Nancy was spectacular!! She went above and beyond to help my grandma pick a new dryer. With my grandma being extremely indecisive, Nancy took the time and had patience to help pick the perfect one for her. There were complications with the measurements at first; however, Nancy took the time to reached out to my grandma on her day off, to take the new measurements and to assure she would receive a new dryer with the correct measurements. When we came back into the store to finalize the purchase, Nancy was up front waiting for my grandma to show her the new options she had. Nancy is optimistic and goes above and beyond for her customers.

I am so happy with my purchase form this store. I purchased Samsung refrigerator 2 years ago.Had some issue with ice machine this year, I called the store since I had extended warranty for fixing the issue.They came out with no issue, ordered a part needed and came back again to install it.Lot of time, when it comes to using a warranty, lot of parts are not covered and you end up paying big bucks.But I didnt had to deal with anything like that.Would definitely make my next purchase here in future. While shopping for laptop, I asked the salesman if I can purchase a warranty for physical/liquid damage, he gave me a weird look and said hes never heard of that and NO company offers that because people would always file false claims. I guess he didnt know Best Buy right across the street offers it. So I went to Best Buy and purchased a laptop and warranty instead
