Ms. Exotic is absolutely the greatest. Very personal, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Helped me with my insurance claim. She always seemed to have a solution to all my issues. She will be my audiologist. The previous one I had was no where as caring as Ms. Elovic.

Rachel is professional, courteous, and always takes the time to listen to your concerns and needs. Her knowledge makes you comfortable knowing that youre getting the best care possible. I have had several visits to the office to have Rachel dispense and adjust my hearing aids.
