They really help with the reading why a code is on the dash and fast doing it

Well, lets see, I received a package from advance auto and I was told I could get a refund or exchange at any advance auto parts. This turned out to be a wast of time, I was told to ship it back to get a refund, even though I just wanted to exchange it for the same thing which was hanging up right at the counter, and the paperwork I had said I could simply do what I was trying to do there as I was instructed. Total wast of time, I dont recommend this chain of stores!!!

Very nice service. Will do or check out anything they can for you on your vehicle. Replace washer blades, put in fluids. They do their best to go above and beyond. Get my vote!

Fast service

Needed a can of 134a. This store has the small cans marked up to $18.99. Same can on the advanced auto website has it listed for $7.99. Walmart (off brand) is $4.88. I’m trying to figure out why there is such a large markup on this product at this particular store. (We were told the online price is just a promotion so we called 2 greenville stores and they are $8.99 on shelf)

Had exactly what I needed. Came out checked to make sure it was going to work before they rang it up. Great place

Asked where the fuses are and there response was on the fuse isle. Asked if they had 5/8 hose they said no. I asked if they stop carrying it they said no. Asked if they could see if another store had it they said no way to look it up. Then I asked for a bolt they said they had no way to look it up. What a waste of space and waste of time.

Always professional; always have what I need without trying to sell me up sell me on what I need versus what I didnt ask for or need

Very helpful gentleman (didnt catch his name) checked my engine light and gave me a wealth of useful information about the issue and how to proceed.

My car was having a hard time starting so I called and talked to Bruce and he was very helpful and friendly. He found the problem and replaced my battery in 20 minutes.
