I was able to meet with Amanda about a storage unit and she was a fantastic help throughout the entire process! Was able to pick out a unit were I could easily access with a big U-Haul truck. Thanks Amanda! I thought the experience was better being able to meet face to face rather than having to do this process online like other places require.

Storage Rentals of America is wonderful! Our unit was spotless and clean. Karen helped me pick out my unit (even showing me various sizes) and I was able to get it the same time. I accidentally broke my key In my lock and it was stuck; Karen stayed after work to remove the part of my broken key so I could go ahead and get more items in my unit over the weekend. She’s been extremely helpful explaining the paperwork and process as this is my first time renting a unit. Highly recommend.

Let me save you the trouble.1. Over priced.2. No one ever answers the phone and you are lucky if anyone is ever on site.3. They took the automatic payment of $155 from my mom, who is on a fixed income, on the 2nd of July. The unit had been emptied but no one answered the phone or returned her calls until the 8th of July..they are refusing to refund her $155 for the month of July even though the unit is empty because they do not pro rate the fees.4. The units stink and have bugs.We will be reporting them to the BBB.

About as inconvenient as possible. No 24 hour access, if you have to drive a larger truck into the place good luck its very tight, pulling a trailer into and out of it is next to impossible, if you need to update your auto draft information you have to physical go to the place. Like this bbn is 2021 who cannot update information by phone. my rent has increased twice since I first rented the place 3 years ago, on one of the few occasions I had to speak with one of the employees they were as rude as you could possibly be. The only reason I have not ended m use of this place is a lack of time to take on the task but trust and believe it will happen soon

The perimeter security fence is in need of repair and after being a promptly paying customer for a year, my rate increased by $15 a month! I guess paying on time and keeping a unit for 12 months are not appreciated. Its like they said, Merry Christmas, to show we value your patronage, your bill is increasing!

The sweet woman manning the office was very helpful to us. We needed short term storage. She explained options, helped us decide on a size ( which was perfect), and got us set up with what we needed to move things in in 2 days. She even laughed at my husbands corny jokes! Highly recommend!

This place gas been my worst nightmare and definitely took advantage of me. Changed cost of rental unit, was 30 days late and they cut mylocks off.....worse than that was lack of business ethics. DO NOT RENT FRON THESE MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE!

Amazing experience. Jackie at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly. Storage unit is clean, secure and well maintained. You get a padlock to keep and theres mandatory insurance. There are cheaper options but they dont offer the same level of security or maintenance. Transfer fees are reasonable and the contracts are only for one month so theres no strings (or fees) attached to ending the contract. Would definitely recommend.

I couldnt help but to write a review because of the amazing experience I have had with Cube Smart. The staff there went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and explain how cube smart works. I got the pleasure of meeting Hailey when I first rented a storage unit and later I met Jacqueline. They both were amazing and ever interaction I had, they went out of their way to answer all of my questions and were super friendly! I wont be going anywhere else for storage needs. To me, good customer service is what brings me back! I will be recommending CubeSmart to friends and family!!

The staff is great super helpful. At 1st I didnt know what size unit I needed to get, the staff showed me what size units they had and I choose the correct one. Nice clean facility super convenient definitely will will recommend.

I made a reservation at Easley location and when I showed up at 3:30 in the afternoon, no one was in the office. I waited nearly an hour before finally leaving. I called 800 number and they tried getting in touch with district manager, but he didnt respond. The next day I called to make sure someone was in before I made the trip. When I finally spoke with Tara, the manager, she acted clueless about why no one was in the office. She didnt want to admit that it was her that was MIA and didnt apologize.

I went there to get some supplies and was freezing outside the door. It was during business hours and there was a sign on the door saying when they would return. I looked through the fence and saw a woman there. I called out to her and she stopped what she was doing to help me! She did it all with a smile. I will definitely go back for additional supplies at this store as I appreciate Great Customer Service.

My wife and I have only used this place two months and have only met the manager twice, including today and will never use any of the Cubesmarts because of her. My wife, my daughter, and I were minding our business, going through stuff in our unit, when she, the manager, rolled up on her golf cart and said very rudely Uh, I need you to leave right now. For no reason at all. Accused us of selling our stuff out of the unit, even though all of the camera footage would show that were the only ones there. Even told us that we cant bring our daughter with us, when she does nothing. When I asked for her supervisors number she lied and said there was no one above her, as if there isnt a chain of command like a district manager above her. She asked why I was filing a complain and then started yelling at me when I told her. Then kept interrupting and yelling at me when I was trying to explain why I was complaining. I ended up having to yell at her to stop interrupting me so I could talk. She is the only problem I have with Cubesmart and the very reason why Im never using them again. Im in the process of switching to a new, cheaper, storage facility now. She cost this company what wouldve been a really long term customer, since we needed the storage for our business. We pay over $100/month for the unit. Switching to one for only $65. I will suggest to look somewhere else because of her

She is bringing excellent customer services by reviewing all client information and making sure our items are well looked after. I would recommend this site to anyone in need of storage.

When I first started my space rental the person in charge told me to put my truck in space 9 out back next to a VW bus and thats were I parked. Constantly raising the prices, this is my 2nd time attempting to use them the first time I stopped using them they raised the rates 2x in a less then a 6mth period. When I decided to give it another go this time I was assured they barely do them once a year have not even been here close to a year and I am pay 100 for a unit....exterior lights suck no interior unit lights and bugs! When I called to find out about the pay increase and tried to explain what I was told the woman cut me off and basically told me I did not know what I was talking about. I will be looking to move my items else where and not using them again.

Thought Big Mike was back, but only filling in. Was a much better manager than the new girl, bless her heart.

Under new ownership now apparently, and they are a huge ripoff. No longer do any pro-ration, will charge you a full month now when you have your items out in a weeks time, and they raise prices on you constantly. Very bad storage cleanliness and your items will become riddled with bugs, spiders, and mold. NOT RECOMMENDED.
