Just finished a CWP class and loved it! John was an awesome instructor. He broke down everything down to elementary level, made the class fun, keep everyone engaged, has an abundance of patience, set clear expectations/instructions and ensured safety throughout our time together. I’d recommend anyone to visit his store and definitely sign up for class.

I went threw 3 glocks till I got what I want, very patient.

They have great deals on firearms priced way below retail!! The same handgun I got there for $450 will cost $600 anywhere else and it was brand new shipped right from the factory. Dont waste your time or your money going somewhere else. Also if you see the ammo is priced a little high its because the quality is far superior to the cheap stuff you get at Walmart. You do want your ammo to work dont you

It’s a great place, friendly environment, staff members are excellent! I will be driving 1 1/2 hours to go buy ammunition, archery accessories, or anything else they have because of how amazing and awesome they are! Keep up the great work!!!!!

John, the owner there and his wife are great people and have tons of hunting and fishing supplies and also teaches for cwp classes as well . He and his wife are very professional and its just a great place to do business .

I dont even know where to start! John was absolutely awesome. Well every person there made you feel very comfortable whether just coming in to shop or taking the cwp course. When I first went in to sign up I was a little nervous that I was gonna get someone with an attitude but both guys at the counter made me laugh within the 2 minutes being in the store. During the cwp class, it was informative and very easy to follow. John makes sure you understand everything before you take that test! John is not a clear eyes guy teacher. You wont be bored! If your reading this to help decide whether to take the class here or not, trust me do it! You wont regret it.

Great small town store with many many options. Great people and helpful customer service. I took the CWP class and I highly recommend. Instructor engages with the class and keeps you awake, although most information seems like common sense the class is still interesting. Better than most big time franchises that “know everything”. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting their CWP or even just a scope for a rifle. I took mr. Garners cwp class today, I was nervous that I might not understand the things I needed to in order to carry legally but Mr. Garner broke every thing down to us so there would be no question as to rather or not we knew what we were doing. He made sure we understood SC gun laws and making sure we understood what the laws meant for us if we travel out of state. I pass his class with flying colors ! I recommend that if you are looking to get your cwp you look into taking the class at Garners . You wont be disappointed!!!!!!

I pass there everyday on my way to work. So, I decided to stop in to purchase some ammo and inquire about apart for a S&W pistol that I own. After getting the ammo, I politely asked the man behind the counter about the small part for my pistol. And, I might add that up to then, was my only interaction with him. The overweight guy behind the counter very sharply announced, does look like a parts store to you. We are a gun store So, I ask politely again. Do you recommend anyone The man arrogantly announce. I know someone but youll have to look it up, we use him but, Im not telling where he is Basically, spend money here (buy a firearm) or else. They did have lot of used, and what looked to be pawned firearms. So, with that, I decided to take my business elsewhere.Never again, I wouldnt recommend these shady individuals to anyone.Arrogant, rude, very bullyish acting and un-necessarily defensive. I was totally polite and cordial thru the entire experience. I even said, good day Then again, you shouldnt expect much from a licensed High Point dealer.No thanks, I drive 15 minutes more to City Arsenal and deal with actual professionals without the ego.I wish I could give no stars.
