Careful with pickup orders got a coffee maker was ready for pickupShow up at the store and they give a obvious return. No instructions filled with hair. When I said it’s not new they said it is. Went to look for new one in the back couldn’t find. I said I’m done, before walking out I was told I had to return the damn thing without ever picking up in the first placeNever again in this store wasted almost on hour

The most beautiful Bed Bath & Beyond that i have ever been. So clean so organized lots of products that you can find in other stores! The staff so welcoming and very helpful!

Nothing like the other BBB I have been to. This one has been renovated recently and there is an even better variety and selection than before. Due to the pandemic the cooking class area was closed off, and the World Market section was pretty barren. I was still able to find what I wanted, and I like that I can still use my 20% coupon.

Top Notch! You can always find something special for your home. That finishing touch to any room can be found here.

With cur backs it was not as remembered. World Market products/department is gone. I loved finding new things to try.

Pick Any other location. The staff here is the worst. Whoever manages this location needs some serious training.... nothing like 15 people on line with 2 people at the register 1 also doing returns. Maybe the manager needs to go on a register instead of hiding upstairs....

Went shopping with a friend for his first apartment. You name it we bought it. Thank goodness for those coupons they come in handy. Great service. We asked a million questions.

The staff in this store are amazing. I traveled over 50 miles to get a specific item that was only in stock at this specific location. When I first got there, I was told the item was out of stock but, I was told I could be notified when it was back in stock. (This is an option that I was never offered at any of the locations in my local area.) I told her I was very disappointed because I had traveled so far. After doing some more checking, the manager Wendy was able to confirm that the item was actually in stock and she went to get it for me herself! I interacted with 4 team members to get a hold of this one item and they were all super helpful. The customer service at this location is ideal and far better than my local stores. If I lived closer I would make this my regular store.

Grossly understaffed, from the selling floor to the cashiers. Its such a painful experience. The store used to be much better run.

I stopped here in order to pick up an online order and it was quick and efficient. The one downside is the parking lot coming out onto route 10 going west can be quite a pain when theres a lot of traffic.

This location has all the things a standard Bed, Bath, and Beyond has - basically any home good you could need.However, this location is plagued with unbearably slow checkout lines. The line to pay is consistently 5+ people deep, never had enough cashiers working, and makes you wait basically forever to check out.Apart from that, its a nice store.

The store was beautiful, clean and organized. My only problem was I was searching for bridal registry items and there was no one around to help me. Most of the items on the registry weren’t in the store. Not bring familiar with the store set up made it hard to locate anything. I left with one item. The people who I did come across were courteous and helpful. They just were difficult to locate.

This is one of my most favorite stores. First they did such a great job when they remodeled this location and the way theyve adapted during the pandemic has been so helpful.

Enter yesterday to place an online order The girl was more than happy to help me and made my experience very pleasant to place my order I was out of there very fast great location great customer service. Thank you Bed Bath and beyond.

Big store with a lot of selections.. dont trust the staff though.. I was looking for a certain item.. asked an employee where I could find it.. she said they didnt carry that item and then I found the item later in the store.

Woeful customer service and lack of knowledge and problem solving. Terrible experience trying to change a damage gift. It was 3 employees without any knowledge and respect for customers. I was trying to change one gift and for that happen, it’s necessary the person’s who gave me the gift credit card picture. That terrible experience just let me realize why their are going out of business. However, they didn’t change the product and they lost a $300 sale. I’m really sorry about BBB weak management. It was Sunday 9/27/2020 in the evening.

Great location and I am typically able to find what I need in stock. What is incredibly frustrating are the long lines with not enough registers open.

Staff is great but the online ordering system is a mess. I went to pick up my order after 6 hours and it wasnt even in the system. Employees have to face angry customers and is not fair for them or us.

Good selection of home goods. Staff are good and comes forward to assist. Bit busy on weekends with some wait time, even though over 5 counters were open....May be due to approaching major holidays.No welcome kit available for expectant mothers from baby registry as promised by them nor they do not know when its available as of last week.

One of the largest stores for this chain even had coffee you could try before you brought it. K cups with a large selection. large selection i would say it was the best bed bath and beyond i have been to

Went in for two different bridal shower gifts that I needed for this month. I found exactly what I was as looking for with the help of the staff who printed off their registries for me. I also was pleased to be able to use coupons and save some money. That enabled me to shop around and get something that I did not need but wanted from the market area. Damn chocolate chip cookies called out my name, I answered and brought them home with me.

Jessie has a very nasty demeanor, I will not be shopping at this particular location again!

Surprisingly updated and beautiful BB&B branch hanging off NJ Rt10 in East Hanover. There is a posh looking food section, a kitchen / class area and all the other sections are really attractively decorated and laid out. Prices are still highly competitive in spite of all these upgrades. I encourage everyone to come and checkout this store!

