Best dealership service department we have ever been to!!! We are from out of town and our truck started making a noise. We were Greeted by the guy at the service desk he was very nice and helpful. The mechanic went above and beyond he was so friendly and helpful!! Thank you guys so much you really helped save our vacation!!

I drove over 4 hours because of a truck they had there. The salesmen were very helpful very friendly and all that(aren’t they all) and when I had told them I already had financing set up through my bank the manager told me that he would almost guarantee that he could beat my rates and that he wouldn’t run my credit if he didn’t think he could get a better one. Also told me after I specifically asked if they would run my credit more than once and he said they would run it once and that would be it. Turns out my credit was ran 13 times and he still didn’t beat my rate so whatever no big deal. Also not a big deal I was supposed to get some cleaning kit that they throw in with all the new purchases and I didn’t realize that I wasn’t givin one until I got home. Not a terrible experience other than the fact I was there from 9am-2:30. I would say a solid 3 stars.
Derrick made the entire experience easy. Very thankful to have him take care of me while I was buying a new truck for my dad. This was my 2nd purchase from Derrick in the last 8 months and they both were the best experiences I’ve ever had buying vehicles.

Shout out to Benson Ford in Easley, SC for the great customer service when picking up my Bronco. They were quick, efficient and went over everything with financing very clearly. They let me check the vehicle thoroughly over before purchasing and went over all of the features it offers also. Not only that but they were able to get my interest lower than what BofA pre-offered and sold me the vehicle for MSRP with no gimmicks. They kept their promise and I thank them for that.

The crew at Benson showed interest and were very professional in their handling of this matter. However, the issues that brought me there in the first place still remain. This vehicle performs poorly. It is noisy . And to make matters worse, when I brought the vehicle in to have these issues looked into, the vehicle performed smoothly, and was a bit quieter.
We went in looking for a Nissan kicks and met with Duck Emory and we sat down found the car we wanted and everything went great got in and out of there with our 2021 Nissan kicks. I just wanna say thank you and did a great job. Would definitely recommend Benson.
0 Stars but I can only select 1 star for the reviewMaybe theyre after the $50k new truck sales and I just spent a measly $11k on an used Escape but the whole experience has been negative.We originally bought the car on June 5th. The following Monday I had a voicemail from the finance manager Andy Pebbles Ive got good news for you. I called him back and spoke briefly and he said he would have to call me back. Fast forward a couple weeks and it was about a week before my first payment was due and I hadnt heard anything from the finance company.I called TD Auto Finance and low and behold, they didnt have any record of my car loan. I checked my credit report and no new auto loan anywhere on my credit.Other messages were left and emails sent and now its 90 days later and I still have yet to make a payment.My wife takes the car in for the first 5000 Mile service and asks where the new tag is and why we havent heard from a bank. They blame me for a mistake on the loan paperwork. They run my credit a second time (without my consent) so I get a notice of a bunch of new credit inquiries. My wife is told to come back in later, 5 minutes to sign the new forms and youll be all set. We sat in the lobby next to another couple who was there for the same EXACT reason.After sitting there waiting for 30-40 minutes we got up and left.Im tempted to call my bank about disputing the down payment and taking the car back to them.On top of it all, the service visit flagged all 4 tires and the front brakes - for a car I just bought from them.I will make the extra drive to Fairway Ford or Lake Keowee Ford in the future.AVOID AVOID AVOID
If you want a Ford theyre selling NEW vehicles in Easley. Also a Large number of Used vehicles too. No need to travel to Greenville or Anderson when you can get it here LOCALLY and at the same prices. So shop locally and support our own community and workforce. Also theyve got a great service department to help you out with all of your needs and that is even with your used car reguardless of what make, model or year. I try to Always shop Locally. If we dont, then we will have NO other options but traveling to the bigger markets in the cities of Greenville, Spartanburg, Greer or Anderson.

I have wanted an Explorer for some time now and checked the Anderson fords website to see what they had in stock regularly. Finally I found a 2021 that I wanted to go check out. We was greeted and automatically recognized from the previous time that we came in to look at an Explorer. Jonathan England was our sales associate that we worked with. He ended up putting me in an Explorer that was nicer than we one I went to look at, for less money than the one I went to look at. My experience at Anderson Ford and with Jonathan was excellent! I highly recommend.
This place has lost me and everyone I know as a customer. I can’t trust a place that sells a car for 24,000$ but when the paperwork is set out the price says 39,000$...when asked why the price jump...no one could give an answer. Sad excuse for a company.
Service department is horrible! They will sell you a new car but when it has problems they dont want to stand behind their vehicles. I recommend going to a different dealership.
I recently bought a beautiful 2017 Mustang here. Wonderful car! Great customer service from Lisa Jo verifying that car was still there, assigning a salesman and appointment to test drive. Todd Ruquet, my salesperson, was wonderful as well to this first time ever car buyer. Minor issue with the car taken care of as soon as they were made aware. Definitely worth the two hour drive, would recommend the dealership and Todd to others. Should read Tanya Awbrey, not Tanya Barnes!

