Hearing life should be rated five star. The clinician, Dr Amira Jacob who did examine and tested my hearing is wonderful. She deserve five star. She is compassionate and take time explaining the importance of hearing and hearing aid to help people with hearing impairment like me. Custom service fair and Dr jacobs did not resolved my hearing aid issue . very dissatisfied was supposed to call me back after checking with my insurance company for my coverage, never called me back. Did no seem interested I bought the wrong hearing aids 10 months ago from her. They do not work properly. She said new hearing aids are $7000 Went to my Ent for an exam They had there own audiologist who tested me. Top of the line hearing aids from them blue tooth and rechargeable are $4,000. Will never deal hearing life again, very bad experience
