I realize that retail has a severe employee shortage, and I try to be understanding and patient. However, that doesnt mean that basic rules of customer service should be ignored. I was in the Easley store this evening. I picked out 12 items and went to the register with the light on above, nearest the front door. I only saw two employees in the store, one was stocking the freezer, and the other was putting together a balloon bouquet for a customer. I waited patiently at the open register for between five and ten minutes, and a line formed behind us. As the employee was finishing up the balloons, an elderly woman wandered in and began looking at candy. The employee began to ring up the balloons on a different register. While we were standing at the lit register, the elderly woman lined up behind the balloon person. After that transaction was finished, the employee rang up the elderly woman, while people who had been in line before she even came in the store watched. At that point we left our stuff and walked out. There is no excuse for that at all. I would also recommend that until you are staffed more fully, you suspend filling balloons.

Wow everything is a dollar that is just TOALY AWESOME. IM going to tell all my friends family relatives cousins aunties uncles and grand parents. And then have a block party and light up the house and here you go to the future and you can see it coming from there in the middle of a meeting of his house and here it is going well hope you have a good one thanks m

Lots of bargains here. I enjoy just cruising the aisles just to see what they have. Todays deals: thank you notes 12.5 cents per, and flower seeds for pennies! Clean, friendly, and quick in/out.

What would we do without The Dollar Tree,?!!!.always a pleasure to shop there. It can be a quick trip or you can browse each isle and fill up your buggy. Cashiers are always pleasant and helpful in finding an item u may be shopping for.

I love Dollar Tree, but this one has limited stock compared to other DTs Ive visited. Parking is awful. DT has approximately 11-15 parking spaces, the lot is extremely small which makes it hard getting in and out. The traffic is awful coming out of Clemson which makes it very dangerous turning in and out.

I entered this store without a mask (left it in the car), and instead of being politely reminded to go and get it, the cashier took a picture of me without my consent, with the intention of submitting her photo to the authorities. She was extremely rude to me for the entire duration of my stay, refusing to even hand me the bag of groceries that I purchased, which caused the bag to rip down the center, since I had to reach over to her side of the counter to obtain my groceries. If you like shopping at stores that are employed by narcs and rude people, give this one a shot!

Lady checking me out was straight up rude. Wouldn’t even respond to me when I tried talking to her. Couldn’t even say thank you or anything. I would be embarrassed to treat customers like that..they better get new employees here or this place is going to lose business no doubt.

Easy to get through line. Every thing from food to cleaning supplies, personal products, holiday decoration, really, really cool stuff for or almost any youre looking for all and everything just a dollar.I love it.They even carry make up and medicine. A whole section of kids stuff.Makes my imagination runs wild.

Very rude man cashier snatched away merchandise that I was going to purchase and said there was a limit. I told him there was no sign to indicate that. The casher said she was sorry to because they had not let the employees know. This is not the first time he has been rude. I feel sorry for the employees if he is the manager.

Unreliable inventory, but prices are decent for run-of-the-mill items. Staff is polite and the store is never overcrowded, good place to grab quick cheap kitchen supplies in a pinch and miscellaneous goods that you dont want to splurge on. Being a Dollar Tree, everything is in fact actually a dollar - unlike some of the other dollar stores in the area.

Straight nasty. Asked about them needing help with stocking, there was some smart remark from management. I worked there for 6 years and we had to keep it almost spotless and fully stocked or we got wrote up. Its a shame how it looks now.

I feel so horrible for the employees who work here. It’s so extremely hot in there to the point to where you feel like you’re going to pass out. I cannot believe that the HEADQUARTERS controls the air, that’s what I was told by multiple employees. Those employees have to stay in that heat and sweat. I was only in there for 15 minutes and I felt miserable.

Showed up at 7:55pm with my 9yr old and 10month old. A guy not wearing his mask met us locking the doors and said the manager told him to lock up and went back to eating ice pops with the other employees not wearing masks. Not sure why they said on Google they were open til 8pm. We’ll just drive our 15 minutes back home.

The store is always nice and clean. Its staffed with a great group of sales associates. Stock seems to get very low at times, otherwise I would rate it a 5 star.

Who doesnt like cheap lead burden plastic junk? When I was younger and broke I use to get all my toiletries and cleaning supplies here. Also decorations and kids toys. Now I just go here to kill time and reminisce on the good old days.

This store is always sold out of multiple selections. The parking lot is tiny. Dollar Tree definitely needs a bigger location with more goods.

Manager on shift (dont know his name, but he was wearing a Syracuse mask) spent the whole visit harassing guests. Made my wife cry. Wish zero stars was an option.

This store is a circus like really i have been there a few times this week and feel sorry for the two young managers that have had too mange this place josie and haily they are sweet and really helped me but the storemanger is nothing special tammy i think her name is first of all she seems to treet her employees like crap and has no heart in this store and also last time i checked having relations with one of your staff is not good as you play sides. the store manager and kat i think is her name should not be having obvious relations in a work enviroment........who ever reads this needs to sort the staff out and fast.

How is it legal for a store not to give you, your own money back with an original receipt from the day before. They tell me i can only exchange..well i dont want to nor need anything else from your messy, half ass stocked, things out pf place store! This is the last time ANY dollar store gets from me!!! Period !!! Biggest rip off in the world!

Standard Dollar Tree. Good for cheap stocking stuffers and gift wrap. Youd be better off getting your candy in bulk at Walmart though.

The last few times I have been to the Easley a dollar tree it has been miserable. The air conditioning seem to be broke quite often and they remain open like that even on days when the temperature is above 90°. I honestly don’t know how they are keeping employees there in those conditions. Normally I would linger in the store buying things that I probably didn’t need in the first place but in that heat I grabbed what I needed and went straight to the checkout. One star for making me sweat while shopping.