We were waiting to get a quote for a trade in because we were interested in a truck this dealership had for sale. We had to continuously call over the course of a few days, when we kept being told we would have someone call right back that day. We were ready to trade in that day. Then the dealership has the audacity to email us that the truck had sold. AND we never have received that trade in quote. We will never do business here after the way this was handled. Pretty piss poor customer service.
We bought our 2019 Fusion in Dec 2019. We never thought we would get what we wanted for our trade but after awhile we did. Made us so happy with Benson. Just took it in for first oil change in Oct 2020. You can tell we dont drive that much. Very happy with service dept and all people at Benson. Thank you Benson for making these 2 seniors very satisfied.

Not a typical car buying experience.First, the online representative is 5+. Professional, thorough,friendly and helpful.Sales department is underwhelming. Salesman who was originally assigned to me showed me a vehicle and gave me his card.When I texted and emailed I never got a response. Most car sales reps wont stop calling after you make the initial contact, so this was a shock!Shopped around the internet at other dealers, but came back to Benson Ford, because they had a vehicle I wanted. Again, online representative was 5+. I explained the situation and they assigned me to a different person.Awesome person, but they may have been new and may have been a manager. My previous experience was not mentioned to the point that I almost felt like it was not a concern to them.Since Im being covid conscious, I was glad it was all fairly fast sales process, but I got no demo of the car or typical new car sales excitement they usually demonstrate. Not that I needed all then hype, just not typical. Service department was never mentioned. No one followed up on questions I asked regarding accessories.Sum total was, Underwhelming.
Dealt with Robert, Shane and Andy. The experience was seamless and not pressured at all. Shane was very knowledgeable when it came to the features of the vehicle and Robert got the price lower than what I thought we would end up paying for the vehicle. We ended up with a 2020 Ford Edge Titanium and my fiancé loves it! Thanks again guys!

Probably ok buying new cars, but beware of certified used cars and don’t use service department. I will probably drive this car a year until drivetrain warranty runs out, and then trade for something new. There were so many things that went wrong with this deal. Sad

Car is great everything was great other than Ryan the manager of preowned vehicles after putting a check in to keep the car off the market he then posted it 1,000$ less on the website and then then Andy the finance agent put a check through without being told to do so but overall the dealer Chris was very helpful and found the best decision for me on the lot and I’ve had no issues with the car. Just make sure they actually service it before you take it off the lot!

We purchased our pre owned 2014 Ford Escape from the Benson Dealer Next door. We had a recall notice, called Benson Ford regarding it. Since we have never dealt with a recall before the Service Department explained on what was to be done. I brought my paperwork that Ford sent. Got an appointment. The day I brought the car in, I had to wait for it. They guys at the counter were very nice. They showed me where the customer lounge was and took about an hour to complete the work. They were very professional.
My experience at Benson Ford on Calhoun Memorial Parkway was exceptional service. They had hot coffee and comfy seating. They also kept me informed of what was going on with my car. My wait time was not that bad. The only complaint that I have is that they were trying to over-charge for a set of wheel LUGS. They told me that FORD original LUGs was not good. They only had the part that would cost me $100 for a set. Humm!! Was my response and No I did not purchase them.
Wow. Recall notice and called to schedule service. It is APR. and got a Jun appoint. Checked reviews and many one star ratings. Doubt I will do business with them.....

