I always choose paper party place if I’m needing balloons for an event. They do amazing and make sure everything is perfect. Prices are very reasonable!

The worst! One balloon bouquet purchased that didnt last 10 hrs. If youre interested in a bouquet for the following day, forget about it! No refunds offered, their response was no guarantee once you leave the parking lot and you must not have asked for the $.25 extra per balloon for extra helium. NONSENSE! It was never offered and not listed on their price list that was clearly noted. Very disappointed.

Ive been going to PPP for all of my party and baby shower supplies for 10+ years. They have a great selection and whatevers popular at the time. The manager is always helpful and kind.

Very little merchandise to choose from. Went by today, note on door closed until 4. They close whenever they want? Why put hours on the door. Drove 35 min to go there today, wasted trip.
