I had an absolutely wonderful experience from a customer service perspective. I am a wheelchair user and their carts are very large and unwieldy for myself to use, but a team member was willing to escort me through the store and take anything I wanted to purchase to the register for me. While not everything I needed was in stock, I blame that on the supply chain issues and do not fault the store at all, the team members were very willing to help me find what I wanted, and perfectly polite throughout. I was also able to cancel a service I no longer needed while there, and use the refund towards my purchase. Definitely one of the most convenient shopping trips I have had in a long time.
Excellent. Went in by chance looking for a wire to connect cellphone to aux input for older stereo. Came away with that, a wire my son was looking for, and a Ninja Mega Kitchen System 1500 for half price due to Black Friday Sale. Salespeople were gracious and very helpful. What a blast.
Purchased ref. Its price was higher than Costco sale but they had price match program. The reason I ordered it here is that delivery date was earlier.. more than a week. I asked about price match, then after few check, it was matched and ordered. Efficient process.
Worker was helpful. I Wanted to purchase a laser printer. But All the ones, I was interested in, were out of Stock. Probably on one of those container ships, off shore. Want a shame.
Went to this store to the TV department and asked for help to be told that someone would be available soon. Waited for 30 minutes without anyone following up and after asking I was told again that someone would be right there. No one ever followed up. The kid that told me someone would be helping me soon passed me at least 7 times without following up.
Bought multiple appliances from this store, supposed to be delivered and installed on two different dates. Part of the order was delivered and installed, the second part was not shipped including a Gas range that was supposed to be installed and the old one removed and hauled away. Made Several visit to the store and called Best Buy 800 number to get the range installed and or cancel the order, after many visits I was told that the range was delivered. Its more than 40 days and no body in the store was able to help me get my money refunded and cancel this order. The range was not delivered and installed, I still have the old one in my house.This is unbelievable, in addition to the money I have to pay for this range I have wasted so much of my time on phone and visiting the store at least 5 times for this order. These people have no answer, their only reply is that according to the warehouse record the range is delivered. I dont know what to do, should I report this to police?, I dont know.
Needed a new keyboard for my computer. Had a friendly person at the cash register. Was there on a Tuesday afternoon. Place was not busy. Was able to get in &out with no delays
Always had an amazing experience shopping at this location. Stores huge and well kept. They do have sanitizer pumps throughout the store and follow covid guidelines.Staff is very knowledgable and cooperative. They also have curbside pickup and the service is super quick. (Less than 5minutes for pickup). Ample of parking space right in front of the store. They do price match too.
Worst customer experience. Staff here is the worst best buy staff I have seen in any Best Buy. Dont have 0 stars to give. If youre a hot chic maybe you will be received well.

Sumit is great.He is professional with electronic product.I bakup my old iphone in my computer.ios is 13.6.1Its trade in to 13 pro.But can not restore new phone is ios 15 .I go to the store .He ask me whats going on .After that he give my old phone to me no any deposit.I also working all night for my data because too much small file very slow and iphone only 30mb per sec for trans data.My backup date still corrupt.I also use software fix it .Im so lucky is sumit service for me .Thank you
Nothing to not like the store. They didnt have an item in stock in store. They checked if other stores had it, and none of them did. Do they ordered it for me to be shipped to my house. Recieved it the very next day. A very satisfied customer here.
I went to Best Buy to pick up an order I had placed. The people at the counter were super nice. One of the items was not in the shelves and they had to ask the manager to get ot from the warehouse. They apologized and gave me a discount for waiting.
Went today to pick out a new laptop for college in the fall. We were not sure which ones were good, so we asked Joey and Justin for help. They were a great help and helped me pick out an excellent laptop to run my school applications with. 10/10!!

Barely had any type c to type c cables. Only catered to iPhone users.
They are generally very quick about online pickup orders, and they are also good at helping you out with TVs, etc.. they make no fuss at all about price matching, and they will sometimes even suggest or kick in a coupon or a deal that you didnt know about! The only hassle is turning around to get there and park from NB or from rt18 south generally, but that isnt their fault. My favorite BestBuy in the area if I have a choice.
Was looking to buy a dual dash cam did some research online prior to coming in. I try to ask store associate for help couldnt find no one. Later found a guy in other department he was clueless couldnt answer anything. Very disappointed very under staffed not knowledgeable. I usually never leave bad reviews

Sometimes you have to wait at least a half hour or an hour, for Best Buy customer service representative to help with your cellphone, but once they help you, they usually know what to do!

I was recently in the store and had a great experience. I needed a tv and was greeted and given help by the nice girl working in the department. I had my kitty friend with me Rhys (Reese) who’s been coming to stores with me since Covid. She does such an amazing job at calming anxiety and putting smiles on employees and other customers faces. Thank you for being so kind during these times. Your employees are on the front lines making sure we’re happy at home with our new TVs. The most I can do is bring a smile to their faces with Rhys. The store is large and very clean. They offer a decent selection of TVs, and various electronics as well as major appliances. This location offers installation for car stereos, alarms and dash cameras. It also has a Geek Squad counter for technical support with computers. The selection of laptops, music, video and GPS products has dwindled tremendously over the last several years.Because of higher pricing versus their competitors I did not give it five stars.
This has been my local best buy for ages... its great... the car audio section was reduced... i didnt like that... lol but over all people are always helpful
Third time in a year Ive visited and all three times they were out of stock on the item I wanted. So thats enough for me to know to try somewhere else next time. The other thing is employees will straight up ignore you but I thought their job was service?? Hummm I wonder
A business should always answer a phone call, not have a machine answer and place the customer on hold for over 10 minutes. I was looking for information on a product before driving to the location to make a purchase, but Ill just drive to Walmart now instead.
We were at best buy today. I was looking to buy Samsung phone, I asked one of the person who was in charge of that area. She said she will be there in min and next thing I notice she left for a day. We waited there for at least a good amount.

