The staff was cool. The young guy starting out was super friendly and super cool. I will be back here to this location over the Anderson stores just because of how good they treated me.

Its a little sparce and in-store selections are limited but all things considered its still a nice store and the people still try to help as best they can.

I went to this GameStop yesterday when I heard GameStop would have in person ps5 stock. The staff at this store handled the situation perfectly and were very patient and made sure to do all they could when the servers went down. They made the process very easy and caused no stress.

They seem to be out of alot of what we are going in there to get. We just started going to the Clemson store. Better stocked !

Im a big fan of gamestop but this one is by far my favorite they keep new stuff in great about preorders and the staff is super nice

I love the people who work here, they will have no problem helping you and usually have all the answers to any questions about various games. The employees have a lot of knowledge in the gaming world and are very nice. I usually don’t go out of my way just to write a review about a GameStop but this one is my favorite GameStop, and I’ve been to many GameStop stores around the state.

Helpful and friendly staff. They usually have a lot more inventory, but due to people being advised to stay home because of the covid-19 pandemic, they didnt have too much to choose from. Of course they get trades in every day so maybe it was just an off day. Im sure Ill go back another day and theyll have more in stock.

I will never shop here again. I am very meticulous with all my games. I never scratch one, but every time I want to trade one in they always say it’s scratched and they take money off. I bought a controller from there and of course it quits working after a week so no return. That’s no way to do business especially when it’s failing. I will be buying all my games from the Xbox store in the future.

I recently bought my son a Nintendo switch from here and some how it wouldnt cut on or charge they where very helpful in switching it out and making sure we where happy great store with great staff. I highly recommend this store to anyone

A great overall customer experience with the folks at this Gamestop shop; we cam with a technical question not just got an answer, we got a complete explanation of what went wrong with my sons video game system, give us a good advice in how to solve it with out having to spend a dime, of course we didnt come back home empty handed, there are so many collectors items available in the store

This location is largest of the ones in the area. Selection is great and store is generally well staffed. However, the staff ranges from happy and helping to pretentious and impatient depending on who you get. Well worth the roll of the dice though.

They had what we wanted but they should have switched up their business plan.Sad to see closings :(

Certain employees will rip you off. I gave 15 bucks on a purchase that was only 13 and some change. Didnt get my change back. I use the store on 123 next to Dollar tree. Better staff and trades are alot better

Since moving jobs, this location has become my new stop for games and collectibles.This store has not let me down! Always loaded with options, preorders to grab, and constant entertainment.Very friendly and helpful staff

I understand that they are busy. But when you pick up the phone without saying a word, just setting it on the counter..? Come on. I waited 4 mins to be acknowledged. Hung up called the 123 store. They answered, asked for me to hold just for a minute, finished with their customer and then apologized for my wait. Even with having to wait, it took less time for him to answer my question and then tell me where I could get the game i need.

Great service. The members make sure you get a game that you are going to love and will explain the pros and cons of each game.

Great! Best manager. Really cool dude. Ive come in with 20 items for trade and was accommodated. Sure, they have busy times, thats to be expected. All Gamestop locations have times when the wait is 15 minutes. Get out your phone and play flappy bird.

Hey make you pay garuntee and when its broken they dont help or anything they just find any excuses to not replace your ps4 or whatever console.

These guys are about the friendliest sales people you are ever going to find. They are helpful and engaging and dont mind chatting with you even if they know you are probably just browsing.

I disagree with the negative review. I called about a deal and I received my answer in just a couple of minutes and then when I went in the store the employees bent over backwards for me. I also saw a kid and his dad that were not satisfied with their game exchange they did and they were allowed to get a different game.

This is my preferred GameStop in Easley. Its much bigger and the staff are nicer and easier to work with on average.

As always the staff takes care of its customers. Would recommend coming here for all gaming jazz!

Dont shop here if at all possible. Customer service is sad....but they will let you shop in store with whatever animal you can come up with. Doesnt matter if the animal could easily rip your eyes out.

Great place to get video games.

Had only two employees with three customers and were only focused on the two customers at the register and paid me no attention and I had planned to purchase items (3 games) from them but after that I left the store very uninterested in doing business with this location again

I too disagree with the negative review. I was out in Colorado for a few months and while I was out, I got my family to do pre-orders for me. They know my family by name and knew who I was when I came back home. I have not been there in a year and they still remember who we are. That is customer service in my opinion.