I had a great experience at Benson Ford Body shop last week.I took my car in to have a door repainted because someone had put a deep scratch in it. When they called to let me know that it was finished, I asked if there was anyway they could have the service department rotate my tires while I was there & they did!!They went above & beyond my expectations!Also, the paint repair was fantastic!!
We have been taking our Ford F150 truck to Benson Ford since we moved here in 2016. We have experienced mediocre customer service during those visits but this most recent visit will cause us to NEVER return.I noticed a leak on our garage floor under the truck and I scheduled to bring the truck in for evaluation. I receive a call from Kenneth who tells me after running a leak test that the leak is from behind the water pump and what I am seeing is coolant. It will cost $2100 to fix the leak and replace said water pump and hoses. He goes on to tell me that because of where this is located it will take 12 man hours of labor to do this job. Since they are in there, he says we need to replace the sparkplugs and clean the engine for @ $250 and my rear brakes are shot and need new rotors and pads ($550). They also need to replace the lugnuts ($120) on the truck in order to rotate the tires. We are up to around $3,000 now... We had the truck in just a couple of months prior for maintenance and to install a trailer brake controller. Nothing was mentioned about lug nuts and we did not receive a report at the last visit but the rep said the brakes were fine. I called to speak to the service manager Mike about my displeasure related to being upsold on everything today and my concerns about the whole visit. He states he would look into the quote and call me back in an hour. I never heard from him and we had to pick up the truck on my lunch break due to my work schedule. I picked up the truck and took it to another mechanic who said I did NOT need new rotors or brake pads and had much more time on them. They also fixed the leak for $340 and did not even charge me for a leak test.The fact that I never heard back from the service manager tells me two things:1) He is pushing his team to be unethical and also upsell everything that they possibly can.2) He doesnt care about losing business due to these tactics.We will NEVER return to Benson Ford and likely will not return to another Ford dealer for service.

Lisa Jo was awesome! She was so nice and extremely helpful. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She made me feel like a priority.I am not one to write negative reviews, however, I do feel that some things need to be said. Prue was not helpful in this process at all. He answered my questions very vaguely and gave little to no information. When asked simple questions like asking for a quote without a down payment he acted as if that would take too much time and that it wasnt possible for me. (And that is just one example) I did not appreciate his non-helpful approach. He did not make me feel confident in my purchase at all and I honestly wish I could have gotten help from another car dealer.

I purchased my 2016 from Benson Ford Used Cars It was a certified used vehicular and I added the extra warranty. A few months after my purchase I notice the transmission was acting funny so I took it to Benson. They immediately fixed the issue which was a new transmission. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered me a rental if I needed it and my car was fixed and returned to me in just one week. Joe was the person I spoke to on the phone. And Mike is the service manager. Both guys were exceptionally helpful. I would highly recommend Benson Firs for all your vehicle needs.
Service department scheduled a service, confirmed the service, and after driving 30 plus miles each way was told the techs are on lunch break and I could reschedule. Service rep then walked away and started another conversation with an employee. Called and emailed several times for the name and number of the GM and they would would not give it out...very strange??? Will definitely pass on service AND new vehicle purchase in the future

If there was a zero, that’s what it would be!! Bought my truck from here and during Signing Andy People’s stated that I have warranty on rims for any issue!! Now he is saying not covered!! The only way to fix issue of no one being able to work with 24inch rims is to down size rims! I went to custom rims places and one tried from 9am till 8pm and could not get tired on rims!! I was in shop when they had 5 people trying to get tire on one rim and still could not! Andy People’s speaks unprofessional to you after he gets you to sign documents!! He just kept pushing me off to other people after I told him no one Deals with 24inch rims! Ford place Easley will never get my services again and I warn you all think before going there! Nice signing papers but after very rude 😡😡
My wife and I enjoy or new explorer. However we had sensor go out and encountered a nightmare with Anthony in service. No shuttle service like the Ford App states no loaner car. He waited until 4:00 pm to call and state A sensor was needed I had a 9:00 am appointment. When I told him prior to making appointment if they need to keep it I will need a loaner. He then called rental company they did not have a Ford so he did not obtain a vehicle for us. We waited two weeks for this appointment I will never bring my vehicle or go back to Benson.Scott
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had attempting to purchase a vehicle! I live about 3 hours away from this dealership. I found a car online that I was interested in and called the dealership to inquire about it. I decided that I wanted to go ahead and purchase the vehicle and began the process of getting approved for financing. I was supposed to trade my vehicle in as well, so we went through the whole process of sending them photos and info on my car and getting a trade in value on it. I was told that everything was ready to go and all I needed to do was come to the dealership and sign the paperwork, trade my car in, and pick up the new car. Again, I live 3 hours away so my wife and I both took off from work to go to the dealership to pick up the new car. I called before I left to make sure that everything was still good and verified what I needed to bring with me. I get halfway there when we get a phone call from the store manager who informs us that another salesperson had sold the vehicle to someone else!! When I asked how that is possible since I had already supposedly been approved for financing (not to mention that my credit was pulled nearly 15 times); the excuse that I was told was that there were 10 sales people who worked at this dealership and it was hard for all of them to know what the other was working on.. Even if that may be true, common sense would tell you that if you had a customer driving 3 hours away pick up a vehicle you should let the other sales people know and take the car off the lot for the time being.. But apparently that is not how this dealership works. The manager did apologize and offered to make me a great deal on another vehicle, but obviously the vehicle that I wanted was no longer available. Unfortunately I had to take my business elsewhere but truly hope that this doesnt happen to another customer.