My experience today at the Beyond Home/Online section of the. BB&B on Rte #10 West in Hanover, NJ was excellent.I was having trouble identifying and applying a coupon to an item online so I drove to the store.The helped me accomplish all I needed to do efficiently and swiftly!Most of all... courteously!😊Thankyou so much for knowing I can always get what I want and get the help I need...even if I couldnt do it from home and online!Too bad (?)...At least for now!😉🙃

The restroom (positioned diagonallt to the entrance) and its corresponding sign was hard find.

Extremely helpful staff, very well stocked store and basically everything you could need for home and bath in one place.They recently remodeled this location and it is very well organized. It was easy to find what I was looking for and check out was quick and easy.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. They have the best coupons you could ever ask for. States of the art household products, linens you name it .Anything you need it right there for you.

Several observations: 1/ A very good thing: Ailes were not cluttered with the usual cheap, useless, plastic Chinese Junk for sale, so you could more easily navigate the store to secure what you came for. 2/ There were obviously far less store associates on the floor. 3/ I was the 45th customer on line to checkout. Too many cash registers were not manned with employee. All in all, it was a easy shopping experience and even with the long line to checkout, it kept moving.

For all Brides and Grooms, and anyone interested in building a registry, COME HERE and make an appointment with Tim. If not the best shopping/customer service experience I have ever had, it is hands down the best registry appointment I have experienced and been an eyewitness to. Even better than places like Macy’s.. My fiancé and I were pleasantly surprised! Personable, professional, reliable, patient and well informed on the store and products. Its one of the nicer locations of BBB. Their is a Harmon section. Huge bridal registry area. Large location with plenty of inventory. Also have food samples.

Newly laid out design. The line is still always long but lots of employees who are extremely helpful.

Bring a 20% off coupon and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy shopping there. Quick lines. They have everything front the bed bath beyond and everything in between. Make sure to take a break from the shopping by using their massage chairs. Overall a great experience.

Newly remodeled, your well maintained BB&B but with a live kitchen to learn to cook and other Hands on teaching courses. Well stocked.

Went here last week. Its cleaner than my local BB&B, not to mention associates here are friendlier too! Also like how theres complimentary coffee by the Keurig, and the small seating by it makes it easy to enjoy shopping there and having a small break.

This was the first Bed Bath & Beyond location Ive ever seen with a food selection and I thought it was a nice touch. I think they may now stock fewer storage containers but I think it was a decent trade-off. The layout of the store was very nice.

They stock quality household linens. Nice place to go if you ever need to shop for household items.

I love the combination bedroom stuff, kitchen stuff, Etc. I always find an interesting Gadget for the kitchen or house. I like the food section as well although I liked it better before they redesign the store.

BBB was my go to place when I got divorced and needed to shop for home goods to restart my new life free and single again. From sheets to small appliances they have it all. Even the online store is great and picked up some new stuff that wasn’t available in the store.My favorite thing about visiting the East Hanover store is the gauntlet of chocolate and tchotchkes that snake through the store front while you wait in line which do get long during back to school time. I’m not 100% sure if the gauntlet of tchotchkes exists in other stores but they seem to be the thing now. Anyway their return policy is great and your a knucklehead if you go without the coupons.

If you are treasure hunter is the right place. Is sad that stores going out of business 😂

I placed an order online for pick up at store. I had an emergency and could not pick the item up. I called the store to inquire if they could hold the item one more day and I would definetely pick it up. I was assured by the associate that my item would be kept for me and even took down my name. The next day I arrive at the store with my online print out, to be told that my item was most likely returned. The associate, who was very diligent, went through the aisles to see if she could locate the item, because according to their system 4 were left in the store. When she returned it was tell me she could not locate the item and didnt even know where they had them. So all in all I left without my item, wasted my time and my gas.

This bed bath and beyond, post remodel, is one if the better ones Ive visited. Staff is interesting. Everything is as expected for a BBB

Best bed bath location in nj!! They have a giant windows and blind dept which is super helpful! I made the mistake of stopping in a different location bcuz it was closer to me.. I kept saying to my husband I wish we were in east Hanover.

I was there this past Sat great deals with coupons the workers walking around to assist the customer of needed assistant she was very heplful.

Really customer focused location with a Keurig coffee station and large gourmet/foods department. The Kitchen has cooking classes/events, too. Really fun, interactive shopping experience.

The store is freshly remodeled and much improved. Tons of inventory, a smiling staff member every 10 feet. Reminds me of Fortunoff in its get day. If you want to do the whole store you will need plenty of time!

I am not liking the new layout. it has become very limited in selection. and very high end has lost it homey feel

Not only I waited almost 30 minutes for my curbside pick up while butter person that was bringing order had the mask only on her mouth. When I called the store they were very annoyed by my cal and every time gave a difference excuse for the delay.

The renovated BB&B is quite nice. The new check out system works pretty well ...a long line moved fairly quickly.

I love Bed, Bath & Beyond! But, since they were having construction on the restrooms, the Mens Restrooms (and Handicapped too) Port-A-Potty. They were located outside the store at the end of the parking lot. Else, I would have rated it with 5-stars!
