The only reason I gave ANY stars is because of the help I received from one of the employees. She was knowledgeable, and helpful.

I have been here on several occassions. We were always greeted, asked if we needed help ect. Tonight, we walked in, no greeting, no help, no nothing. Not one person even looked our direction. Disappointed.

Great place to shop for shoes, but their ad is misleading buy one get the other at half price. They make you buy the highest price at full price and the cheaper at half price.

This was the 1st time Ive been in this store since thr remodel. It was much bigger inside and cleaner. The store manager was such a sweetheart and while the staff was helpful they didnt hover. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

Im a single Father of 5 beautiful children on a limited income, so most of my shoe shopping is done at other places where the cost of the shoes are cheap, therefore, the shoes are cheaply made. However, I went into Rack Room Shoes in Easley, SC the other day. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help finding anything. After explaining what I needed to the Manager, he led me to a pair of shoes that he thought would work for me. Ultimately, I walked out of the store with the most comfortable pair of shoes that Ive ever worn and shoes for 3 of my children. Ive since went back and purchased the other pairs, and because of their in Store sales, my Military discount, and the utilization of my points from their Rewards program, I walked out with two pairs of shoes and my wallet wasnt coughing dust. Based on the Customer Service, each Employees professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy, theyve got a customer for life.