I brought my 2014 Escape in for recall work on Monday morning, it’s now 5:30 Friday evening. I’ve been told the technician was working on it. I was asked, if it wasn’t repaired today, if it would be ok to keep it longer? The car is probably still waiting for parts to be put back on. What am I supposed to say “no, it’s not ok, I’ll just take it with parts not fully installed.” I’m still waiting for my Escape to be finished. Luckily I had another vehicle to use in the meantime. I was told they had to wait on parts. I scheduled the service a week in advance so one would think the parts would have been ordered prior to the service appointment for recalls Ford already knew about. Will I trust Benson Ford to work on another vehicle of mine? To be honest I’m not so sure.

Me and my husband left the house today with all intentions of buying a vehicle, arrived at Benson Ford and found a challenger we were set on buying today. Walked in said hello to the gentleman walking into the office, he acknowledged us back, we proceeded to sit down in two chairs by the door waiting on our turn to be helped. Sat there for only a few moments when another couple came in and the gentleman we spoke to than got up motioned for another salesman to help them as we sat there staring in disbelief. Let me just say we are sitting at the Chevrolet dealership about to drive off in our new car!
The service team at Benson Ford is outstanding. Im from out of town and was passing through when my turbo quit working on my F350 while I was pulling my 5th wheel RV. The service manager, Mike, was empathetic with my situation and worked my truck in same day to figure out the problem. Luckily it was only a hose, which they replaced on the spot. Mike had a full schedule and could have told me NO, like another local dealership did, but instead found a way to make it happen. If the service department is representative of the rest of that dealership, then Benson Ford has it right. Bottom line, Benson Fords service department saved the day and our trip. Thank You!
So I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Bensons dealer ships both Nissan & Ford over the course of about 4 years. We traded two cars and purchased one. The process was smooth. Once we found the car we wanted online, we went to look at it, made a deal and picked it up. Paul helped us through the entire process. He was not pushy and did not pressure us. This was the easiest car purchase Ive ever made. You must go see Paul. Great customer service :)
The test drive and the actual buying part of the process was smooth and easy. Cory took care of everything we needed and did a great job. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the finance part of it took forever. We had decided to buy around 3:00 and I didnt leave until 5:20 because the wait for the 1 finance person was very long and drawn out. My feedback would be to streamline the finance part, have 2 or 3 people on staff that can take care of that our go over all the finance details with someone else and then do all the signing with the accountant at the end.
First time the truck was in for service since I had purchased it. The service staff is by far one of the best I have delt with. From the service desk to the cashier, everyone was great. I will never think twice about buying another vehicle or any service needs in the future, Benson Ford will always have my business.
Fast oil change with friendly service
Had oil change done and all went good except no one in service department was wearing a mask.I found that to be very crazy during this time of the Covid virus.
I went to look at a few mustangs as I was in the market to trade in my 2014 cla45amg. Ended up deciding on a 2019 mustang. Internet price was listed at 45k and I felt that was a good deal on the vehicle. After wasting 2 hours of my time we finally sat down to look over the final figures. Not only did they offer me less for trade in then other dealerships I was also told that they couldn’t sell me the car for the advertised price. They explained that the Incentives had expired and someone forgot to update the price. They will not honor prices that they advertised even when it is their mistake. This showed me a lack of Integrity and i no longer wished to purchase. I recommend going somewhere else or at least calling ahead to see if they are being honest that day. Additionally they ran a credit check on me and my wife without telling us. We were there just to get pricing

