Really nice salesman, but BEWARE when buying a used car. Recently bought a car that when we came to look at, as it was on their website, it hadnt even been detailed. Red flags! 🚩🚩 Since driving it off the lot less than a month ago, I have found the backup camera doesnt consistently work, the defrost doesnt work, the vents are stuck on front, and something in the dash makes a god awful thumping noise. Try to contact them a week after we drove it home about the issues and they will NOT call you back. The day we bought it, which was 2 days after the fist initial look, they had to rush the detail. Evident by the molding Frappuccino bottle and earrings my daughter found under the backseat.If you buy from them make sure YOU check everything. As my feet freeze on the way to work each morning I deeply regret trusting that they throughly inspected this vehicle before allowing me to take it home.

McKinney in Easley was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went in to just ask some questions and see what it would take to buy a car from them and all 3 gentleman I dealt with not only showed me what vehicles they had that met the criteria of what I was looking for but they also did everything in there power to get me into a very nice car which had everything I wanted. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and a very nice vehicle at that.

There was no problem with the service, but I was very disappointed that for work that took only a few hours of time, my car was there for a day and a half. I had an appointment, but didn’t get a call that they had even looked at my car until nearly 24 hours later. I understand not having enough labor, but if that’s the case, don’t overbook appointments for the staff you have. There were no appointments available for 5 business days when I booked. If I had to wait that long for an appointment, I shouldn’t have had to wait another whole day - without my car - before it was looked at.

Overall good service for what they said they were doing to my vehicle. I asked them to do multiple things and they said they did it but i got no feedback on it. This would be a 5 star post if i could have got feedback. They also changed my bulbs without telling me and then charged me for it. I dont really care about that because it was cheap, but they could have advised before doing so.

Well it did not start off to good with the 1st sale man. Then I got a gentleman by the name of Ed that works in the sales department. and he has helped me out a bunch with the purchase of my vehicle after the fact and. He has gone out of his way to make everything right the sales manager has gone out of his way to make things right. And I now have a 2017 Ram Rebel four-wheel drive that I absolutely love. They are gonna fix it. The problem is trying to get a hold of anybody to speak with. I was on hold for a very long time or got an answering machine. Even with my last car most any time I called for service I stayed on hold or got an answering machine. The quality of the work has always been very good though.

I took my brand new challenger rt to Mckinney for its first service. Made an appointment on Saturday for the work to be done the following Tuesday. Was just getting an oil change and a tire rotation. I waited 5 hours for the job to be done and when my car was delivered back to me the tire rotation wasnt even done. I waited 5 hours and paid $101 for an oil change. On a side note Im an Ase certified master tech with 15 years of experience. No shop charges that much for just an oil change. These people are not honest and will rip you off.Update: if what the responder said was true Bob wouldnt have offered me a discount if I come.back for it taking so long. I also work at a shop 5 minutes from this one so I know the price isnt close to competitive. I gain nothing by telling this story so I have no reason to lie. Meanwhile if someone has something to lose maybe they dont tell the whole truth.

Started off on the wrong foot. Didnt get much help with the financing side of things on Saturday. Came back on Monday with our own bank and they wanted to try to finance other options at this point. Which was too late we had done all the work with our bank. The vehicle itself was perfect. I was a little disappointed that we didnt have a full tank of gas after our purchase. We did get a gift card for gas but only for $15.00 and ofcourse that didnt fill up the tank. I think this was the first time I bought a car and didnt get a full tank of gas. I do love the vehicle. I went to look at 3 trucks that I saw online. No one came out on the lot to offer any assistance. I saw several people riding around on golf carts. Just to see how long it would take, I decided to look at all of the trucks on the lot( roughly 20 to 25). Still NO ONE. That is the very first time I have seen this happen at any dealership. So I left. Total time before I left was about 30 minutes.

They were able to diagnose, and fix my Jeep quickly. Everyone from the appointment rep to the cashier at pay out were friendly and answered any concerns or questions I had. The only thing I was very disappointed in was that the finance officer told me that we couldn’t finance the truck at the rate his was giving us unless we take the extended warranty. That they wouldn’t give me a good rate if I didn’t take it. I have excellent credit why did I have to take insurance that I didn’t really want!

WOW WOW WOW! This was my first big car buying experience. I had the worst luck over the past three weeks trying to find something. I cried many tears and felt like giving up many times. I finally ended up in the right place at McKinney Dodge! My first point of contact was Beth on the phone to confirm vehicle availability. She was so sweet and told me to come on by. When I arrived I got the BEST salesman there, Tim. He was so beyond helpful, so nice, and actually cared about me and my situation. He took time to explain things to me and listen to my concerns. All the folks were friendly and professional ( as usual). Not much wait time before they started with vehicle service. They did find a problem with alignment and took care of that also, should drive better and help on tire wear. Alignment did cost 89.95 and I was a little surprised but that may be the cost these days. Overall very pleased.

Very poor service today. I have invested almost 9 grand into the service department for quality and integrity but I still walked home in the heat after the vehicle they supposedly repaired failed the day I picked it up. I had to explain several times to people who did not make me a priority today after I paid top dollar for their work. Very sad day. Each of my visits have failed me. If you cant trust the brand who can you trust.

Came into the market to upgrade my 2013 Dodge Durango and had some questions. I was approached my Mr. John Reeves. He showed me the models on the lot and what different upgrade options I had. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able answer my questions without having to ask anyone else. I am still thinking it over but I will definitely make the drive to Mr. Reeves when I am ready!! 5 star service.
