We went to Rozelle to get a quote for a Carrara marble tub surround using remnant pieces they had onsite. We love to shop local and were excited to have a place to purchase stone within a mile from our home. The two young sales guys were super friendly. They were eager to help. We sent our measurements via email and went back to pick out our marble. Once we selected the stone, they emailed over our quote. Initially I was shocked since the quote came in at almost double to other quotes we had received. None the less, we decided to still proceed because sometimes you pay more for quality and good service and we had read their really good reviews.We messaged our sales guy and advised we were ready to proceed and asked when they could come complete the template. Minutes later, we get a phone call and were advised there would be an additional $100 to come out to measure and create the template. I advised I would need to think that over since we thought that was included in the quote.In the end, my husband and I couldnt justify paying more than double for the exact same product we could get from two other businesses. Who sends a quote without including all the charges upfront?Months later, Im really glad we moved on. We were able to do the marble tub surround and shower threshold for half the price and it looks really beautiful. Creating a template and installation was also included with the other business we chose to use.

We used Rozelle Stone for new kitchen counters and we could not be more pleased. They called out the blue to let us know we had more options available to look at. Once a decision was made they were professional on time and also made sure the cabinets were ready to support the new counters. We would absolutely use them again.

I recently commissioned Rozelle Stone to provide the new counters for our kitchen renovation project. The selection of the right materials and colors, along with receiving a quality finished product that met our value objectives were paramount to both my wife and I. David McFadden and his team went the extra mile to introduce us to the multitude of product types, colors, and which products would best serve our needs. Even with that extensive introduction to the various options, my wife ( who is an interior decorater) was stumped as to which product, texture, and color scheme would work best for us.She chose to use 2 different products in the Dekton product line for our kitchen. Once the selections were finalized, the Rozelle team worked hand in hand with me to schedule and coordinate the project. The materials were received timely and the fabrication process worked like a well-oiled machine due to the precise planning, field measurements and use of state of the art equipment in their shop to configure the material slabs to work with our new cabinetry.As if the noted things above didnt impress me already, I was surprised that the installation of the new countertops for both our new cabinets and island took less than 2 hours. No short cuts were taken in that efficient installation and the quality of the finished product exceeded our already high expectations. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the overall experience of working with the Rozelle Stone team. The entire experience was exceptional and we received good value for our investment. I cant say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with Rozelle Stone. David McFadden was so helpful in helping me choose countertops for my lake house and my home in Greenville. He was extremely patient, available, honest and wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for. He also had Josh call around to help me locate just the right slab. David was very professional and detailed and made sure the job was done perfectly! His installation crew was impressive and George did a great job helping place the sinks and veining in the right places. I couldnt be more pleased with my countertops and the excellent job David and his staff did! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job...big or small!