This is your typical Best Buy. The only issue I have at this location is that the stock seems sparse, but it may be due to the pandemic. My experience here has always been good and I have found the staff to be surprisingly helpful and pleasant. A lot of the staff formerly worked at the South Brunswick location and actually know the customers that come in. For a big box company, thats a nice touch.

We went to exchange a open box microwave.... my friend bought a open box microwave. At home, we found some issues.... The very next day we went to this shop in east brunswick for exchanging it with another open box. Again, no question asked... Immediate return and exchange.... Wow.Driving from jersey city was definitly an issue but experience with best buy was wonderful

I understand if you are busy and can’t get to someone right away but don’t look at me and not acknowledge me. Patiently waited for 3 different associates and all of them did the same exact thing. Looked and me and continued about their business. A simple “I will help you shortly” would have sufficed.

First of all, the staff here are super helpful...I wish I knew the names of the 2 guys who helped us when we bought our 70in LG TV and those 2 guys helped us fit that TV in my 2016 VW Tiguan S...had to leave the truck order open but the guys tied it very securely and I am thankful they were the ones to help cause they went above and beyond. We love our TV.
I would be happy to go to this place. The staff is really amazing they work so fast you don’t need to wait for the pick ups. Even on holidays they made sure things are easy.Definitely a go place if you want to by electronic products.

Great staff. Where I bought all my parts for my first PC build and the staff at the time was great help. Whether it be getting new laptops, buying printers, or monitors Best Buy is definitely a good option to check out. Not to mention they price match

Went to best buy to purchase auto starter for car. I had to wait for 1/2hrfor someone in the department to come help. That is why i gave the 4 stars. The person who helped was very professional and get us all the information we needed and answered our questions. He was very helpful.
Ordered a new phone, bestbuy said delivery would take 7 days. The 7th day rolls around and I get email saying they arent sure when the phone will even ship. Thanks for wasting my time.

I had a wonderful experience upgrading my phone the other day. The staff was very friendly greeted me and started helping me on the process.
Blue shirts are clueless and have ZERO product knowledge. Management should revisit and test the entire computer team.

Great store pickup experience. I picked up a 55” TV + Sound bar. They walked the items out to my car! I wasn’t expecting that from Best Buy! In the past at other locations I had to carry out my own large items.

Tj Mackie in the Geek Squad department is such a friendly, helpful individual. While I was getting help, a veteran without an appointment had a couple of questions and TJ was able to have someone help him and he seemed very happy.

I Very, very mad😡 with this store I bougth a fridge, And the seller ofered me I Credit card and I accepted just for buy a fridge, They let me waiting 3 weeks or like a moth, and the fridge never came. I lost 4 days of work to wait the fridge at home. I decide cancel the order.

I needed help with Car accessories and radio installation. I was able to talk to one employee and he ended up not knowing anything about these products, so he told me to wait and he’ll get someone who does. I’m fine with that, I know everyone has their own expertise. I waited about half an hour for someone else to show up, and no one came. So I go back to the front and ask for help with that section in the back and they as well don’t know anything about the car accessories. So a different employee told me to head to the back of the store once again and someone will be there. I waited another 20 minutes for any employee to show up and no one came. Not going to lie, I always have a good experience in Best Buy, but this one is horrible. Zero for customer service. I had to wait for an hour in the store for NOTHING at the end, the employees never helped me and never got anyone to help me with what I came for.

Used their auto department to install a car radio for my sedan. Easy to make an appointment and staff was helpful. Everything went smoothly until I got home after the appointment and woke up the next morning to a dead car battery. After a trip to the mechanic, they said it was because the radio install was done incorrectly and the radio was killing my battery even when car was off. Called best buy and they said it was because of the cars age and not their fault. After dropping it back off at best buy for them to look at the radio, they called us saying the problem was magically fixed and they didnt have to fix anything. Were convinced they were trying to cover themselves and didnt want to admit a mistake and secretly switched the wires. Never going to them to anything auto again!

This used to be such a great place, but is like a graveyard now. There is like 4 to 5 employees by the phone section and no where else. The employees are usually talking amongst themselves and offer very little help if you can pull them away from their conversation. I went in for to purchase a TV walked around for 20 minutes b4 help came and the sales prices were not worth the wait. It is sad to see how bad this place had gotten.

I will tell you as I walked into the store I saw lots of sales associates. I walked from front to back confused where the watches were located. Everyone was on their phones. One was even taking a selfie center aisle completely ignoring customers like myself who needed help. I interrupted her photo session 🙄 and asked for help. She was actually unable to provide me any valid info on the watches. All responses were..”I’m not sure” hmm 🤔 okShe passed me off to Gabriella. Gabriella was having a bad day just like me! But was 100% helpful to me. So I spent over $700 on watches. If you guys want to keep ppl coming in spending really large amounts of money, you should re group the associates. Having everyone openly on phones ignoring customers and that sends money right out the doorThank you Gabriella
