Drove an hour away just to go here. Great selection of boots all sizes, even had wides for my feet. Ended up buying 3 pairs from them that day. Will definitely be back!!

Well, if youre really country and not a minority, they love you there! So obviously I didnt get a good experience and it didnt have much of what I would like. But not a bad place if you meet the above requirements

Bought a pair of Ariat’s here today, the staff was nice and they got many boots to choose from, their also easy to find in your size because they have each section labeled by size and style. Very happy

Great .very helpful, knowledgeable,actually I never go anywhere else than boot barn because they treat me as a valued customer.i buy all my boots there, but every once in a while Ill have a pair that were a gift and those are always the ones that tear up,or have to be returned for some reason.when that happens, even if that particular manager doesnt know me personally,they investigate whatevers actually wrong with my boot(Im really hard on boots)and see Im a regular customer, and always within reason replace my defective product .even when its a gift,and I dont have the paperwork.when they see my account and that I buy multie pairs a year, they treat me as I should be treated, like a repeat customer.

To the lady who said the boots were from China...The boots that are made in China are actually Ariats. While Durango and other brands offer amaerican made boots. The staff has excellent knowledge about the products. They offer 10% off of all first responders, nurses, doctors, firefighters, police, military. They even give you a discount if you’re on there rewards (which is free) on your birthday!!!

If you cant find your boots in there they probably dont make them. Nice, comfortable atmosphere, employees are helpful when you need them and back off when you dont need them. I never noticed how wore out my boots were until I got new ones. Hey, dont judge, I wore them 6 years.

Overall a nice store but if you need to return a product especially when a debit card is used you can expect to be lied to. My daughter returned a product Friday evening and yes I know it was after banking hours and over the weekend so you can expect a possible delay for funds to be credited back into the account but to be lied to straight to our face by the Young assistant manager to the extent of telling us that it would be immediately released and put back into the account or at least Monday at the latest guess what its Tuesday and still not back in her account and not pending either ad I just spoke to someone at our bank concerning this issue. The purchase was well over $100.00 . This is not a good business practice at all. The Young assistant manager (she) needs to be retrained on her job and proper procedures. So be cautious when returning an item and if it is the same young lady assistant manager I would request someone else to do the return since she obviously doesnt know what shes doing.Thank you

Normal boot place. I kinda expected that if I was buying a $200 boot it wouldnt be made in China. Most of what I saw was made in China. Would love to see some American made boots.

Love the place but the prices ? Unfortunately you can find it for less. We want stores in our area with a smaller budget in mind.

I called and confirmed that they had my size in women’s boots and when I got there I figured out they lied to me and tried to get me to get men’s boots instead. Very unprofessional and not honest they wasted my time and gas money.

Walked in looking for boots. The clerk was leaning over the counter, never acknowledged us. Two guys walk in and she goes to help them. Never came to help us. We left without buying anything. Disappointing shopping experience.

Store supposed to open at 9am. 10am and no one is there. When its open there is usually good selection of boots and a decent clearance section. However they dont carry many styles of jeans. They will direct you to their website.

Good for buying cowboy wear from hats to boots. But be ready to pay, it’s on the high end but quailty looks great.

This place has great western and work wear, but they are very expensive. Buying clothes when they are on clearance is not bad, but I would never buy boots here. I try on Ariat boots in the store and buy them on Amazon at a much cheaper price.

Went to Boot Barn looking for a new pair of blue jeans, however I am not used to European sizes so I had to ask a clerk what size I would need, he made me feel very uncomfortable. I just recently had a baby and I have not lost the weight I gained and I expressed that to the clerk, when I told him the size I would need to be converted to European he started making comments like well at least you said it an I didnt and it made me feel horrible. I will never go back to this store again.

I had found a pair of boots at the Greenville SC store. They didnt have my size. The nice Lady from Greenville called Easley store. They said yes they had my size. When I got there they did not have my size.The guy I told he tried stretching a pair but it did not work. After that he walked and never asked if I needed anything else I found a pair I kinda liked and was gonna buy them if I had got a discount since I drove all the way there since they said they had them in stock in my size. Come to find out that guy was actually the manager. He was to busy talking to his employee and laughing. I have bought several pair from Greenville and the staff there is awesome. Easley staff is very in considerate. Needless to say I got no discount and they lost out on a purchase and a customer

Went in to buy a new pair of boots and never been properly sized for them and the employee there Carlisle took the time to help me get the proper size and even helped with showing me different styles and explained how the boots should fit and how they should wear after they are broken in
