My covid rapid test was cancelled without my knowledge even though I had a printed confirmation of thee appointment. My transferred prescription from another local CVS store was not in the system so I had to wait for the pharmacy tech to straighten that out. I could not find an adult thermometer anywhere only to to be told they are in the baby aisle. Why????? Did I mention this all happened in one visit?
The doctor at the clinic is the nicest doctor I’ve ever seen in my life! I want to thank him a thousand times. You are truly the most amazing doctor. Want to thank you from the bottom of heart. Thank you !!!!
My husband and I are in our ‘80’s’ and received our Covid19 vaccines at CVS on Saturday! We found the store well organized and all the staff helpful. We are grateful to CVS for participating in this extremely important public service.
Went in 3/17 in the afternoon, to stock up so we can socially-distance. Older woman behind counter had her hand cupped to her nose and mouth and was gulping down food, from her hand. She said, Sorry, and reached out that same hand for my medical supplies. I found the asst. mgr. or mgr. and told him, She didnt even wipe her hand. He walked to the register, and said, Will someone help this lady? Then he turned and left and the same woman stood there waiting for my merchandise. I didnt buy anything and left. If this is the best judgment the associate and manager can exercise, then were all at more risk than we know.
I was picking up a few things today. I was helped by Paul at the register. He was very polite and professional. I had a CVS coupon for a certain brand of vitamins which were not on the shelf. He very graciously called his manager, David. David helped me find an alternate vitamin and even honored the coupon. It was service beyond what I was expecting. Both Paul and David should be congratulated.
Dereck who I think is the manager with black hair was yelling at an employee blatantly infront of me and scared me out of the store. Will not be spending my money here.. 1 star

I was promised my prescription at 515. I went to go pick it up at 535 and it still wasn’t ready. The guy at the drive through window said he could expedite it for 5-10 mins. At that time it would have been 545 max to pickup. It’s 635 and still not ready. Extremely frustrated and disappointed at the terrible service. This is not the first time my medication was promised within the time frame given and wasn’t ready until hours later. Poor poor poor service. Get it together CVS pharmacy.
Have just been on hold with the pharmacy for over 15 mins. are you just waiting for it to close so you can give me a robo response?! This is unacceptable.
I frequent CVS quite a bit. I had a 2 dollar off rewards I wanted to use, sending it from my email to my card. It said it didnt work and they were working hard to fix the problem, okay no worries. I asked the associate if he could give me the 2 dollars off as I was showing him my phone..he first asked to see as he had never heard of that happening then proceeded to tell me maybe I have multiple accounts? Which made no sense since my number is linked to my email...i work in the retail industry and we have a card similar to CVS, we give 5 dollars on the month of our customers birthdays, when they tell me they forgot the coupon, I look their birthday up and give them the five dollars without going back and forth with them, mind you this was only 2 DOLLARS! Either CVS needs to allow their associates to kindly give the money off in situations like that or they need a system update....it magically appeared though after him denying my 2 friggin dollars off my purchase and I was on my way. Such a waste of my time and his. He may have lacked some proper training on what to do but overall a good experience with them

Horrible company, understaffed pharmacy, pharmacist are very kind but they have terrible techs with poor manners in all east greenwich locations . The cashiers are extremely rude in pharmacy and the pharmacist should not have to cash people out when there are 3 girls doing nothing .
