact I am one of the many people responsible for him receiving a paycheck. They need to remember that without the customers there are no need for employees. Im very disappointed with this visit.

Nice facility, unfortunately not as cheap or quite the selection as Lowes.

I rented a trencher. The controls would not work properly, making it very tough to efficiently use the trencher. The person before me used zip ties to hold the controls in place. I tried talking to the salesperson and he just insulted me more by telling me I didnt know how to use it. He didnt even offer to try it or show me what he thought I was doing wrong. I brought up the zip ties and his comment was the previous person didnt know how to use it either. I have used equipment all of my life and I am very good at figuring out and using equipment. Good luck with that kind of service.

Home Depot has more service personel on the floor to assist you. They seem never idle and all are available to help you and knowledgeable about store item locations and can look up prices. This is a very clean store.

All employees I came in contact went above and beyond to help me . the little short black girl in appliances was outstanding and went above what most people do to help me. At Customer service all 3 people there were very helpful getting things correct overall great experience and had waited 5 days for Lowes Delivery with not even a call so it was nice to be treated like a person. Thanks Home Depot!

Never had a bad experience at Home Depot’s. Workers are helpful and quick to answer. This is the closest Home Depot location that provides tool rentals. The tool rental line was long and slow, but the experience with using the tool and renting was easy. Prices are relatively the same as Lowe’s.

Had to buy foam core and cut it to fit in my tiny hybrid. Mitch and Johnny went above and beyond and helped me get it done!Thanks guys!

This has been one of the best experiences with the team at Home Depot. I am now a loyal fan of this place! I picked up an online order that was large so they helped me load it. Everyone from the lady the register to the guys helping me load it were amazing and happy to help. I will be back!

I like buying what I need there but when you have 6 different employees walk past you and never ask if you need help then its time to shop elsewhere.

Store is well organized, but short on some building items since people have extra time at home and nothing to do. They are fixing or redoing. But they had what I needed. Staff friendly and healthful.

Home Depot garden center is great! Lots of varieties to choose from. Employees very helpful. Very well organized with good signage and labeling.

Love my new table. We ordered it online and pocket up at the store. It was easy to put together. We got these pillows last year and they go perfect with our new rug.

They rent tools!! They are about 25$ cheaper for yhe walkbehind cutter. Stuff you use only 1 or 2 times a couple of years. Or try out a big ticket item before you spend big money😃

Today was an ill day at Home Depot. I was looking for 6mil poly wrap. I was in lumber, could not find an employee until I walked completely to the other side of the store which was in flooring. Finally found a service rep. He sends me back to lumber and tell me its their. I located another service rep and he sends me back to the other end of the store where I just came from, on isle 42 and their it was. All their employees dont know where their product I dont think he even cared to see what I was looking. He didnt even look it up to see where I had to go to help me. I WAS VERY UPSET TO SAY THE LEAST.

I love Home Depot! I used to go to the other place (L) not anymore. Staff will help you find anything you need. Store is so clean and staff is friendly.

Went to find paneling they didnt have.

I needed help finding a part. No one was around. I went to the service desk and they called someone to meet me on aisle 7. I waited there; no one came. I went back to the service desk and asked again. After a time someone came and said they didnt carry the part. I spent twenty minutes waiting to find that out.

Made a big purchase, a couple of weeks ago. Customer service was great. Went the other day to purchase a dryer. Worst customer service experience I have ever had at this store. I left and purchased a dryer at the other store that sells them in Easley.

Didnt have anything we needed. Getting more like shopping in N. Korea every week.

The home Depot is so much better than the Lowes down the street. they have a lot of high quality employees. its just a shame no one that shops there wants to listen to them, choosing to ignore the employees and not wear masks while theyre shopping. Went to rent a chainsaw. Top. Notch. Service. I even had an issue with the chain coming off and Avery took time to replace it and showed me how to do it should I need to replace it again. Thanks for a great experience! I will definitely be coming back.

Great customer service. A milwaukee packout box i order and had shipped to the store had a damaged wheel. They exchanged it with no questions ask. This store is well stocked and check out is always super fast. This location is my go to home depot

We were at store 1127,and were in the process of loading sakrete,when the forklift operator told us to move so he could get a full pallet for someone even though we were in the mist of loading our. Did not ask did we need help,just pulled right beside me nearly hitting me.( i had two witnesses).

We were told by 1 employee the price on a 2 pk item($9.99), the cashier said no they come in packaged in 2 pks and we charge for each piece separately. I said so you charge double because it comes as a 2 pk she said yes (so $20 for a 2 pk) she treatedme like I was bothering her and had a major attitude. When waiting for the correct price she was more interested in talking about her engagement ring with 2 other employees than checking the price. Normally I dont mind going here but after spending thousands getting treated like this I would rather pay the little bit extra across the street at Lowes.

I have always liked home depot until recently. My husband and I went in to purchase cinder blocks and flat cement blocks...we loaded them up into a cart...got to the register and the lady was rude...I told her that I was a veteran and she asked for my veterans I D...I dont have one but I had my DD-214. I handed it to her and she stated that they dont take them. She called up front and said see I told you that we dont take those! She said I think Lowes will....we left...she never apologized or thanked me for my service...so....we went to Lowes!

We go here all the time for house projects and fixes. They normally have what we need in store or we can just order online. Look out for deals and sales. Got a grill from here, waiting to move in and use, but will review soon.

I ordered online, and used curbside pickup. They gave me the wrong item in my order. I didnt see it was the wrong size until I got home. I was charged for the larget item that I ordered. I had to go all the way back again to get the correct item. I was not happy.

This salesman had no idea what she was doing and $99 to deliver deep freeze is ridiculous people ought to be ashamed
