This place provided the worst possible service. They required 50% up front, no problem I paid it. I was advised 10-14 days for a turn around time. On day 13 I called them to see what is going on. They then advised me the turn around time is 4-6 weeks. They then lead me to believe multiple times it would be in sooner, I had to call each time for an update. It finally arrived on week 6. They called on a Friday and wanted to install it that day... with no notice. I said fine because I wanted this process to be over. The installers came out and installed it and the door handles were installed wrong. It looked tacky with the handles being so far up on the door. Clearly they do not install carriage style doors often. I called to inform them of the issue so they sent someone back out to change the handles, leaving four large holes in the garage and assumed that was okay. This wasn’t acceptable, so I had to reach out again, then the owner stated “he’ll show me where I can put my garage door”. I was only reached out to once by them and every encounter I had was less than professional. I rely on reviews and I was mislead about this place. I will never recommend them to anyone. Worst customer service possible!

Nice folks, but customer service lacks real effort. Spent a week waiting on people to call back, and always given a different name. Someone else is always supposed to call me back, and ultimately chose to find another company. Over 4 days to get a single call back is unreasonable.
