Although they are very busy, they took care of my AC problem as fast as possible. Also very honest, I was told one problem but it was a different problem, I could have been ripped off very bad but truck was fixed at a much cheaper price & is still ice cold. Its hard to find an honest mechanic,, when I have to go back for more work, I will wait an extra day if need be to get my vehicle fixed I would not hesitate going back there.

The owner works in the shop and he is a very hard worker. He has quite a few mechanics working there also. Its the best place I have found to go and have my vehicle worked on. As busy as they are they did my starter in the same day I took it in.

My parents were stuck in SC coming from Georgia when their car started giving them problems. They found this place in google. Once arriving Mike was super friendly and very very helpful. He took the time to talk to them and help even tho his shop and his mechanics were super busy. He took the time and effort to diagnose the problem. Though he was too busy to help he still took the time to find the problem and help as much as he could. He didn’t even charge them. Mike, you are an amazing person. Thank you for helping my parents and being just overall a great person.

If someone is looking for a great place to take your vehicle to it’s Tedeschi. Their honest and their prices are competitive. Customer Service can’t be beat. I’m amazed that they can fix so much. I think they have about 12 mechanics. My truck is a diesel and my diesel mechanic recommended them to me now they’re the only shop that works on my truck. Except for Upstate Diesel who works on the diesel. I don’t know if Tedeschi works on diesels I’m just really content with Upstate diesel since they have been working on my diesel for years

Mike is very professional and his guys are all great! Sometimes they get extremely busy, but thats only because they do a great job. Its worth the wait to know you wont be overcharged and they wont take shortcuts in getting the job done right, and so far theyve always been able to accommodate me if I needed a quicker turnaround.

Engine light came on took it to them on Monday they said it could be Wednesday or Thursday before they able to get to it. Which was fine. Not only did they get to it I had it back on Thursday. Great customer service have used them in the past for my wife’s car and will continue to use them in the future highly recommended

I have been using tedeschis for over 25 years and I would not take my vehicle to anyone else. Mike and the guys give you great service and a fair price. They know what they are doing. If you want to get ripped off, go to one of the local dealership around Easley. I am talking from experience.

These guys are just awesome! They are honest, and they know what NEEDS to be repaired and dont berate you with repairs you dont really need. I would trust them with my life, and the lives of both my kids. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Had to get my vehicle towed for a fuel issue on the weekend so they can look into it on Monday. It took them till Friday and for us to call them to check on the car for them to say they havent been able to figure out whats wrong with it. Theyve been driving the vehicle for a week trying to get it to stall... We get charged $250 for a diagnostic fee and a crank sensor and cannot even make it home without the vehicle stalling.

Ive known this family for over 40 years. They do almost all my work and my familys. Complete trust in their work. They dont do unnecessary repairs just to make more money. Theyll give you a ballpark figure and its usually close. They have caught some issues I didnt know and theyre good about giving you details. Theyve found little things that I thought were going to be a major. Recently I had a transmission problem and thought it was bad. Fortunately, it was a faulty sensor and had it repaired before my friend drove me home.*Theyre a busy shop! I suggest calling in advance if possible. I trust their work!

I stopped by, they diagnosed the problem, and immediately repaired it. Did not have to wait long at all. Professionals.

We took our HHR to them and told them it was misfiring. They got back to us 4 days later and said that their computer told them its misfiring. Wth! To make a long story short, they kept it for 3 weeks and ended up saying they couldnt fix it unless the computer told them what was wrong. I recently took my Hyundai to them with sticking steering. He drove it and seen what I was talking about. He called me later in the afternoon and told me he did some research on the internet and found it could be several issues. I said is that all and he said yes. I asked if he wanted me to come and get my car and he said yes. Two cars and no repairs. I will never go to this shop again.

The owner was slightly friendly. They kept my car over 6 weeks then told me they couldnt get to it. When I had it towed to there they said they wouldnt be able to get to it til the end of the week. After 6 weeks of we will get to it next week. Then they told my daughter it would be ready by 3pm Tuesday. It was then they said they couldnt get to it. Could have been honest in the 1st place. So had it took to the Ford Dealer.. I do not recommend. Very unsatisfied.

We evacuated from Charleston to get away from potential flooding and winds resulting from hurricane Dorian. My husband drove his vehicle with our daughter and dog. My mother insisted on bringing her Lincoln Town Car without AC that I drove. She hadnt had a chance to get it repaired at the dealership weeks prior because the dealership was too busy. I called the Lincoln dealership in Greenville on our way from Charleston and they, too, were booked but a really helpful service writer highly recommended Mike Tedeschi who had worked for Ford many years ago. My mother agreed to taking her car the day after we arrived. Mike was extremely busy and was at first reluctant about taking the vehicle. However, due to the circumstances, I believe he was compassionate enough to find the time to squeeze the job in. He called the next day with the diagnosis and a quote. He fixed the AC and had the vehicle ready for us to go home after the evacuation order was lifted. The gentleman who worked on the vehicle also noticed a noise that was concerning. He tested the alternator which wasnt charging as it should. We might not have made it home without the car breaking down so they replaced the alternator. My mother waa apparently aware of that issue prior to the trip so I was grateful that it was replaced. Wish we had a place nearby like this. Thank you so much Mike and employees! You took your time with my mom and were very patient with her. So grateful we had AC on our way home!

The first few visits were great. We thought we had finally found our new mechanic shop. I had originally posted them a 5 star review. The last visit was not so great. The repair took much longer than we had been told it would. Then the windshield was cracked when we picked up the car. I could have delt with that except no one told us about it and then when we asked (before we left the shop) they said they didnt know how it happened. We were very Disappointed ☹️! I guess we are still looking for a goog mechanic!

I have used Mike Tedeschi for years for my more detail mechanical trouble shooting. He seldom disappoints. Reasonable prices. Sta.ds behind his work. Have referred .numerous single/ widows there because I know he wont take advantage of them. He is a fine man. Expect to wait when you go in to talk to him though.

My parents took their car here to replace a seal on the front tire and 3 new tires to be mounted. They charged over $1200 for their service, and just a day later the front tire ripped off the wheel while driving and the car that they owned has never had a problem like that within its entire ownership. My parents took it back and Tedischi claimed it was the tire that was at fault, not them. But we took it to another mechanic and they said the seal was not placed on properly but Tadeschi claims it was. Never in the entire ownership of the car has it ever failed like so, up until my parents did business with these people. They seem to overcharge, not do the job correctly, and deny any responsibility. What a LOAD OF BS! They keep scamming, dont fall for this place!!
