Love the service crew at open road Mazda not a huge fan of the sales department. Jo in the service department has been helping me for many years (through 4 Mazda vehicles) he is the best part of using this service department.

I needed a new car in a hurry and Mike Rossman went above and beyond for me. He even came in on his day off to make sure i would have the car when I needed it. I highly recommend if you need a car go to Open Road Mazda and ask for Mike Rossman!
