Great shop, nice professional people. After a miscommunication, and driving almost two hours to get to another shop, I was completely disappointed. I was looking for a fairly hard to find pistol. I started stopping at all of the local gun shops on the way home. At the second shop the gentleman there said, If youre going to find it anywhere locally, itll be at Ace and gave me directions. Sure enough, when I got there, they had one and only one. I was told it hadnt been there but maybe a day. I had a trade in, we struck a deal, and the trip was a success after all. Now when Im looking for something specific, Ill always keep ace in mind.

I normally never write reviews or comments regarding anything, much less a business. Ace Firearms is on a whole other level than any other gun shop however, a fact which makes me feel compelled to write this review. Ive been apprehensive about writing this, or any, review do to sheer self-interest. Ive been fearful that once the word gets out about this little gem, the hordes will descend and strip the place to the bone, thus rendering it into most other gun shops out there. I bought a SCAR 17S out at Ace about six months or so ago, along with a soft olive drab three gun case with the M.O.L.L.E. setup, a few boxes of Black Hills .308Win to break in the SCAR, and a few boxes of .300BLK to feed my suppressed 9 AAC .300BLK AR. When I bought the SCAR, they also had some of your other impossible to find guns, such as a Bushmaster ACR with a 5.56mm barrel, an FNH Ballista in .338 Lapua Magnum, a Remington 870 12GA that had been converted to magazine feed, and many others which I cant recall at the moment, but to say that the selection was impressive would be an understatement. I also noticed that in most cases the firearms were actually below the MSRP. If you live within driving distance of the place, the trip will be worth your while if youre a gun buff such as myself, I can guarantee that. -WCK
