I usually get good service but today I get no service all they wanted to do is point to something on the shelf and they wouldnt look up in the computer which part I needed they just pointed at the shelf and said get several of those and return the ones that you dont need... No help ..lazy..

If you guys have a customer that comes in and buys something and doesn’t ask for help don’t come outside and question if we know what we’re doing. Absolutely rude and unnecessary. I guess because I’m a woman and have a son I don’t know how to put a headlight in.

I bought a battery that I didnt want to buy because I could get a less expensive battery at another store. As luck would have it the battery went dead on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. I didnt want my daughter to be without her car so Auto Zone it was. My experience was made bearable by the store clerk. He had a positive attitude and provided excellent service. I wish I could add his name!! The time frame was around 11:20 on May 30th.

I was at auto zone today 10-17-21 and a women named Jess helped me and was the most sweetest person and I was having a really bad day and just by her being kind like she was is what made me smile the rest of the day! So thank you Jess for my car light bulbs!!

After reading the codes, they wanted me to pay twice that of Oreilys and didnt even come close to Amazon. Good in a pinch though

My key remote to my car was not working. A very nice employee I think his name was Gray. Helped. He replaced my battery in the remote. When that didnt work he took it apart and fixed the inside of the remote. Now it works and Im very happy with the service I have received.

This is the first time and only location that did not help and sold me the wrong part, so now my vehicle is ruined and Im now stuck on foot. other locations would ask me what the parts are for but this one just rings you up and lets you go without help and correction.

Really nice staff. I work retail so we all have our retail stories. Someone had left a empty package of a 2.00 part. I laughed about it reminded of when I caught a guy stealing a couple nuts and bolts. Just asked the guy why didnt he just ask me if he could have them if they were worth going to jail for. I just told him to take them. He came back next payday and insisted on paying. His car was broke and needed a bolt. I asked if he was clean. He said yes, any warrant? Nope. Just trying to work 3 jobs to make ends meet for kids he never sees because hes working. Never judge. This man made some bad choices as a kid. I asked if he wanted to turn 3 jobs into one and gave him a job. He is one of 4 employees left that I hired. Never judge. Sometimes someone just needs you to catch them.

They were terribly slow and one of the workers had to get the other one to come up to the cash register because he was sitting near the back doing nothing while there was a rush. Some of the workers seem to care but others not so much.

Spend over $200 last week with them and had to run in and try to use rest room. I have a medical issue. They wont let me use the dam restroom. Wont return to your store due to this. Come on folks!

Went to the store and asked for help and was told sorry we don’t do that, sorry there’s no way for us to check... called O’Reillys and was told what to do, thankfully there’s some nice people that are willing to help. Wouldn’t recommend this autozone store, second time that I’ve had issues here. Go to O’Reillys for any of your needs! Pulled up to their store and was greeted and asked if I needed help, their rep went outside in the pouring rain and told me that my belt needed replacing and helped me with any more questions. Giving them 5/5 stars!

Incompetence let me expand everytime i go in to that store, im never acknowledged that im there. i constantly have to repeat myself when stating the vehicle im working on. they should write stuff down. and when checking out they should ask for my number so i get my reward points most of the time i have to remind them to do thier jobs.

I had of list of things and they took it and Found them for me save me lots of time.

The prices were competitive and the staff knowledgeable.

I walked in and it was super busy! I watched them clear out that line so quickly! Crystal helped me with testing my battery and getting a new one! During crazy times, she delivered fast and friendly service. This is the only car parts store I use!!

This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life I am 40 years of age I was born and raised in this town that the store is located in that I have never in my entire years of living been treated to and spoke to in the manner in which I was today by the store manager of the store I do not recommend anybody that enjoys good customer service to go to this store now there is other stores that may have good or better customer service but this particular store at 5554 Calhoun memorial highway Easley South Carolina AutoZone store number 0 2 0 4 please dont waste your time I go in there please I beg you dont go in there it is it is not fun its not a good customer service experience is completely unprofessional it is a mess. Im speechless I have no words I dont know what else to say other than just stay far far away from that particular store and its specially from the store manager himself there may have been other employees there that may not have been as bad as him but being that he was a store manager and should have better control over the situation he failed miserably and he did not have control of the situation but he was very good at being very rude condescending speaking over me and very very not helpful thank you and have a great day!

I have been here 3-4 times to replace my battery. This morning was one of those times. They have a great warranty on them but because of the quality, I have never had to use it. Excellent attention and service.

Good price, average service, but they had an item in stock that none of the other auto parts store had.

Love to use our AutoZone store. Associates always very helpful and will show you how to do something if you dont know how or if you dont know where something is.etc-air cabin filter.

While the selection of tools they have available to borrow is limited, it is wonderful that they will let you use what they have to work on your car in their parking lot. They also charged my cars battery, ran a diagnostic test on the battery, and then a diagnostic test on my car. All for free. All but one of the associates was friendly and helpful. I bought one of those extendable magnetic flashlights with the flexible head for ~$3, since I used theirs to retrieve a bolt I had dropped into the car earlier, and it was very effective.

Extremely helpful staff. They were real nice and put my windshield wipers on for me. The Easley store is my favorite one. It is my first choice whenever I need something for my car!

When I tried to start my car this morning, it almost wouldnt turn over. I was really concerned because I had just had to pay a ton of money for dental surgery & didnt have money to get my car fixed. At my husbands suggestion, I decided to go to Advance Auto to get my battery checked. I just happened to pass Auto Zone first, so I stopped there. The young man there tested my battery, which was bad, & then asked me where I had gotten the battery & when. I couldnt remember. He offered to look my phone number up on their computer to see if I had gotten it at an Auto Zone, because if so, it might still be under warrantee. Turns out I HAD gotten it at Auto Zone, & it WAS still under warrantee!! This was a $95 battery & I got it replaced for free thanks to this wonderful young man (& the man upstairs of course!) I am now a customer for life!!! Thank you!!