Poor service department. I dont know why I keep going back. Ive made online service appointments and when I arrived I was told they dont do online appointments and it would be a month before they could service my car. Another time I had to return my car three times before they fixed the problem. They try to upsell you on unnecessary service as if they were a jiffy lube. My brake pads were mysteriously marked as good a year after I was told by this dealer they were too thin and needed replaced!
I knew exactly the vehicle that I wanted and Shane Henson got me the price I was looking for. Shane walked me through the entire process answering any questions I had and addressing any concerns immediately. Im 46 and have bought my fair share of vehicles and I must say Shane Henson is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He made the whole experience a real pleasure. I will definitely be going back to Benson Ford for my next vehicle and rest assured, I will ask for Shane.
I was impressed by the patience and kindness shown to me during my recent purchase. I came to Benson Ford more than once to look at the truck I was considering and each time all my questions were answered and I was never pressured into doing anything I did not want to do. Now that I have had my truck for several days, Im convinced that buying from Benson Ford was the right move for me.
Only giving a 1 star because 0 isnt an option. I messed up and bought a used 15 Ram with only 38k miles on it. Was surprised when the CEL came on only 5 miles from the dealership after we purchased it. Luckily we did have a 1 month 1000 mile warranty that comes with some of there used cars. Was told to bring back the next day to be checked out, it was and was given the ok to take on vacation and drop off when we return from vacation. Called when we returned from vacation was told to have it at the dealership by 9:30 am on Monday. The truck was dropped off at 9:15, we were given a used Jetta to drive. Well it was 98 degrees that day, they gave my wife who had my 6yo with her a car with NO AC. We took it back and they gave us a Kia Sorento, with bald tires. No big deal, well only have it a week, I thought. Never heard anything so we decided to drop in on the following Friday. Well my truck was still sitting where it was dropped off, untouched. After talking with GM of used cars, it was decided I could take it to another mechanic to have the NOX sensor replaced, which is what there tech diagnosed it to be. So off I go to Benson in Greer. Benson in Greer calls and states there had been contamination in the fuel system, it was going to cost $8600 to fix the truck! Called the GM at Benson Ford and he finally told me that a salesman made a mistake and put gasoline in the truck instead of diesel at some point. If I had known this, I definitely would not have purchased the truck. I will say Benson Ford made the truck right, after 2 months of waiting, and gave me a F150 to drive while mine was being worked on. Communication was POOR from them the whole time, other than our salesman who did all he could do. There has been NO follow up from them since we got our truck back, which I had to go and get myself from Piedmont Dodge (where the truck was finally repaired). I will do business again with our salesman Billy, if he gets a sales job somewhere else, but never again from Benson Ford. My problem truck has been made right now only after 3 months of ownership, I traded it in for a new Chevy today. Dont buy a used car from here. They dont check them out. They come from the auction straight to the lot.
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, I have a 2020 Ford Fusion that the air conditioner has went out in and I was told its going to be several weeks before they can get it in the shop thats ridiculous...

Very good service, the only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that they did not have a loaner vehicle available for me knowing they would have my truck all week.
So my husband I got him a 2011 Ford Explorer as a gift due to him joining the military and I felt he deserved to have a nice car. Plus we were adding a new addition to our growing family and needed him to have a bigger car also. We bought the car 3 MONTHS AGO, the experience in buying the felt amazing our sales guy was great it was the first time with us that we felt we bought a car and “made the right decision”. Even had rant and raved to family and friends how great our experience was. So on Christmas Eve the car out of the blue RAN HOT, my husband pulled it over and got the car towed straight to the dealership. Come to find out a head gasket blew which caused “heat damage” to the engine and now the 2011 explorer we’ve only had for 3 months (only made 2 car payments on) doesn’t even run !!! Needless to say whenever we bought the car we paid for an extended warranty, the whole nine!!! When I tell you no one at this dealership was helpful on getting it fixed and covered by the warranty. The RUDE service dept. informed us it would be anywhere from $8k- $10k to be fixed out of pocket. My husband doesn’t currently live here due to he’s stationed 9 hours away, I am 9 months pregnant, and EVERY SINGLE person I spoke with was either rude or talked to me like I was the biggest idiot. One gentleman even told my husband that it was his job to make sure the car never runs hot and he should be checking for that. NOT TO MENTION on thanksgiving week after visiting my husband I got back to my car from being out of town and the roof of the car had a leak and the complete passenger side floor board had standing water in it from the rain and it had leaked in and that was also “not covered under the extended warranty” I purchased. These situations have completely changed my whole opinion on how this was the best dealership we had ever been to, to the WORST !!!!

Great experience buying my used F-150. Highly recommend Shane Henson, the Internet Sales Manager, he was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He even helped follow up with some accessories from the former truck owner that really helped me out a great deal.

They called that my car was ready and it was. But the key I had requested had not been made so I had to wait around maybe 30 minutes while a key was made. The key could have been made while my car was being serviced or while I was coming from home to get my car. I was not happy about having to wait.
