Kim was awesome help us try different types of mattress till we found the one that was comfortable for us. She was so sweet to talk to had a great personality. William and Brandi was awesome to work with on purchasing our mattress and bed. Very good all the way around. We had 1 issue so make sure you have it in writing but it is what it is. They still was very nice.

Bought a recling loveseat on Monday. It was in their warehouse and could not be viewed. They brought it out and had someone who doesnt even live with me sign for it. They charged my debit card and then when I came home this ginormous loveseat was taking up half my livingroom. They refuse to give me my money back and take back their product. They have lost a customer for life. Would not even consider workingsomething out with me. Beware before buying from them!!

I love Walkers & the staff there. From inside the store to delivery, everyone is polite, patient, & will do everything they can to make sure you leave a satisfied customer. Ive bought my last 2 living room sets from there, & more recently 2 beds with adjustable bases & mattresses. No complaints from me. Going back this week for a chest, dresser, & nightstand. If youre not family when you get there, youll feel like family when you leave.

We have been looking for a new recliner for my father in law. As he is over 80 we did not want to be going all and only getting a small choice. After seeing the TV add we decided to head over to Walkers and take a look, and it was worth the trip. They have the best range of recliners I have seen. The sale person Kim was very helpful and and was able to zone us right in on the chairs that would be more suitable for elderly person. She was very patient and helped moving chairs around so my father in law could try out different onesWe left the store with the new recliner in the back, very happy with the purchase and the service that we got from Kim. This will be the first place we head to next time we are looking for new furniture.

Shopping for a twin bed at Sit & Sleep was a wonderful experience the quality of furniture is out standing it was extremely clean and beautifully laid out the staff was very friendly and helpful they helped us find what we need and in the price we were looking to spend if you have not already shipped there and are in the need of new furniture stop in and meet the staff let them help you find what you need I know you wont be disappointed I know my wife and I will happily return for any new purchases in the future.. Nice Place and People

Bought a set of couches and after 5 months they are ripping apart. The sales team is not replacing it even thought there still warranty. This store does not take care of their customers. I try to take my business to local stores but this one store I’m not visiting ever again.

We have a challenging living room and needed to maximize seating capacity. The sales staff was very helpful and even took the time to look the room over using face-time (I think thats what its called) on my wifes i-phone to get as much info as possible. We were able to get the couches/recliners we wanted that at first, we thought wouldnt fit and at a very reasonable price. Once again, a mom and pop store far exceeded the service and quality of the merchandise over and above the chain stores.

Stopped in to buy a frame and box spring and could not have got that kind of service anywhere! The most friendly and helpful staff did nothing but to help me get just what i was looking four and nothing else! I will shop there again.

My husband and I recently bought a couch here after looking at a few other furniture stores in Easley. Walkers definitely seems to have the best prices. The couch is wonderful, but this review is going to mainly be about the awesome customer service we received from Ms. Brandi.Brandi was friendly and helpful while still giving us space to browse on our own. She was extremely informed about the furniture in the store and had a great sense of humor.Once we decided on a couch we let Brandi know that we wanted to go have lunch and think it over (its a big purchase) and that we would probably return afterwards. She offered to price-match if we found the sofa at a better price somewhere else, and even told us if we found something we liked better to call her with the model and she would see if she could get it for us at a better price. At this point, I guess the owner realized that Brandi was going to let us leave. He came over and cornered us in the store and began asking all sorts of personal questions. If you want to do business with someone who maybe knows someone you work with or go to church with, ask to work with Mr. Walker. If you want to be assisted by someone who is extremely helpful AND laid-back and not at all pushy, find Brandi! Mr. Walker made me feel like I was on a used car lot. I dont know why he feels the need to be so pushy when his prices are already so great. Let the prices and the furniture speak for themselves.After that my husband was annoyed and we were reluctant to go back. However, we really liked the couch and Brandi had been great, so we went back and made the purchase. The whole experience gets four stars, but Brandi deserves 5!!! We love our couch, but if we ever go back I will probably call ahead to see if Brandi is working.

Brandy and all of the people at sit and sleep or pleasant to deal with they helped me immensely and I got my new mattress and box springs delivered they have a lot of beautiful furniture there and from what I seen its reasonably priced a great place to shop for your household needs in furniture
